Definitions
- the invention relates to a locking device for coupling to at least one, preferably at least two, drive rod(s) of a drive rod fitting or a fitting.
- the fitting is in particular the fitting of a pivoting sash of a window or a door, and is intended in particular to be arranged in the rebate of the sash.
- the fitting is preferably part of a rotating sash.
- the invention also relates to the fitting itself, namely the fitting of a, in particular pivotable, wing of a window or door.
- the present invention also relates to a sash frame arrangement of a door or window.
- the present invention relates to the technical field of locking and closing devices for windows.
- the present invention preferably lies in the technical field of opening restrictors for windows or doors, in particular with a fall-proof function. With fall-proof windows or doors, there is an opening restriction when the window or door is swung open.
- the maximum opening width is regulated in different DIN standards. General requirements for windows are set out in DIN 18055 (as of November 2021).
- the requirements for opening restrictors that can be used for a fall-proof opening are regulated in particular in DIN EN 13126-5:2015-01 (as of November 2021).
- the opening limiters can be tested, for example, according to the aforementioned DIN EN 13126-5 (as of November 2021). In particular, opening widths of 89 and 100 mm have been established.
- crash-resistant windows or doors cannot easily be opened for cleaning, ventilation or maintenance purposes. Cleaning such windows in particular requires a lot of effort, which means that crash-proof windows or doors are rarely cleaned.
- the DE 26 01 406 A1 relates to a tilt window with a window sash that can be tilted in a fixed frame about a horizontal tilt axis.
- the EP 3 162 995 A1 relates to a fitting part of a fitting for a sash of a window or a door, which is intended for insertion into a C-shaped groove in the rebate of a frame profile of the sash.
- the object of the present invention is to avoid or at least substantially reduce the disadvantages of the prior art.
- a locking device for coupling to at least one drive rod, preferably for coupling at least two drive rods, a fitting, in particular a pivoting sash of a window or a door, in particular a rotating sash.
- the fitting is intended to be arranged in the fold between the sash and a sash frame of the window or door.
- the wing is designed as a rotating wing.
- the locking device has a coupling element that can be connected to at least one adjacent drive rod and a lock that can be connected to the coupling element and / or a drive rod.
- the lock can be connected to both a drive rod and to the coupling element, preferably in a non-positive manner.
- the lock is preferably connected to only one drive rod and not to both drive rods, in particular connected in a non-positive manner.
- the coupling element is preferably connected to two drive rods, in particular in a non-positive manner.
- the lock can be connected to a drive rod and the coupling element or only to the coupling element. Both embodiments are ultimately possible and encompassed by the present invention.
- the lock has a connecting section at one end region for connection to the coupling element and/or a drive rod and a free locking section at its other end region.
- the lock preferably represents a spring clip clamped over the connecting section, the resilient end of which forms the free locking section.
- the end regions refer in particular to the end regions in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the barrier. Preferably, the end regions can be in the area of the front ends be arranged, although they do not have to adjoin the respective end face.
- the locking section has an engagement means for engaging in a corresponding receptacle, which is in particular designed as an elongated hole, of the wing.
- the engagement means can be provided to limit a longitudinal movement of the coupling element by striking at least one wall of the receptacle.
- the receptacle is arranged or introduced into a wing profile of the wing.
- the lock is assigned a release means for actuating the locking section.
- the release means can in particular be designed as a tool that can be inserted into an engagement opening, in particular where the release means can serve to actuate the lock and in particular the resilient end of the lock.
- the locked state is characterized in particular by the fact that the engagement means is arranged in the receptacle of the wing.
- the locking state is also characterized by the fact that a longitudinal movement of the coupling element - and thus a possible longitudinal mobility of the drive rods - can be blocked by striking a wall of the receptacle of the wing profile. In the release position, however, the engagement means can then be moved out of the receptacle, whereby a longitudinal movement of the coupling element and therefore also of the drive rods can be released.
- the longitudinal movement can take place in particular in the longitudinal direction of the drive rod(s).
- the longitudinal direction of the drive rods can in particular correspond to the longitudinal extent of the drive rod(s) or be aligned along it.
- the interaction according to the invention of the components of the locking device is associated with the advantage that a tamper-proof release of the coupling element for a longitudinal movement is made possible.
- only skilled personnel who are in possession of the release means are therefore permitted to release the locking device.
- the locking device can be used for different purposes that require a tamper-proof and/or restricted access locking of the drive rod fitting.
