Claims (15)

1. Spender für pastöses Produkt (38; 61; 67) mit:
a) einem rohrförmigen Körper (2) und einem Kolben (66), der angeordnet ist, um auf dichtende Weise in dem rohrförmigen Körper (2) unter Bewegung auf einen Spenderkopf zu gleiten;
b) wobei der Spenderkopf, der auf dem rohrförmigen Körper (2) befestigt ist, wenigstens aufweist:
- Pumpeinrichtungen des pastösen Produkts, die wenigstens in Ergänzung des gleitenden Kolbens aufweisen: ein deformierbares rohrförmiges Pumpelement (39), ein Auswurfventil (42 und 44) des pastösen Produktes von dem Pumpelement (39) in einen Verteilkanal (26; 68) und ein Betätigungsteil (160; 330; 331), das auf dieses Pumpelement (39) wirkt, wobei das Pumpelement (39) oberhalb seiner festen Basis bezüglich des rohrförmigen Körpers (2) einen deformierbaren Bereich (20) und ein oberes Rohrstück (41) aufweist, und das Auswurfventil (42 und 44) ein Element aufweist, das vom oberen Ende (42) des oberen Rohrstutzens (41) des Pumpelements (39) gebildet wird;
- wobei der Vertilkanal (26; 68) des pastösen Produkts dem Pumpelement (39) folgt;
- dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Ende (42) des oberen Rohrstutzens (41) des Pumpelements (39) aus einem ringförmigen Endrand (42) besteht, und daß das Auswurfventil (42 und 44) eine nachgiebige Scheibe (44) aufweist, deren Umfang in Andruck auf den Endrand (42) des Rohrstutzens (41) mittels einer zentralen Andrückeinrichtung (45) dieser Scheibe (44) gehalten wird, wobei die Andrückeinrichtung mit dem Betätigungsteil (160; 330; 331) verbunden ist, die nachgiebige Scheibe (44) und der Endrand (42) des Rohrstutzens (41) so entsprechend die Klappe (44) und den Sitz (42) des Auswurfventils (42 und 44) bilden.
2. Spender (39; 61, 67) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zentrale Andrückeinrichtung (45) der nachgiebigen Scheibe (44) eine Längsstange (45) ist, deren Oberes durch eine Zentriereinrichtung (46) gehalten wird, die von dem Betätigungsteil (160, 250; 330, 37; 331, 371) getragen wird.

Spender (38; 61; 67) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die nachgiebige Scheibe (44) und ihre Andrücklängsstange (45) einstückig mit dem Pumpelement (39) ausgebildet sind, wobei das Untere der nachgiebigen Scheibe (44) mit dem Inneren des oberen Rohrstutzens (41) des Pumpelements (39) mittels nachgiebiger Verbindungseinrichtungen (47 und 48) verbunden ist.

Spender (38; 61; 67) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die nachgiebige Scheibe (44) außerhalb ihrer zentralen bzw. mittigen Zone eine Dicke zwischen 0,15 und 0,45 mm aufweist, wobei das Pumpelement (39) aus einem der Stoffe der Gruppe ist, gebildet aus: den thermoplastischen Polymeren, den Silikonharzen, dem Naturkautschuk und den synthetischen Kautschuken.

Spender (38; 61; 67) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dessen rohrförmiger Körper (2) einen oberen Bereich (3) aufweist, der eine Durchtrittsöffnung (5) trägt, die von einer ringförmigen Fläche (6) umgeben ist, die den Sitz eines Ansaugventils (6 und 9; 6 und 55) des pastösen Produkts in die Druckkammer (56) bildet, die durch das Pumpelement (39) begrenzt wird, wobei die Klappe (7; 40) dieses Ventils aus einer oberen Abdeckung (8; 53) gebildet ist, deren ringförmiger Rand (9; 55) auf dichtende Weise auf die ringförmige Fläche (6) in Schließstellung des Ventils (6 und 9; 6 und 55) anliegt, und einem darunter anschließenden Bereich (10; 49), der in die Durchtrittsöffnung (5) eingreift und an seinem unteren Bereich mit einem oder mehreren Rückhaltevorsprüngen (12; 52) eines Durchmessers über alles versehen ist, der um 0,4 bis 2 mm größer ist als der Durchmesser der Durchtrittsöffnung (5).

