Claims (38)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Verpacken und Auftragen eines Produkts (P), insbesondere eines Pflege- oder Schminkprodukts, umfassend:
    - einen Behälter (2), um das Produkt (P) zu enthalten,
    - ein Auftragorgan (4), das ein Auftragelement (7) umfasst,
    - ein Abstreiforgan (3), um das Auftragelement (7) abzustreifen,
    wobei das Abstreiforgan (3) einen ringförmigen Teil (12) umfasst, der in Längsrichtung auf weniger als der Höhe des Abstreiforgans gespalten ist, wobei der gespaltene Teil eine Wand besitzt, die mindestens einen Spalt (14) umfasst, der sich bis zu einem freien Ende (3a) des Abstreiforgans (3) erstreckt, wobei der Spalt diese Wand auf ihrer ganzen Dicke durchquert, wobei der gespaltene Teil (12) sich bei Durchgang des Auftragelements radial nach außen verformt, wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass dieser gespaltene Teil (12) in einer Ebene, in der sein Innenquerschnitt minimal ist, einen Außenquerschnitt aufweist, der größer als der größte Querschnitt des Auftragelement (7) ist, und dass der oder die Spalte bei Fehlen eines in das Abstreiforgan eingeführten Auftragelements aneinander anliegende Ränder aufweisen, wobei das Auftragorgan eine Stange umfasst, an deren Ende das Auftragelement befestigt ist, wobei die Stange sich gegenüber dem gespaltenen Teil des Abstreiforgans positioniert, wenn die Auftragvorrichtung geschlossen ist.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) zum Verpacken und Auftragen eines Produkts (P), insbesondere eines Pflege- oder Schminkprodukts, umfassend:
    - einen Behälter (2), um das Produkt (P) zu enthalten,
    - ein Auftragorgan (4), das ein Auftragelement (7) umfasst,
    - ein einziges Abstreiforgan (3), um das Auftragelement (7) abzustreifen, wobei das Abstreiforgan (3) einen ringförmigen Teil (12) umfasst, der in Längsrichtung auf weniger als der Höhe des Abstreiforgans gespalten ist, wobei der gespaltene Teil eine Wand besitzt, die mindestens einen Spalt (14) umfasst, der sich bis zu einem freien Ende (3a) des Abstreiforgans (3) erstreckt, wobei der Spalt diese Wand auf ihrer ganzen Dicke durchquert, wobei der gespaltene Teil (12) sich bei Durchgang des Auftragelements radial nach außen verformt, wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass dieser gespaltene Teil (12) in einer Ebene, in der sein Innenquerschnitt minimal ist, einen Außenquerschnitt aufweist, der größer als der größte Querschnitt des Auftragelements (7) ist, und das Auftragorgan eine Stange umfasst, an deren Ende das Auftragelement befestigt ist, wobei die Stange sich gegenüber dem gespaltenen Teil des Abstreiforgans positioniert, wenn die Auftragvorrichtung geschlossen ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gespaltene Teil (12) des Abstreiforgans (3) mindestens eine radial nach außen vorstehende Erhebung umfasst, insbesondere einen Wulst (13) oder mindestens eine Rippe (19), die auf Höhe eines Spalts (14) angeordnet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wanddicke des gespaltenen Teils (12) zwischen 0,5 mm und 8 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,8 mm und 6 mm oder auch zwischen 1,2 mm und 6 mm beträgt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gespaltene Teil (12) aus einem elastisch verformbaren Werkstoffe mit einer Härte zwischen 15 Shore A und 40 Shore D hergestellt ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gespaltene Teil (12) aus einem der folgenden Werkstoffe hergestellt ist: Siliconelastomer, EPDM, Nitril, Butyl, Latex, thermoplastisches Elastomer, PU, Polyester, PE, PVC, EVA, SIS, SBS, SEBS, Hytrel®, Pebax®.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gespaltene Teil (12) mindestens zwei Längsspalte (14) oder auch mindestens drei Längsspalte, insbesondere mehr als vier Längsspalte und besser mehr als sechs oder acht Längsspalte umfasst.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gespaltene Teil (12) Spalte (14) umfasst, die auf dem Umfang des gespaltenen Teils (12) regelmäßig verteilt sind.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gespaltene Teil (12) mindestens einen Spalt (14) umfasst, dessen gemäß der Längsachse des Abstreiforgans (3) gemessene Länge zwischen 2 mm und 15 mm beträgt.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstreiforgan (3) im Ruhezustand bei Fehlen eines Auftragelements (7) eine axiale Symmetrie, insbesondere eine Außenumhüllende von allgemeiner rotationssymmetrischer Form aufweist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gespaltene Teil (12) einen kreisförmigen, ovalen oder polygonalen, insbesondere quadratischen oder dreieckigen, Innenquerschnitt aufweist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenquerschnitt des gespaltenen Teils (12) mindestens auf einer gewissen Strecke in dem Maße abnimmt, in dem man sich dem freien Ende (3a) des gespaltenen Teils nähert.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gespalten Teil (12) mit einem Befestigungsteil (17) fest verbunden ist, der auf dem Behälter (2) montiert, insbesondere in einem Hals (8) des Behälters (2) eingeführt ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsteil (17) an einem Ende einen Flansch (11) umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, axial auf der Kante des Halses (8) des Behälters (2) in Anlage zu kommen.