- the locking device can be coupled to the opening limiting device in such a way that in the locking position of the locking device, the opening limiter is coupled to the drive rods and is effective between the frame and the sash. By moving the locking device into the release position, the opening limiter can be decoupled, in particular so that the window can be swiveled open.
- the possibility is thus created of "overriding" the locking of the at least one drive rod in a comparatively simple manner, in particular for cleaning, maintenance and/or ventilation purposes.
- the locking device according to the invention can be designed in such a way that the release position is “automatically” transferred into the locking position of the locking device by closing the window or door further ensures protection against incorrect operation.
- the engagement means is "automatically” transferred back into the receptacle after the window or door is closed - with appropriate actuation of the drive rod fitting, preferably via an actuation means, in particular a handle.
- the locking device is always released in the presence of the operating personnel who are in possession of the release means. If the operating personnel have properly closed the window or door again, the locking device has been put into the locked state again.
- the coupling element can be viewed as an interruption element in the connecting rod fitting and in particular as an interruption in the connecting rods.
- an unrestricted coupling of the drive rods or an unrestricted coupling between the coupling element and only one drive rod is only made possible in the release state of the locking device, in particular where in the locked position/in the locked state of the locking device there is a limited coupling which results in a longitudinal movement of the coupling element - and thus in particular a coupling of the drive rods - only until the coupling element abuts against the wall, the drive rods or between the coupling element and which only one drive rod is present.
- the locking device can in particular be embedded in the wing profile or arranged in the wing profile, wherein the lock and in particular the coupling element can be arranged in the drive rod channel of the profile.
- a locking function of a fitting stroke can be effected by the locking device, which can be canceled by appropriate release via the release means, so that the fitting stroke can be released.
- the opening limiter is decoupled from the sash, so that the window or door can be opened completely.
- a longitudinal displacement of the coupling element is possible even in the locked position or in the locked state, in particular until the engagement means abuts the wall of the receptacle.
- a longitudinal displacement of the coupling element which would result in the engagement means having to be displaced beyond the wall, is not possible. This possibility is only granted in the release position.
- the longitudinal displacement of the coupling element can be made possible by actuation with an actuation means, in particular a handle, for actuating the fitting.
- a longitudinal movement of the coupling element is blocked by striking the engagement means against the wall of the receptacle.
- the blockage is removed by moving the locking device into the release position.
- a certain "leeway" or a corresponding game i.e. a certain longitudinal movement of the coupling element and thus also of the lock, is permitted in the locked position, but this longitudinal mobility is particularly limited, so that a Longitudinal movement can be excluded, which would result in the engagement means having to be moved out of the receptacle.
- the maximum longitudinal mobility or longitudinal movement of the coupling element can also be limited in the release position - however, this limitation is then no longer ensured via the wall of the receptacle, but in particular by further means, preferably via the actuating means for actuating the fitting.
- the coupling element has a, preferably T-shaped, engagement opening for the release means.
- the locking section has a further, preferably T-shaped, engagement opening for the release means.
- the engagement means can be guided both through the engagement opening of the coupling element and through the further engagement opening of the locking section.
- the engagement openings of the coupling element and the locking section serve in particular to actuate the locking device and preferably to transfer the locking device from the locked state to the released state.
- the engagement opening of the coupling element and the further engagement opening of the locking section can be arranged such that the engagement openings for the release means are accessible from the outside when the window or door is open.
- the coupling element and the locking section are arranged on the wing profile, with at least the engagement opening of the coupling element being accessible from the outside.
- the lock can be actuated via its free locking section.
- the free locking section can be pulled onto the coupling element by actuation with the engagement means, so that the lock and in particular the locking section can be moved in the receptacle.
- the engagement means can be moved out of the receptacle by actuating the lock via the release means, preferably in that the locking section can be pulled onto the coupling element by actuation with the release means.
- the coupling element is firmly connected to both drive rods or to one drive rod in a further embodiment.
- the lock is preferably only indirectly or directly connected to a drive rod.
- An indirect, fixed connection of the barrier at one end region can be achieved by a fixed arrangement on the coupling element.
- the coupling element can have a coupling section.
- the coupling section can be formed in one piece with the coupling element.
- the coupling section serves as a drive rod and/or for coupling to the further drive rod rod fitting or a gear.
- the release means is designed in such a way that the engagement opening and preferably the further engagement opening can be or are engaged behind for actuating the locking section.
