Claims (10)
- Spender für pastöse Produkte, mit einem Betätigungskopf (101;201), der mit einem Ausgabekanal (105; 305) mit seitlichem Ausgang versehen ist, wobei der Betätigungskopf (101; 201) längs bezüglich eines festen Bereichs (110) des Spenders gleitet und auf eine Rückholeinrichtung mit Federeffekt (22; 32) wirkt, sowie auf Fördereinrichtungen (22, 230 und 202; 32, 34 und 35) des pastösen Produkts, wobei der Spender ein Überdeckungselement (113) der Ausgangsöffnung (116) des Augabekanals (105; 205) in der losgelösten Stellung des Betätigungskopfes (101; 201) aufweist, wobei das Überdeckungselement (113) durch einen äußeren rohrförmigen Bereich (110) des Spenders getragen wird und die Öffnung (116) freiläßt, wenn der Betätigungskopf (101; 201) eingedrückt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungskopf (101; 201) bezüglich des äußeren rohrförmigen Bereichs (110) des Spenders gleitet, wobei die die Ausgangsöffnung (116) des Kanals (105; 205) umgebende Endoberfläche (117) und die Oberfläche (114) des Überdeckungselements (113), das gegenüber der Endoberfläche (117) liegt, wenn der Betätigungskopf (101; 201) losgelassen ist, beide parallel zur Gleitrichtung (X) des Betätigungskopfes sind, wobei das Überdeckungselement (113) danach das Ende der pastösen Schnur abschneidet und die Endoberfläche (116 und 117) des Ausgabekanals (105; 205) abkratzt, wenn der Betätigungskopf (101; 201) losgelassen wird, und daß die Fördereinrichtungen ein biegsames rohrförmiges Element (22, 32) aufweisen, der auf abdichtende Weise mit dem Körper des Spenders und mit dem Betätigungskopf (101, 201) verbunden ist, wobei dieses Element (22, 32) eine Druckkammer (29, 38) des pastösen Produkts begrenzt und gleichzeitig das Federeffektelement und die Druckeinrichtung bildet, auf die der Betätigungskopf (101, 201) durch sein Eindrücken agiert und diesen Betätigungskopf in die losgelöste Position zurückdrückt.
- Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Position des Überdeckungslements (113), die Geometrie des Betätigungskopfes (101, 201) und sein Klemmen durch den äußeren rohrförmigen Bereich (110) derart sind, daß das Überdeckungselement (113) sich in einem Abstand von der Endoberfläche (116 und 117) des Ausgabekanals (105, 205) zwischen 0 und 0,4 mm befindet.
- Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bereich (104) des Überdeckungselements (113) auf der Seite des Eingriff der Endoberfläche (116 und 117) des Ausgabekanals (105, 205) beim Loslassen des Betätigungskopfes (101, 201) einen Rand aufweist, der von einer äußeren Fase (1132) verjüngt ist.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der freie Rand des äußeren rohrförmigen Bereichs (10, 110) wenigstens ein Andrückniveau des Ausgangsabschnitts (4, 104) des Betätigungskopfes (1, 101, 201) definiert, der so die Dosierung des pastösen Produkts regelt.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der äußere rohrförmige Bereich (110) ein Fenster aufweist, dessen Längsränder die seitlichen Bewegungen oder Drehbewegungen des Betätigungskopfes (101, 201) begrenzen, und dessen unterer Rand das Eindringen des Betätigungskopfes (101, 201) begrenzt, wobei das Überdeckungselement (113) die Form eines Bandes aufweist, das mit den Rändern des Fensters durch Seitenteile (1130) verbunden ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Überdeckungselement (113) mit einer Platte (30) versehen ist, die unten an ihren Seitenteilen (1130) durch zerstörbare Brücken verbunden ist, derart, daß es ein nicht kontrolliertes Eindringen des Betätigungskopfes (101) verhindert und die erste Verwendung des Spenders zur Anzeige bringt.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Untere der Andrückmembran (102; 202) des Betätigungskopfes (101; 201) einen Längskamin (18) aufweist, an dem auf abdichtende Weise ein Ausgangsrohr (23, 33) des biegsamen rohrförmigen Tiegels (22, 32) befestigt ist, wobei ein Bereich des Kamins (8) den Anfang des Ausgabekanals (105, 205) des Betätigungskopfes (101, 201) bildet, und das Ende (230, 34 und 35) des Ausgangsrohres (23, 33) des biegsamen rohrförmgen Elements (22, 32) mit dem Unteren der Andrückmembran (202, 124) des Betätigungskopfes (201, 101) ein Auswurfventil (230 und 202; 34 und 35) des pastösen Produkts in dem Ausgabekanal (105, 205) bildet.
- Spender nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende des Rohrstückes (33) des biegsamen rohrförmigen Elements einen ringförmigen Außenrand (34) aufweist, und daß das Auswurfventil (34 und 35) eine weiche oder nachgiebige Scheibe (35) aufweist, deren Umfang in Andruck gehalten wird auf den Endrand (34) des Rohrstücks (33) durch eine zentrale Andrückeinrichtung (36) dieser Scheibe (35), die selbst durch den Betätigungskopf (101) gehalten ist, wobei die weiche Scheibe (35) und der Endrand (34) des Rohrstücks (33) entsprechend die Klappe (35) und den Sitz (34) des Auswurfventils (34) und (35) bilden.
- Spender nach Anspruch 8, bei dem die weiche Scheibe (35) und ihre mittige Andrückeinrichtung (36) einteilig mit dem biegsamen rohrförmigen Elements(32) ausgebildet sind, wobei das Untere der weichen Scheibe (35) mit dem Inneren des Rohrstücks (33) des Elements (32) durch weiche bzw. nachgiebige Verbindungseinrichtungen (37) verbunden ist.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtungen (22, 230 und 202; 32, 34 und 35; 39 und 40) des pastösen Produkts weiterhin einen Bodenkolben aufweisen, der im Inneren des Spenderkörpers gleitet und ein Ansaugventil (39) und (40) aufweisen, das durch eine Querwand (42) des Körpers getragen wird, wobei die Querwand (42), die die Vorratskammer des pastösen Produkts von der Druckkammer (38) trennt, eine Durchtrittsöffnung (43) des pastösen Produkts in die Druckkammer (38) aufweist, wobei die Klappe (40) dieses Ventils mit einer oberen Membran (44) gebildet wird, deren ringförmiger Rand sich auf dichtende Weise auf den Umfang (39) der Durchtrittsöffnung (43) in Schließstellung des Ventils (39 und 40) andrückt, und der darunter gelegene Abschnitt (44) dieses Ventils, der in die Durchtrittsöffnung (43) eingreift, an seinem unteren Bereich mit einem oder mehreren Rückhaltevorsprüngen (45, 45′) vom Gesamtdruchmesser größer als 0,4 bis 2 mm bezüglich des Durchmesser der Durchtrittsöffnung versehen ist.