Spender nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der darunterliegende Bereich (49) beabstandete Vorsprünge (50, 50′, 50˝) aufweist, deren äußere Längsränder (51) als Führungseinrichtungen der Klappe (40) in der Durchtrittsöffnung (5) dienen, wobei diese Vorsprünge (50 und 50') den Durchtritt zwischen ihnen von pastösem Produkt erlauben und ihr Durchmesser über alles kleiner ist um 0,3 bis 1,5 mm als der Durchmesser der Hindurchtrittsöffnung (5).
7. Spender nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rückhaltevorsprung ein im wesentlichen kreisförmiger Ring (52) ist, der von dem unteren Bereich der äußeren Ränder (51) der beabstandeten Vorsprünge (50, 50′, 50˝) getragen wird.

Spender nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Abdeckung (53) der Klappe (40) eine mittige vertiefte Zone (54) aufweist, wobei das Untere dieser mittigen Zone (54) auf der Zwischenhöhe der Durchgangsfenster des pastösen Produkts über die Klappe (40) hinweg liegt, die begrenzt werden von: dem ringförmigen Rand (55) der Abdeckung (53) der Klappe (40), den beabstandeten Vorsprüngen (50, 50′, 50˝), dem Rückhaltering (52).
9. Spender nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, in dem der Rückhaltering (52) einen Außendurchmesser aufweist, der um 0,5 bis 1,0 m größer ist als der Durchmesser der Durchgangsöffnung (5) des Oberteils (3) des rohrförmigen Körpers (2) und dessen äußere Längsränder (51) der beabstandeten Vorsprünge (50, 50′, 50˝) einen Durchmesser über alles aufweisen, der um 0,3 bis 0,8 mm geringer ist als der Durchmesser der Durchgangsöffnung (5).
10. Spender (38) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsteil (160) einerseits einen festen Bereich (15) aufweist, der einen äußeren Mantel (15) aufweist, der an dem Oberteil (3) des rohrförmigen Körpers (2) befestigt ist, und andererseits einen neigbaren Mittenbereich (23) aufweist, der mit dem festen Bereich (15) verbunden ist, und eine Andrück- oder Stützdeckung (250) sowie unter diesemr Abdeckung (250) den Verteilkanal (26) aufweist, der selbst einen Ausgangsabschnitt (27) sowie den Boden eines Längskamins (28) aufweist, in den dieser Abschnitt (27) mündet, wobei der Kamin (28) von unten durch die Stützabdeckung (250) getragen wird, und auf dichtende Weise in den oberen Rohrstutzen (41) des Pumpelements (39) eingreift.
11. Spender (61; 67) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsteil (330; 331) einerseits einen äußeren rohrförmigen Bereich, der an dem Oberteil (3) des rohrförmigen Körpers (2) befestigt ist und andererseits einen Drücker (350; 351) aufweist, der axial gleitbeweglich und drehbeweglich im Inneren des äußeren rohrförmigen Bereichs (34) ist, wobei der Drücker einen seitlichen Eindrückanschlag (27; 70) trägt und der rohrförmige Bereich (34) einen oberen Rand trägt, der das Eindringen des Drückers, wenn der seitliche Anschlag (27; 70) den oberen Rand übersteigt, verhindert sowie wenigstens einen Ausschnitt (36; 71) aufweist, in den der seitliche Anschlag (27; 70) eingreift in der Vertiefungsstellung des Drückers (350; 351), wobei der Ausschnitt (36; 71) dieses Eindringen begrenzt; wobei der Drücker (350; 351) weiterhin eine Andrückabdeckung (37; 371) und unter dieser Abdeckung den Verteilkanal (26; 68) aufweist, der wenigstens den Bodenbereich eines Längskamins (28, 280) aufweist, der von der Unterseite der Abdeckung (37; 371) getragen wird, und auf dichtende Weise an dem oberen Rohrstutzen (41) des deformierbaren Pumpelements (39) befestigt ist, wobei der Drücker (350; 351) erlaubt, das Pumpelement (39) zu betätigen, und das Element (39), so eine elastische Einrichtung mit Federeffekt (39) bildet und mit dem Drücker (350;351) zusammenwirkt.
12. Spender (61) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spendekanal (26) einen Ausgangsbereich (27) aufweist, der in seinen Längskamin (28) mündet, wobei der Ausgangsbereich (27) ein Seitenausgang ist, und den seitlichen Eindrückanschlag (27) des Drückers bildet.
13. Spender (67) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verteilkanal (68) im wesentlichen den Bodenbereich (68) des Längskamins (280) aufweist, wobei die Andrückabdeckung (371) des Drückers (351) hier eine oder mehrere Ausgangsöffnungen (69) für das pastöse Produkt aufweist.