- the release means having an insertion section, which can also be T-shaped.
- the T-shape of the release means is designed to correspond to the T-shape of the engagement opening of the coupling element and the further engagement opening of the lock on the free locking section.
- the release means can first be inserted into the engagement opening and then moved downwards or upwards, so that the legs of the insertion section of the release means engage behind the engagement opening of the coupling element and the further engagement opening of the locking section.
- the T-shape of the engagement opening specifies the direction of movement of the release means for inserting and activating the locking device.
- T-shape of the engagement opening and/or the further engagement opening other shapes are also possible, which in particular enable both the engagement opening and the further engagement opening to be gripped behind via the release means, so that the lock can be actuated at its free locking section, preferably in this way that the lock can be pulled onto the coupling element.
- the engagement opening and the further engagement opening can be designed to correspond to one another or have a different shape.
- the release means engages with its engagement section behind, in particular, the further engagement opening of the lock, after it has been guided through the engagement opening of the coupling element and then through the further engagement opening of the free locking section.
- the release means can also have a shape that deviates from the shape of the engagement opening and/or the further engagement opening.
- the release means is designed in its engagement section in particular in such a way that it is possible to reach behind both the engagement opening and the further engagement opening.
- the engagement means is preferably designed as a rivet and/or as a mushroom pin.
- the engagement means can have an undercut and/or a projection.
- the engagement means can preferably be designed to reach behind the receptacle at least in certain areas.
- the engagement means has a, preferably circumferential, projection for engaging behind the receptacle.
- the engagement means can engage behind the receptacle, preferably through the undercut and/or the, in particular circumferential, projection.
- the engagement means can be arranged with its projection and/or undercut outside the receptacle for the engagement means.
- the engagement means can be moved out of the receptacle with its projection and/or undercut by actuation with the locking device with the release means.
- an actuation of the locking section is necessary, which can preferably be ensured by reaching behind with the release means and by pulling the free locking section towards the coupling element.
- the locking section and/or the entire lock is preferably spring-loaded and/or designed as a spring, in particular as a leaf spring.
- the design as a spring enables the locking section to be moved and/or displaced elastically or resiliently by actuation with the release means, in particular to be drawn onto the coupling element.
- the resilient property of the locking section or the lock then makes it possible that, after the window or door has been opened in the release state and then closed again, the locking device can be transferred (back) to the locked state, preferably by the engagement means being pushed back into the locking state Recording can intervene.
- the aforementioned actuation of the fitting can be ensured by the actuating means, in particular a handle.
- the coupling element is designed as a profile rail.
- the profile rail can thus be inserted into the sash profile and ultimately serve as an interruption to the connecting rod fitting.
- the lock and the coupling element are designed to be elongated.
- a longitudinal extent is to be understood in such a way that the longitudinal extent running in the longitudinal direction of the wing profile is greater than the width of the barrier or the coupling element, the width in particular running orthogonally to the length of the barrier or the coupling element.
- the length of the barrier and/or the coupling element can be at least five times, preferably at least eight times, more preferably at least ten times larger than the width of the barrier and/or the coupling element.
- a depression is provided on the underside of the coupling element facing the locking section for receiving the locking section at least in certain areas.
- the locking section is arranged in particular in the receptacle of the coupling element in the release state of the locking device, preferably after the locking section has been drawn into and/or onto the receptacle of the coupling element via the release means.
- the lock is not accessible from the outside in both the locked state and the released state when installed, since it is covered in particular by the coupling element. In this way, incorrect operation and/or manipulation of the locking device can at least essentially be avoided.
- the locking section and the free end of the lock are preferably at least substantially completely covered by the coupling element.
- At least one centering means is formed on the lock for the aligned arrangement of the engagement opening and the further engagement opening.
- the centering means can be provided on the lock. Since the lock is also firmly connected to the coupling element can be, the centering means arranged on the lock also enables the coupling element to be centered.
- centering means preferably protruding or laterally projecting, in particular designed as projections, are provided for centering the lock in the wing profile, preferably in a rebate groove of the wing profile.
- the centering means can be designed in such a way that they are designed to abut against the walls of the folding groove, so that an at least essentially play-free arrangement of the lock in the folding groove can be made possible, at least in the area of the centering means.
- the centering means is bulge-shaped and/or has a cross section in the shape of a circular arc section.
- the two centering means are preferably arranged on opposite longitudinal sides of the barrier.