  15. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gespaltene Teil und der Befestigungsteil einstückig durch Formung von Material hergestellt sind.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gespaltene Teil aus einem Stück hergestellt ist und der Befestigungsteil ein anderes Stück bildet, wobei die beiden Stücke miteinander fest verbunden sind.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Stücke aus verschiedenen Werkstoffen hergestellt sind.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsteil (17) aus einem der folgenden Werkstoffe hergestellt ist: Polyolefine, insbesondere PE oder PP, POM, PA, PET.
  19. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Stücke durch eine der folgenden Befestigungsarten verbunden sind: mechanische Verbindung, Verklebung, Verschweißung, Umgießen.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gespaltene Teil (12) aus einem Abschnitt eines Stücks besteht, das zum Bedecken des Befestigungsteils (17) kommt.
  21. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gespaltene Teil (12) aus einem Stück hergestellt ist, das einen Teil umfasst, der ausgebildet ist, um mit dem Befestigungsteil (17) mechanisch durch Einrasten zusammengefügt zu werden.
  22. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstreiforgan einen ringförmigen Wulst oberhalb des gespaltenen Teils umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, im Inneren des Behälters einzurasten.
  23. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Spalt im Querschnitt eine radial nach außen divergierende Form, insbesondere eine V-Form, aufweist.
  24. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spalt einander gegenüberstehende beflockte Seiten (14a, 14b) besitzt.
  25. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstreiforgan auf seiner Außenfläche oberhalb des gespaltenen Teils (5) eine Nut (25) umfasst.
  26. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement auf mindestens einem Teil seiner Länge einen nicht kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
  27. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement (7) eine Beflockungsbeschichtung umfasst.
  28. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement (7) aus einem von einer Bürste und einem Kamm besteht, wobei das Auftragelement (7) ausgebindet ist, um ein Produkt auf die Wimpern oder Augenbrauen aufzutragen.
  29. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt für den Auftrag auf die Keratinfasern bestimmt ist oder für den Auftrag auf die Lippen oder Augenlider bestimmt ist.
  30. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragorgan (4) eine Stange (6) umfasst, an deren Ende das Auftragelement (7) befestigt ist.
  31. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (6) einen ersten Abschnitt, der einen ersten Querschnitt besitzt, und einen zweiten Abschnitt (6a) umfasst, der einen zweiten Querschnitt besitzt, der kleiner als der erste ist, wobei dieser zweite Abschnitt sich auf Höhe des gespaltenen Teils (12) des Abstreiforgans positioniert, wenn das Auftragsorgan (4) auf dem Behälter (2) an seinem Platz ist.
  32. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenquerschnitt des gespaltenen Teils (12) bis zum freien Ende (3a) des gespaltenen Teils abnimmt.
  33. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der Wand des Abstreiforgans (3) nicht konstant ist, und zwar insbesondere auf der unteren Hälfte des Abstreiforgans, insbesondere auf dem gespaltenen Teil (12).
  34. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der Wand in dem gespaltenen Teil (12) so ist, dass das Auftragelement (7) nicht den Außenumfang des Abstreiforgans überschreitet, in dem Abstreiforgan versteckt bleibt und in der Dicke der Spalte bei seinem Durchgang durch das Abstreiforgan abgestreift wird.
  35. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder die Spalte (14) sich über mindestens die Hälfte der Höhe oder mindestens ein Drittel der Höhe des Abstreiforgans (3) erstrecken.
  36. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder die Spalte (14) auf einem Teil des Abstreiforgans (3) gebildet sind, der sich längs dieses erstreckt und der so ist, dass der Innenquerschnitt des Abstreiforgans (3) auf diesem Teil kleiner oder gleich dem größten Querschnitt des Auftragorgans (4) ist.
  37. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über dem Behälter (2) ein Hals (8) vorgesehen ist und dass das Abstreiforgan einen Flansch (11) umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, an dem oberen Ende des Halses in Anlage zu kommen.
  38. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 36, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter keinen Hals aufweist und dass das Abstreiforgan einen Flansch umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, an dem oberen Ende des Behälters in Anlage zu kommen.
