Claims (14)

  1. Bahnsteigspaltfüllvorrichtung für ein Schienenfahrzeug, umfassend ein Überbrückungselement (110), welches sich in eine Längsrichtung (L) erstreckt und mit dem Äußeren des Schienenfahrzeugs (1) unter dem Bereich einer Tür (4) des Schienenfahrzeugs (1) koppelbar ist, um die Trennung (S) zwischen dem Schienenfahrzeug (1) und dem Bahnsteig (2) zu minimieren, ein einfahrbares Element (120), welches teilweise in einem Spalt (111) des Überbrückungselements (110) aufgenommen ist und welches dazu ausgebildet ist, in eine Querrichtung (T) translatorisch beweglich zu sein, welche zur Längsrichtung (L) senkrecht ist, zwischen einer eingefahrenen Stellung (P1) und einer ausgefahrenen Stellung (P2), in welcher das einfahrbare Element (120) vom Überbrückungselement (110) hervorsteht, und Federmittel (130), welche zwischen dem Überbrückungselement (110) und dem einfahrbaren Element (120) angeordnet sind, um das einfahrbare Element (120) zur ausgefahrenen Stellung (P2) hin zu zwingen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federmittel (130) eine elastisch verformbare Stange (131) umfassen, welche sich in die Längsrichtung (L) erstreckt und welche zwischen dem Überbrückungselement (110) und dem einfahrbaren Element (120) fixiert ist, die elastisch verformbare Stange (131) ein erstes Stangensegment (132) und ein zweites Stangensegment (133) umfasst, und das einfahrbare Element (120) ein erstes Ende (121) und ein zweites Ende (122) umfasst, das erste Stangensegment (132) ein freies Ende (134) aufweist, welches am ersten Ende (121) des einfahrbaren Elements (120) befestigt ist, und das zweite Stangensegment (133) ein anderes freies Ende (135) aufweist, welches am zweiten Ende (122) des einfahrbaren Elements (120) befestigt ist, und die beiden Stangensegmente (132, 133) an einem Mittelbereich (112) des Überbrückungselements (110) befestigt sind, sodass, wenn das einfahrbare Element (120) mit dem Bahnsteig (2) in Kontakt kommt, sich das genannte einfahrbare Element (120) von der ausgefahrenen Stellung (P2) zur eingefahrenen Stellung (P1) hin bewegt, sodass es die elastisch verformbare Stange (131) zusammendrückt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das freie Ende (134, 135) jeden Stangensegments (132, 133) an dessen Stangensegment (132, 133) mittels eines Krümmungssegments (136, 137) befestigt ist, sodass die freien Enden (134, 135) in Bezug auf die Stangensegmente (132, 133) aufgrund der Krümmungssegmente (136, 137) gebogen werden können.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Stangensegmente (132, 133) symmetrische in Bezug auf den Mittelbereich (112) sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die freien Enden (134, 135) der elastisch verformbaren Stange (131) am einfahrbaren Element (120) mittels Stifte (138, 139) befestigt sind, welche durch Öffnungen (113) des Überbrückungselements (110) durchgehen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Öffnungen (113) des Überbrückungselements (110) eine Form aufweisen, welche die freie Bewegung der freien Enden (134, 135) der elastisch verformbaren Stange (131) in die Querrichtung (T) und die Längsrichtung (L) erlaubt, wenn sich das einfahrbare Element (120) zwischen der ausgefahrenen Stellung (P2) und der eingefahrenen Stellung (P1) bewegt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Öffnungen (113) eine dreieckige Form mit einem zum Bahnsteig (2) hin orientierten stumpfen Winkel aufweisen, sodass, in der ausgefahrenen Stellung (P2), die Stifte (138, 139) in der Spitze des stumpfen Winkels der Öffnungen (113) eingepasst sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, wobei das einfahrbare Element (120) längliche Löcher (124) in der Querrichtung (T) zum Fixieren der Stifte (138, 139) aufweist, welches es erlauben den Abstand, mit welchem das einfahrbare Element (120) vom Überbrückungselement (110) hervorsteht, einzustellen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die elastisch verformbare Stange (131) unter dem Überbrückungselement (110) angeordnet ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei das Überbrückungselement (110) eine U-Form mit einem oberen Flansch (1112) und einem unteren Flansch (1113), zwischen welchen der Spalt (111) definiert wird, welches das einfahrbare Element (120) aufnimmt, aufweist, und die elastisch verformbare Stange (131) auf der unteren Fläche des unteren Flansches (1113) unter dem Spalt (111) angeordnet ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das einfahrbare Element (120) aus einem Verbrauchsmaterial gefertigt ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das einfahrbare Element (120) eine Form aufweist, welche dem Spalt (111) des Überbrückungselements (110) entspricht, und das einfahrbare Element (120) abgeschrägte Kanten (123) an dessen Enden (121, 122) aufweist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Überbrückungselement (110) Fenster (114) aufweist, welche den Spalt (111) des Überbrückungselements (110) mit dem Äußeren kommunizieren.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das einfahrbare Element (120) eine rutschfeste Oberfläche auf dessen oberen Fläche aufweist.
  14. Schienenfahrzeug umfassend mindestens eine Bahnsteigspaltfüllvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