- the centering means can also be arranged at one end region, which serves to connect the lock to the coupling element and/or the drive rod, and/or adjacent to this end region.
- the centering means is arranged closer to the end region, which serves to connect to the drive rod and/or the coupling element, and further away from the free locking section.
- the centering means therefore preferably does not restrict the mobility of the locking section and/or does not interfere with the movement of the engagement means.
- the centering means continues to be arranged in the fold groove even in the release state, whereby the engagement means can be moved out of the receptacle.
- the centering means were arranged on the locking section, it would be moved out of the folding groove and/or the receptacle, particularly in the release state, which, however, is not preferred. Accordingly, centering of the lock and thus also of the coupling element can be ensured via the centering means both in the release state and in the locked state.
- the present invention relates to a fitting for a, in particular pivotable, wing of a window or door.
- the wing is designed as a rotating wing.
- the fitting has an opening limiting device for limiting the opening of the sash, in particular in a fall-proof manner, preferably when swinging open, and a locking device according to one of the aforementioned embodiments.
- the fitting is intended to be arranged in the rebate between the sash and a sash frame.
- the locking device is at least indirectly or directly connected to the coupling element via at least one
- the drive rod of the fitting is connected to the opening restriction device.
- the locking device is preferably connected to two drive rods of the fitting. Alternatively, the locking device can also be connected to only one drive rod, preferably if the coupling element has a coupling section.
- the locking device is coupled to the opening limiting device in such a way that preferably the opening limiting device limits the opening width of the locking device in a blocking position, that is to say in particular when the engagement means is hooked, and/or preferably so that the opening limiting device is in a release position, that is to say in particular in which the engagement means has been moved out of the receptacle, the locking device releases the wing, preferably for unlimited swinging.
- the terms locking position and locking state as well as release position and release state are used in particular synonymously and each characterize a state or a position of the locking device.
- the locking device In the release position/release state, the locking device is "deactivated", which is characterized by the fact that the engagement means no longer engages in the receptacle of the wing profile.
- a longitudinal movement of the connecting rod fitting is blocked. Such a blockage can be achieved by arranging the engagement means in the receptacle.
- a certain longitudinal mobility of the coupling element can also be provided in the locked position, preferably so that the engagement means can be moved longitudinally in the receptacle.
- the longitudinal movement is limited in the locked state, preferably in that the engagement means can abut against a wall of the receptacle.
- the opening restriction device meets the requirements of DIN EN 13126-5 (as of December 2021).
- the opening limiting device has at least one scissor arrangement, which preferably has at least one pair of scissors, for limiting the opening of the sash.
- the scissor arrangement can in particular be designed like opening limiting devices known from the prior art.
- an opening limiting device “known per se from practice” can cooperate with the locking device according to the invention. Accordingly, the opening limiting device can be "overridden" using the locking device, so that the sash can swing open without limitation.
- the scissors can be connectable both to the frame of the window or door and to the sash to limit the opening of the sash.
- the scissors are preferably rotatably/pivotably mounted on the frame.
- the terms “rotatable” and “pivotable” are to be understood as synonymous throughout the text.
- the scissors are rotatably arranged on the wing or rotatably mounted on the wing. In the opening limiting position, the scissors act between the sash and frame to limit the opening.
- two opening limiting devices are provided, which are arranged on both the top and bottom of the frame or the sash. If two opening limiting devices are provided, both opening limiting devices are preferably each coupled to the locking device with a drive rod.
- the present invention also relates to a sash frame assembly of a door or window.
- the wing frame arrangement has a fitting according to one of the aforementioned embodiments and a rebate.
- the fitting is arranged in the fold between the sash and the frame of the window or door.
- the opening limiting device limits the opening width of the sash in the locked position of the locking device.
- the coupling element is arranged in a longitudinally displaceable manner in the rebate on the wing.
- the coupling element can thus be moved in the fold of the sash according to the release or locking by the locking device.
- an actuating means designed to actuate the fitting and to cooperate with the locking device, in particular the coupling element, is provided and/or arranged on the wing.
- the actuating means can in particular be designed as a handle, preferably as a window or door handle.
- the actuating means can be used in particular to actuate the entire fitting.
- the lock engages in a fold groove of the fold and that, preferably, the engagement means engages in a receptacle, in particular an elongated hole, of the fold, in particular wherein the receptacle has, at least in sections, an undercut for gripping behind by the engagement means.
- the engagement means can thus interact with the receptacle, as already described above.
