Claims (17)
- Tube (1) muni d'une tête (10) destinée à la fixation d'un bouchage (20) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 17 et d'une jupe (2) cylindrique ou prismatique ayant une section orthogonale de forme quelconque dont le plus grand cercle inscrit a un diamètre D, caractérisé en ce que la tête est munie d'une paroi cylindrique circulaire (11) s'étendant vers l'intérieur du tube, entourant un orifice (15) concentrique audit cercle inscrit et ayant un diamètre typiquement compris entre 0,5*D et 0,9*D, et en ce qu'elle occupe essentiellement le volume intérieur de l'extrémité de la jupe (2) sur une hauteur inférieure à D, de préférence inférieure à D/3.
- Tube (1) selon la revendication 1 muni d'une tête (10) destinée à la fixation d'un bouchage (20) selon la revendication 12, où la tête est en outre munie d'une paroi périphérique (12) qui prolonge sur une faible hauteur, typiquement de l'ordre du millimètre, la jupe (2) du tube souple avec un léger décalage vers l'intérieur, correspondant à l'épaisseur de la jupe périphérique (24) du bouchage (20).
- Tube (1) selon la revendication 2 muni d'une tête (10) destinée à la fixation d'une capsule-service (20) selon la revendication 13, où ladite paroi périphérique (12) est munie de cavités (121) destinées à recevoir les logements (204) des éléments tendeurs (203) de la charnière (202 et 203)
- Tube selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la section orthogonale de la jupe (2) n'est pas un cercle centré sur l'axe de l'orifice (15) de grand diamètre, de telle sorte que le bouchage (20) est également bloqué en rotation en fin d'enfoncement.
- Tube selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, où la tête (10) est munie d'une paroi d'extrémité comportant des bossages (13) entrant dans le volume intérieur de l'extrémité de la jupe (2), chaque bossage (13) ayant une paroi de fond (14) dont la pente est inclinée par rapport au plan perpendiculaire à l'axe de l'orifice,
- Tube selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, où lesdits bossages (13) possèdent une paroi latérale (16) dont la forme est déduite par décalage de celle de la jupe (2) et de celle de la paroi cylindrique circulaire (11) entourant l'orifice de grand diamètre (15), l'écart correspondant à ce décalage étant inférieur à D/10.
- Tube selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, où la partie inférieure de la tête (10) est munie d'une protubérance (17), orientée vers l'intérieur du tube.
- Tube selon la revendication 7 où la protubérance (17) est un ergot de positionnement attaché à un voile (19) tendu entre des bras (18, 18') traversant l'orifice de grand diamètre (15).
- Tube selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8 où la section de la jupe (2) est une ellipse, l'orifice de grand diamètre (15) a un diamètre compris entre 0,5 et 0,9 fois le petit axe de l'ellipse et où les bossages (13) occupent la partie complémentaire de l'ellipse constituée par deux zones s'étendant autour du grand axe de l'ellipse et possèdent une paroi latérale (16) déduite par décalage de l'ordre du millimètre vers l'intérieur de la jupe elliptique (2) et vers l'extérieur de la paroi cylindrique circulaire (11) entourant l'orifice de grand diamètre (15).
- Bouchage (20), en particulier capsule-service (200), susceptible d'être fixé de manière sensiblement irréversible sur la tête du tube selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 comportant une base (21) dont le contour extérieur épouse la forme de la section orthogonale de la jupe dudit tube et qui est munie d'une jupe de grand diamètre (22), caractérisé en ce que ledit grand diamètre est typiquement compris entre 0,5*D et 0,9*D, D étant le diamètre du plus grand cercle inscrit dans le contour extérieur de ladite base, ladite jupe de grand diamètre ayant une hauteur inférieure à D, de préférence inférieure à D/3 et étant munie, sur sa surface externe, de moyens de fixation sensiblement irréversible (23) du bouchage (20, 200) sur la tête(10) du tube (1).
- Bouchage selon la revendication 10 où la jupe de grand diamètre (22) a une partie cylindrique de diamètre égal ou légèrement supérieur à celui de l'orifice de grand diamètre (15) de la tête de tube et une extrémité ouverte munie d'un bourrelet d'encliquetage (23) présentant une surface extérieure tronconique (27).
- Bouchage selon la revendication 10 ou 11 où la base (21) est munie d'une jupe périphérique destinée à être emmanchée autour du trottoir de la tête du tube selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 9.
- Bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12 caracterisé en ce qu'il s'agit d'une capsule-service comportant une base (21) et une coiffe (201) pivotant autour d'une charnière (202 et 203), ladite charnière comportant au moins un élément tendeur (203), où l'attache de l'élément tendeur sur la base est fixée dons un logement (204) ménagé dans la partie inférieure de la jupe périphérique (24).
- Bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13 où la jupe de grand diamètre est munie de fentes de souplesse (26).
- Bouchage selon la revendication 14 où les fentes de souplesse (26) sont d'une part des cavités en forme de trapèze s'élargissant vers le bas qui facilitent le bon positionnement de la jupe de grand diamètre (22) sur les bras (18, 18') qui traversent l'orifice de grand diamètre (15) de la tête du tube selon les revendications 8 et 9 et d'autre port des cavités qui facilitent l'écoulement du produit vers l'orifice de grand diamètre.
- Bouchage service selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 15 où le contour périphérique de la base est une ellipse et où la jupe de grand diamètre a un diamètre compris entre 0,5 et 0,9 fois le petit axe de ladite ellipse.
- Tube distributeur destiné à stocker et distribuer des produits liquides de viscosités diverses, sous forme de gels, crèmes ou pâtes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est obtenu par assemblage du tube souple selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 et du bouchage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 16.
