Claims (17)

  1. Tube (1) mit einem Tubenkopf (10) zur Befestigung eines Verschlusses (20) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 10 bis 17 und einem zylindrischen oder prismatischen Tubenmantel (2) mit orthogonalem Querschnitt beliebiger Form, dessen größter Inkreis einen Durchmesser D hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tubenkopf mit einer kreisförmigen Zylinderwand (11) versehen ist, die sich ins Innere der Tube erstreckt, eine zum Inkreis konzentrische Öffnung (15) umgibt und einen Durchmesser von typischerweise 0,5*D bis 0,9*D hat, und dass er im Wesentlichen den Innenraum des Endes des Tubenmantels (2) über eine Höhe kleiner als D, vorzugsweise kleiner als D/3 belegt
  2. Tube (1) nach Anspruch 1 mit einem Tubenkopf (10) zur Befestigung eines Verschlusses (20) nach Anspruch 12, wobei der Tubenkopf zusätzlich mit einer Umfangswand (12) versehen ist, welche den Tubenmantel (2) der Weichtube über eine geringe Höhe, typischerweise im Millimeterbereich, mit einem geringfügigen Versatz nach innen verlängert, welcher Versatz der Dicke des Umfangsmantels (24) des Verschlusses (20) entspricht.
  3. Tube (1) nach Anspruch 2 mit einem Tubenkopf (10) zur Befestigung einer Spenderkappe (20) nach Anspruch 13, wobei der Umfangsmantel (12) mit Ausnehmungen (121) zur Aufnahme der Lagerungen (204) der Spannelemente (203) des Gelenkes (202 und 203) versehen ist.
  4. Tube nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem orthogonalen Querschnitt des Tubenmantels (2) nicht um einen auf die Achse der Öffnung großen Durchmessers (15) ausgerichteten Kreis handelt, so dass der Verschluss nach erfolgtem Aufpressen auch drehsicher ist.
  5. Tube nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der Tubenkopf (10) mit einer Stirnwand mit Vorsprüngen (13) versehen ist, welche in den Innenraum des Endes des Tubenmantels (2) ragen, wobei jeder Vorsprung (13) eine Rückwand (14) mit schräger Neigung in Bezug auf die quer zur Achse der Öffnung verlaufende Ebene aufweist.
  6. Tube nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Vorsprünge (13) eine Seitenwand (16) aufweisen, deren Form mit Versatz aus der Form des Tubenmantels (2) und der Form der die Öffnung großen Durchmessers (15) umgebenden, kreisförmigen Zylinderwand (11) abgeleitet ist, wobei die diesem Versatz entsprechende Abweichung kleiner als D/10 ist.
  7. Tube nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei der untere Teil des Tubenkopfes (10) mit einer ins Innere der Tube gerichteten Vorragung (17) versehen ist.
  8. Tube nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Vorragung (17) ein an einer Abdeckung (19) befestigter Positionierzapfen ist, welche Abdeckung zwischen Armen (18, 18') eingespannt ist, die die Öffnung großen Durchmessers (15) durchqueren.
  9. Tube nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, wobei der Querschnitt des Tubenmantels (2) eine Ellipse ist, die Öffnung großen Durchmessers (15) einen Durchmesser hat, der dem 0,5 bis 0,9fachen kleinsten Durchmesser oder Nebenachse der Ellipse entspricht, und wobei die Vorsprünge (13) den aus zwei sich um die Hauptachse der Ellipse erstreckenden Bereichen bestehenden komplementären Teil der Ellipse belegen und eine Seitenwand (16) aufweisen, die mit einem Versatz im Millimeterbereich nach innen aus dem elliptischen Tubenmantel (2) und nach außen aus der die Öffnung großen Durchmessers (15) umgebenden, kreisförmigen Zylinderwand (11) abgeleitet ist.
  10. Verschluss (20), insbesondere Spenderkappe (200), weitgehend irreversibel am Tubenkopf nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 befestigbar, mit einer Basis, deren Außenumfang eng am orthogonalen Querschnitt des Tubenmantels anliegt und ihrerseits mit einem Mantel großen Durchmessers (22) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der große Durchmesser typischerweise 0,5*D bis 0,9*D beträgt, wobei D der Durchmesser des größten Inkreises im Außenumfang der Basis ist und wobei der Mantel großen Durchmessers eine Höhe kleiner als D hat, vorzugsweise kleiner als D/3, und an seiner Außenfläche mit Mitteln (23) zur weitgehend irreversiblen Befestigung des Verschlusses (20, 200) am Kopf (10) der Tube (1) versehen ist.
  11. Verschluss nach Anspruch 10, wobei der Mantel großen Durchmessers (22) einen zylindrischen Teil gleichen oder geringfügig größeren Durchmessers als die Öffnung großen Durchmessers (15) des Tubenkopfes sowie ein offenes Ende mit einem Rastwulst (23) hat, welcher eine kegelstumpfförmige Außenfläche (27) aufweist.
  12. Verschluss nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, wobei die Basis (21) mit einem Umfangsmantel zum Aufpressen auf den umlaufenden Rand des Tubenkopfes nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9 versehen ist.
  13. Verschluss nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich um eine Spenderkappe mit einer Basis (21) und einem Deckel (201) handelt, der um ein Gelenk (202 und 203) schwenkbar ist, welches Gelenk mindestens ein Spannelement (203) aufweist, wobei der Halter des Spannelementes auf der Basis in einer im unteren Teil des Umfangsmantels (24) ausgebildeten Lagerung (204) befestigt ist.
  14. Verschluss nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, wobei der Mantel großen Durchmessers mit flexiblen Schlitzen (26) versehen ist.
  15. Verschluss nach Anspruch 14, wobei die flexiblen Schlitze (26) einerseits trapezförmige, nach unten breiter werdende Ausnehmungen sind, die die korrekte Positionierung des Mantels großen Durchmessers (22) auf den Armen (18, 18'), welche die Öffnung großen Durchmessers (15) des Tubenkopfes nach Anspruch 8 und 9 durchqueren, erleichtern, und andererseits Ausnehmungen sind, die das Fließen des Produktes zu dieser Öffnung großen Durchmessers erleichtern.
  16. Spenderverschluss nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, wobei der Außenumfang der Basis eine Ellipse ist und der Mantel großen Durchmessers einen Durchmesser aufweist, der dem 0,5 bis 0,9fachen kleinsten Durchmesser oder Nebenachse der Ellipse entspricht.
  17. Spendertube zum Aufbewahren und Spenden flüssiger Produkte unterschiedlicher Viskosität in Form von Gelen, Cremes oder Pasten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch Zusammenfügen der Weichtube nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 und des Verschlusses nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 10 bis 16 erhalten wird.