- the receptacle has a wall as a stop for the engagement means to limit a longitudinal movement of the coupling element in the locking position of the locking device.
- the actuating means can be actuated, in particular rotatable, preferably by approximately 90, in the locking position of the locking device to a first position starting from a rest position (in particular the position that is assumed when the window or door is closed). °, is. Accordingly, the actuating means can be rotated, with the rest position being able to be distinguished from the first person in particular by a first rotation, preferably by approximately 90°.
- the Actuating means can be brought beyond the first position into the second position in the release position of the locking device.
- the second position can differ from the first position by a rotation, preferably a 90° rotation.
- the pivot point can in particular be arranged in a stationary manner on the wing.
- the second position can therefore differ from the rest position by a 180° rotation.
- Such rotational positions of the actuating means are generally known, in particular to the user.
- the locking device can ensure that rotation of the actuating means from the first to the second position is only possible for the user if the locking device is correspondingly released by the release means.
- an anti-misoperation device is provided, which is designed such that actuation of the actuating means can only be carried out when the window or door is closed.
- a closed window or a closed door particularly characterizes the so-called closed position.
- the misoperation protection is particularly known in the prior art and can ensure that incorrect operation of the window or door, preferably via the actuating means, outside the closed position is excluded.
- the actuating means can be transferred from the first to the second position, in particular only in the closed position of the wing, and the corresponding release of the locking device can only be carried out in the closed position.
- the incorrect operation protection which can also be referred to as an incorrect operation device, is designed in such a way that when the window or door is open in the opening limiting position, an actuation of the actuating means into a holding position provided between the first and the second position can be carried out.
- This holding position is assumed in particular when the release means has been introduced into the engagement opening and the further engagement opening and the lock has been pulled with its locking section onto the receptacle, preferably so that the engagement means has been moved out of the receptacle and onto a fitting channel protruding from the receptacle can be stored.
- the engagement means can be put down because the actuating means moves from the first position into the forward position, which only requires a very slight longitudinal movement of the coupling element can be transferred. However, such a slight longitudinal movement is sufficient to place the engagement means on the fitting channel. The window can then be closed - with the actuating means in the forward position.
- the actuating means can then (subsequently) be transferred from the forward position to the second position in which no opening restriction is no longer effective.
- the window or door can then be swung open or opened completely.
- the locking device is also transferred to the locking position, in that a longitudinal movement of the coupling element is triggered by actuation with the actuating means in such a way that the engagement means, preferably through the resilient property of the Locking section is moved into the recording again and then engages behind the recording. This means that longitudinal movement is blocked again.
- Fig. 1 shows a locking device 1 in an exploded view.
- Fig. 2 shows that the locking device 1 is connected to two drive rods 2, 3.
- the locking device 1 serves to couple the two drive rods 2, 3 of a fitting 4.
- the fitting 4 is in particular the fitting of a pivoting sash 5 of a window 6 or a door, which is not shown in more detail.
- the wing 5 is designed in particular as a rotating wing, as shown schematically in the Fig. 8 , 14 and 16 is shown, which show the window 6.
- Fig. 3 shows section III-III Fig. 2 .
- the locking device 1 has a coupling element 7 connected to adjacent drive rods 2, 3, as shown schematically in Fig. 2 is shown.
- Fig. 20 shows a further embodiment of a locking device 1.
- the locking device 1 is only coupled to a drive rod 2.
- a coupling section 30 is provided on the coupling element 7, which functionally forms the drive rod 3 Fig. 1 can replace.
- the coupling section 30 can be formed in one piece with the coupling element 7 or can be firmly connected to the coupling element 7.
- the coupling section 30 can be arranged on the underside 24 of the coupling element 7 and can in particular be arranged between the connecting section 10 and the coupling element 7. Preferred is the coupling section 30 from the coupling element 7.
- the coupling section 30 can also be connected and/or coupled to other components of the drive rod fitting 4 and/or to a gearbox.
- the locking device 1 further comprises a lock 8, which is in the in Fig. 1 illustrated embodiment is connected both to a drive rod 3 and to the coupling element 7, preferably non-positively and firmly connected.
- Fig. 20 shows that the lock 8 is not directly coupled to a drive rod 2, 3, but only to the coupling element 7 and the coupling section 30.
- lock 8 is coupled only to a drive rod 3 or only to the coupling element 7, but not to the coupling section 30.
