Claims (15)
- Capsule de distribution (3) destinée à équiper un réservoir (21) contenant un produit liquide ou visqueux, comportant un corps (32) pourvu d'au moins un orifice de distribution (4) et un couvercle (5) articulé avec le corps (32) autour d'un axe (A), le couvercle étant destiné à boucher l'orifice de distribution (4) en position de stockage, le corps (32) et le couvercle (5) étant constitués par un matériau rigide ou semi-rigide, au moins une zone de préhension (91, 96) étant ménagée sur le couvercle (5) et/ou le corps (32) pour faciliter l'ouverture et/ou la fermeture du couvercle (5), caractérisée en ce que ladite zone de préhension (91, 96) est formée par un matériau élastomérique.
- Capsule selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le matériau rigide ou semi-rigide est choisi parmi les polypropylènes ou les polyéthylènes.
- Capsule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le matériau élastomérique est un élastomère thermoplastique physico-chimiquement compatible avec le matériau rigide ou semi-rigide, de manière à pouvoir former une liaison par thermofusion avec le matériau rigide ou semi-rigide.
- Capsule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le matériau élastomérique a une couleur différente de celle du matériau rigide ou semi-rigide.
- Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le matériau élastomérique est choisi dans le groupe des élastomères des copolymères propylène/éthylène ; des polyéther blocamides ; des polyvinyles ; des terpolymères d'éthylène, de propylène et d'un diène (EPDM) ; des polymères de styrène-butadiène séquencés (SBS) ; des polymères de styrène-éthylène-butadiène séquencés (SEBS-SIS) ; des polyuréthanes thermoplastiques ; des mélanges de polypropylène avec l'un des élastomères suivantes : polymères de styrène-éthylène-butadiène séquencés (SEBS-SIS) ; terpolymères d'éthylène, de propylène et d'un diène (EPDM) ; polymères de styrène-butadiène séquencés (SBS).
- Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle (5) est pourvu d'un picot de bouchage (6), destiné à boucher l'orifice de distribution (4) en position de stockage, un revêtement (72) en matériau élastomérique étant situé sur le picot ou à l'intérieur de l'orifice (4), pour assurer, en position de stockage, l'étanchéité entre le picot (6) et l'orifice (4).
- Capsule selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le picot (6) est rempli d'un matériau élastomérique (71).
- Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le corps (32) comporte un joint (11) annulaire en matériau élastomérique, en contact étanche avec un bord périphérique (51) du couvercle (5) lorsque ce dernier est en position rabattue.
- Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle (5) est articulé sur le corps (32) au moyen d'une charnière-film (8).
- Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la zone de préhension (96) ménagée sur le corps (32) est formée par une dépression concave, en forme d'arc de cercle.
- Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la zone de préhension (91), ménagée sur le couvercle (5), est située diamétralement opposée à la charnière (8).
- Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la zone de préhension (91) ménagée sur le couvercle (5) est formée par un retour concave de celui-ci.
- Capsule selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte, en outre, au moins un élément de liaison (10) surmoulé en matériau thermoplastique, élastiquement déformable en élongation, formant ressort, l'une des extrémités de l'élément de liaison (10) étant reliée au corps (32), l'autre étant reliée au couvercle (5), l'élément de liaison (10) étant monté de manière à se situer d'un côté de l'axe A en position ouverte, et de l'autre côté de l'axe A en position fermée du couvercle (5), l'élément de liaison (10) subissant une élongation lors de son passage d'une des positions à l'autre et dont le maximum est atteint lors du passage de l'élément de liaison (10) au niveau de l'axe (A).
- Capsule de distribution conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le matériau élastomérique est déposé sur le matériau rigide ou semi-rigide par bi-injection.
- Ensemble de distribution d'un produit fluide comportant un réservoir (21) contenant un produit fluide, équipé d'une capsule de distribution, caractérisé en ce que la capsule est conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14.
