Claims (37)

  1. Behälter (1; 50), der aufweist:

  19. Behälter nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit einem Gewinde versehene Zylinderfläche (5) des Deckels auf ihrer Schnittfläche Zahnungen bzw. Kerbungen (20) aufweist.
  20. Behälter nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit einem Gewinde versehene Zylinderfläche (5) des Deckels eine Seitenfase (14) radial innen an ihrem unteren Ende aufweist.
  21. Behälter nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (2) aus einem einzigen Stück durch Formung aus Kunststoffmaterial, insbesondere durch Injektionsformung, ausgebildet ist.
  22. Behälter nach dem Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper aus Polypropylen verwirklicht ist.
  23. Behälter nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit einem Gewinde versehene Zylinderfläche (5) durch Formung aus Kunststoffmaterial bzw. Plastikmaterial verwirklicht ist.
  24. Behälter nach dem voranstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit einem Gewinde versehene Zylinderfläche (5) äußerlich die laterale Fläche (23) des Deckels (4) festlegt.
  25. Behälter nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel eine dichtende Verbindung (6) aufnimmt.
  26. Behälter nach dem voranstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dichtende Verbindung (6) den gesamten Boden (7) des Deckels bedeckt.
  27. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (51) des Behälters eine Aufnahme aufweist, die eine sphärische Kugel enthält, die frei rotierend im Inneren der Aufnahme montiert ist, wobei ein Funktionsabschnitt der Kugel über den Körper quer von einer Öffnung, die durch einen Rand des Aufnahmeraumes gebildet ist, hervorsteht bzw. auftaucht.
  28. Behälter nach dem voranstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (61) zumindest eine ringförmige Zylinderfläche, z.B. zwei ringförmige Zylinderflächen, aufweist, die dazu neigen, die Kugel in dichtende Anlage auf zumindest einen ringförmigen Dichtbereich, insbesondere zumindest zwei ringförmige Dichtbereiche, die durch eine innere Oberfläche der Aufnahme gebildet sind, zu zwingen.
  29. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 27 und 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innere Fläche (58) des Aufnahmeraumes (55) einen ringförmigen Zwischenbereich bildet, der zwischen den zwei ringförmigen Dichtbereichen angeordnet ist, wobei dieser Zwischenbereich nicht in Berührung zu der Kugel ist, wenn diese letztere in einer dichtenden Anlage auf den zwei ringförmigen Dichtbereichen ist.
  30. Behälter nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere Durchmesser des mit einem Gewinde versehenen Teils (3) über 4 cm, besser 6 cm, noch besser 8 cm, vorgesehen ist.
  31. Behälter nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit einem Gewinde versehene Zylinderfläche (5) mehrere Schraubgewinde (8), insbesondere drei Gewinde (8), aufweist.
  32. Behälter nach dem Anspruch 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Gewinde (8) sich über einen Winkelbereich von gleich 120° erstreckt.
  33. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mit einem Gewinde versehene Teil (3) und der Deckel (4) in der Art ausgebildet sind, dass nach dem Schrauben des Deckels (4) ein radiales Spiel zwischen dem Deckel (4) und dem mit einem Gewinde versehenen Teil (3) verbleibt.
  34. Behälter nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bund (30) an der Oberfläche entblößt ist, insbesondere genau parallel zu der Achse des mit einem Gewinde versehenen Teils, um als Endabschluss der Bewegung zu dienen, um eine Drehunbeweglichkeit des Deckels durch Abstützung an dem Körper zu ermöglichen.
  35. Behälter nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steigungen (36) bzw. Gänge axial zwischen einer Öffnung des Körpers (2; 51) und dem Abschnitt des kreisförmigen Querschnittes der lateralen Fläche des Bundes vorgesehen sind.
  36. Behälter nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser ein kosmetisches Produkt, einschließlich zur Pflege bzw. mit Pflegemittel enthält.
  37. Behälter, der aufweist:
    - einen Deckel (4), der eine mit einem Gewinde versehene Zylinderfläche (5) aufweist,
    - einen Körper (2), der einen Hals aufweist, der ein mit einem Gewinde versehenes Teil (3) aufweist, auf den die mit einem Gewinde versehen Zylinderfläche (5) des Deckels aufgeschraubt werden kann, wobei das mit einem Gewinde versehene Teil (3) zumindest ein Schraubgewinde (9) aufweist, wobei das mit einem Gewinde versehene Teil an seiner Basis einen Bund (30) aufweist, der eine Höhe (h) hat, die nicht konstant ist, wenn es umfänglich auf dem mit einem Gewinde versehenen Teil versetzt ist und eine Größe hat, die gleich der des oder der Gewinde (9) des mit einem Gewinde versehenen Teils (3) ist, wobei die obere Fläche (32) des Bundes zumindest zwei Steigungen bzw. Gänge (36) festlegt, die nach oben schräg bzw. gewinkelt sind, wenn sie umfänglich auf dem mit einem Gewinde versehenen Teil in dem Sinn des Aufschraubens des Deckels versetzt sind, wobei der Körper (2) des Behälters um den Bund (30) herum einen Rand (34) aufweist, dessen Größe zu einer Dicke des unteren Randes der mit einem Gewinde versehenen Zylinderfläche (5) korrespondiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während des Schraubens des Deckels (4) die innere radiale Fläche (40) des unteren Teils des mit einem Gewinde versehenen Bundes (5) in Berührung zu der lateralen Fläche (31) des Bundes (30) in der Weise kommt, um den Deckel auf dem Hals zu zentrieren.