- the lock 8 has a connecting section 10 at one end region 9, the connecting section 10 being provided for connection to the coupling element 7 and/or the drive rod 3.
- connecting section 10 is directly connected only to the drive rod 3 or only to the coupling element 7.
- Fig. 20 shows that the connecting section 10 can be connected to the coupling section 30, preferably non-positively.
- the lock 8 is designed at its other end region 11 in such a way that it has a free locking section 12.
- the locking section 12 is, for example, in Fig. 1 shown.
- the locking section 12 has an engagement means 13 or an engagement means 13 is firmly connected to the free locking section 12, which according to the invention falls under “having”.
- the lock 8 is a spring clip clamped on one side of the connecting section 10, the locking section 12 of which can spring in and out.
- the engagement means 13 is intended to engage in a receptacle 14, which is designed such that the engagement means 13 can engage in it.
- the receptacle 14 is designed in particular as an elongated hole in the wing 5.
- the wing profile 15 is shown, the locking device 1 not yet being arranged in the wing profile 15.
- the Fig. 18 shows a detailed view Fig. 17 , namely detail A Fig. 17 .
- the Fig. 17 and the Fig. 18 It can be seen that the receptacle 14 has been inserted into the wing profile 15. This receptacle 14 is designed in such a way that it serves to engage behind the engagement means 13.
- the receptacle 14 can be introduced into a standard wing profile 15 by appropriate profile processing of the wing profile 15.
- Fig. 4B shows a state of the locking device 1, in which the wing 5 can be swung open, for example, in particular with an opening limitation, as shown Fig. 8 is visible.
- Fig. 4A shows, in contrast, that the longitudinal movement of the coupling element 7 is limited by striking the engagement means 13 against a wall 16 of the receptacle 14. Ultimately, the coupling element 7 cannot be moved further because the engagement means 13 abuts the wall 16.
- the Fig. 4A clarifies that compared to the Fig. 4B a certain "play" or a certain longitudinal movement of the coupling element 7 and thus also of the lock 8 can be permitted in the locking position. However, this movement is blocked or limited by the engagement means 13 striking the wall 16, as shown Fig. 4A becomes apparent.
- the maximum longitudinal mobility or longitudinal movement of the coupling element 7 can also be limited in the release position - however, this limitation then no longer takes place via the wall 16, but rather through other means, in particular via an actuating means 21 for actuating the fitting 4.
- Actuating means 21 can be transferred into different positions/positions for actuating the fitting 4, wherein the respective transfer into different positions can be coupled to a predetermined lifting or longitudinal movement of the coupling element 7, so that the coupling element 7 ultimately does not "arbitrarily" even in the released state " can be moved.
- the blocking position for example, limits or blocks a movement, in particular rotation, of the actuating means 21 for actuating the coupling element 7 or the drive rod fitting 4.
- This design can be particularly advantageous if an opening limiting device 22 that can be coupled to the actuating element 21 is provided, which can in particular be designed as a scissor arrangement. By blocking or blocking the actuating element 21 by the locking device 1 in its locked position, a release of the opening limiting device 22 can then also be avoided. Alternatively or additionally, it can be provided that the opening limiting device 22 can only be deactivated and/or released in the release position of the locking device 1.
- the locking device 1 is in the position or in the locked state.
- the lock 8 is assigned a release means 17 for actuating the locking section 12.
- the release means 17 is, for example, in the Fig. 13 shown.
- the locking section 12 can be actuated in particular by the release means 17 in such a way that the locking section 12 can be pulled onto the coupling element 7, in particular with the engagement means 13 then being moved out of the receptacle 14, as shown schematically Fig. 11 to 13 represent.
- the engagement means 13 is moved out of the receptacle 14, the drive rods 2, 3 are coupled to one another, so that a longitudinal movement of the coupling element 7 is permitted. This is with the in Fig. 13 shown state of the locking device 1 is provided.
- the coupling element 7 is firmly connected to the two drive rods 2, 3.
- a screw and/or rivet connection can be provided for connecting to the drive rods 2, 3.
- Fig. 1 shows that the coupling element 7 has an engagement opening 18.
- the engagement opening 18 At the in Fig. 1 illustrated embodiment is the engagement opening 18 at least essentially T-shaped.
- the engagement opening 18 serves to engage an insertion section 19 of the release means 17.
- the insertion section 19 is, for example, in Fig. 13 shown schematically.
- the locking section 12 has a further engagement opening 20.