Spender (38; 61; 67) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dessen im Inneren des zylindrischen kreisförmigen Mantels (4) des rohrförmigen Körpers (2) gleitender Kolben (66) aufweist: eine obere aufgeweitete nachgiebige Lippe (65), die im Inneren des Mantels (4) gleitet unter Gewährleistung der Dichtheit für das pastöse Produkt, wobei ein starrer Mittenbereich zurückversetzt bezüglich der inneren Fläche des Mantels (4) und ein unteres Ende der aufgeweiteten halbstarren führung mit einem leichten Spiel oder einem leichten Druck auf das Innere des Mantels (4) gleitet; und dessen rohrförmiger Körper (2) Luftauslaßeinrichtungen (62) beim Einführen des Kolbens (66) in den Körper (2) bis zur Berührung mit dem pastösen Produkt, das darin enthalten ist, aufweist, bestehend aus einem inneren Quervorsprung (62), der unten an dem zylindrischen kreisförmigen Mantel (4) angeordnet ist, und einen minimalen inneren Durchmesser, der um 0,3 bis 1,5 mm kleiner ist als der Innendurchmesser des Mantels (4) aufweist, sowie in einer aufgeweiteten Eingangszone (63) dieses Vorsprungs (62) einen von dem Eingriffsdurchmesser (64) abnehmenden Innendurchmesser, wenigstens gleich dem Außendurchmesser im freien Zustand, der nachgiebigen oberen Lippe (65) des Kolbens (66) bis zum inneren minimalen Durchmesser des Vorsprungs (62) aufweist, und daß der äußere Durchmesser des Mittenbereichs des Kolbens (66) geringer ist um wenigstens 0,3 mm als der innere minimale Durchmesser des Vorsprungs (62).
15. Rohrförmiges verformbares Pumpelement (39), das von unten nach oben aufeinanderfolgend aufweist einen unteren kreisförmigen Befestigungsrand (14), einen unteren Rohrstutzen (19), eine deformierbare Abdeckung (20) in Form eines Domes und einen oberen Rohrstutzen (41), der eine dichtende Befestigungseinrichtung (29) in einen Rohrstutzen (28; 280) trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnzet, daß der obere Rohrstutzen (41) durch einen ringförmigen Rand (42) endet, und eine nachgiebige Scheibe (42) trägt, die mit dem Inneren des oberen Rohrstutzens durch nachgiebige Einrichtungen (47 und 48) verbunden ist, und eine zentrale Längsstange (45) trägt, derart, daß der Umfang der nachgiebigen Scheibe (44) in dichtendem Andruck auf den ringförmigen Endrand (42) des oberen Rohrstutzens (41) unter Einwirken auf die zentrale Längsstange (45) gehalten werden kann.