- the further engagement opening 20 can also be provided for engaging the release means 17, in particular the insertion section 19 of the release means 17.
- the further engagement opening 20 is at least essentially designed to correspond to the engagement opening 18 of the coupling element 7, although this does not necessarily have to be the case.
- the locking device 1 is actuated via the release means 17.
- Fig. 9 shows that the release means 17 is inserted into both engagement openings 18, 20, the locking device 1 being in the locking position or in the locked state, in which the engagement means 13 is arranged in the receptacle 14.
- Fig. 10 shows that compared to the in Fig. 9 illustrated embodiment, the release means 17 has been moved in the engagement openings 18, 20, so that the release means 17 engages behind the engagement openings 18, 20.
- the release means 17, in particular the insertion section 19 of the release means 17, can be designed such that the engagement opening 18 and preferably the further engagement opening 20 is/are engaged behind for actuating the locking section 12.
- the Fig. 11 shows that by pulling the release means 17, the engagement means 13 can be moved out of the receptacle 14, with the locking section 12 being pulled onto the coupling element 7. In particular, however, one changes Such pulling does not affect the arrangement of the connecting section 10 on the drive rod 3 or on the coupling element 7.
- Fig. 12 shows that an actuating means 21, a window handle in the exemplary embodiment shown, achieves a slight longitudinal movement of the coupling element 7, which leads to the engagement means 13 being able to be placed on the protruding fitting channel of the sash profile 15, as also shown in FIG Fig. 13 is shown.
- the release means 17 can be removed again from the engagement openings 18, 20.
- the locking device 1 is in the released state. This release state can then be used, for example, to convert the actuating means 21 in such a way that an opening of the window 6 is achieved without an opening limiting device 22, as shown schematically in FIGS Fig. 14 to 16 is shown.
- Fig. 14 shows the window 6 with the sash 5 closed, the locking device 1, which is not shown here, being in the release position. This enables the actuating means 21 to be displaced in such a way that the wing 5 is released - without an opening limiting device 22.
- the opening limiting device 22 will be discussed in more detail below. In this context, reference may be made to the following statements.
- the engagement means 13 is designed as a rivet, preferably a mushroom pin.
- the engagement means 13 has a projection 23 which can provide an undercut.
- the projection 23 is designed to be circumferential.
- the projection 23 can also be designed in such a way that it can be used to reach behind the receptacle 14 at least in certain areas.
- the engagement means 13 can therefore engage behind the receptacle 14, as shown schematically in FIG Figures 4A and 4B is shown.
- the in Fig. 1 Locking section 12 shown is spring-loaded and preferably designed as a spring, in particular as a leaf spring. Furthermore shows Fig. 1 that the coupling element 7 is designed as a profile rail. Both the lock 8 and the coupling element 7 are in the in Fig. 1 illustrated embodiment is elongated, with the longitudinal extent of both the lock 8 and the coupling element 7 running in the longitudinal direction of the wing profile 15. In particular, the length of the lock 8 and the length of the coupling element 7 can each exceed the width of the lock 8 or the coupling element 7 by at least eight times.
- the coupling element 7 has a bottom 24.
- the underside 24 is designed such that a recess 25 is present.
- the depression 25 serves to accommodate the locking section 12 at least in some areas - in the released state, for example in the 12 and 13 is shown.
- Fig. 2 shows that the locking section 12 is at least essentially completely covered by the coupling element 7 in the installed state.
- a section is also shown in which a section of the coupling element 7 has been removed, so that the connecting section 10 of the lock 8 can be seen. This has been done for schematic illustration purposes only.
- the lock 8 has at least one centering means 26 for the aligned arrangement of the further engagement opening 20 and the engagement opening 18.
- the centering means 26 can be designed in the shape of a bulge and/or in the shape of a circular arc section - seen in cross section.
- the centering means 26, as also shown in Fig. 5 is shown, is designed as a projection of the lock 8 and ultimately serves to center the lock 8 in the wing profile 15, preferably in the rebate groove of the wing profile 15.
- the centering means 26 are in the in Fig. 5 illustrated embodiment from the long sides of the barrier 8 and are arranged on these long sides. Furthermore, the centering means 26 adjoin the connecting section 10.
- the Fig. 6 shows a side view of the in Fig. 5 locking device 1 shown, where Fig. 7 section VII-VII Fig. 6 shows.
- the Fig. 5 to 7 illustrate that the lock 8 is firmly connected to the coupling element 7 with the connecting section 10.
- FIG. 8 A fitting 4 is shown schematically.
- the fitting 4 is the fitting of a, in particular pivoting, wing 5 of a window 6.
- the fitting 4 can also be the fitting of a door in further embodiments not shown.
- the wing 5 is designed in particular as a rotating wing.
- the fitting 4 has an opening limiting device 22.
- the Fig. 8 shows the wing 5 in the opening limiting position.
- the opening limiting device 22 serves to limit the opening of the wing 5, especially when swinging open.
- the fitting 4 includes a locking device 1 according to one of the previous embodiments, which is not clear from the Fig. 8 becomes apparent.
- the fitting 4 is intended to be arranged in the fold between the sash 5 and the sash frame 27.
- the locking device 1 is connected to the opening limiting device 22 via at least one drive rod 2, 3 of the fitting 4 connected to the coupling element 7 of the locking device 1, preferably so that the opening limiting device 22 is in a locking position of the locking device 1 - that is, at engaging means 13 engaging in the receptacle 14 - the opening width of the wing 5 is limited.
- Such a limitation is in the Fig. 8 shown.
- the opening limiting device 22 is also designed and connected to the drive rod 2, 3 of the fitting 4 in such a way that the opening limiting device 22 is in a release position of the locking device 1 - that is, a position in which the engagement means 13 is no longer arranged in the receptacle 14 and out of it has been moved out, as for example in Fig. 13 is shown - releases the wing 5, preferably for unlimited swinging. Such a release of the wing 5 is in the Fig. 16 shown.
- the opening limiting device 22 has scissors 28 for limiting the opening of the wing 5.
- the scissors 28 can be connected to both the sash frame 27 and the sash 5 in the opening limiting position.
- the scissors 28 can be rotatably mounted either on the sash frame 27 or on the sash 5.
- more than one opening limiting device 22 can also be used in a window 6 or a door. If several opening limiting devices 22 are used, each opening limiting device 22 is preferably coupled to the locking device 1.
- a wing frame arrangement 29 with a fitting 4 according to one of the previous embodiments.
- the sash frame arrangement 29 is the sash frame arrangement 29 of a window 6. What is not shown in more detail is that a sash frame arrangement 29 can also be provided for a door.
- the fitting 4 is arranged in the fold between the sash 5 and a sash frame 27 of the window 6 or the door.
- the opening limiting device 22 limits the opening width of the wing 5 in the locked position of the locking device 1.
- Fig. 16 shows, however, a release position of the opening limiting device 22, in which the locking device 1 has released the wing 5, preferably for unlimited swinging.
- Such a release can be achieved in particular by actuating the actuating means 21.
- the locking device 1 In the release state of the opening limiting device 22, the locking device 1 must also be in the release state.
- the coupling element 7 shown is arranged in a longitudinally displaceable manner in the fold on the wing 5.
- FIGS. 4A and 4B show that the lock 8 engages in a fold groove of the fold or in the wing profile 15 and that, preferably, the engagement means 13 engages in a receptacle 14, which is preferably designed as an elongated hole, of the fold or of the wing profile 15.
- the receptacle 14 can have an undercut at least in sections so that the engagement means 13 can engage behind it.
- actuating means 21 is provided for actuating the fitting 4 and for interacting with the locking device 1.
- the actuating means 21 can be provided on the wing 5 and can in particular be designed as a handle.
- actuating the actuating means 21 in the locking position of the locking device 1 it can be made possible for the actuating means 21 to start from a rest position, as shown in Fig. 19 is shown, can be actuated up to a first position.
- the first position is in Fig. 8 shown.
- the actuating means 21 can be rotated from the rest position to the first position. If the locking device 1 is in the locking position and the opening limiting device 22 is in the opening limiting position, as in Fig. 8 As shown, the actuating means 21 cannot be rotated beyond the first position. Preferably, the rest position of the actuating means 21 differs from the first position by a 90° rotation.
- the locking device 1 In the in Fig. 8 In the opening limiting position of the window 6 shown, the locking device 1 can then be transferred from the locked state to the released state, as has already been done in connection with Fig. 1 to 13 has been explained. If the locking device 1 is now in the release state, this can be done in Fig. 8 shown window 6 can be moved from the first position or the holding position to the second position by closing the sash 5 and then actuating the actuating means 21. This shows Fig. 14 the so-called “holding position”.
- the lead position differs from the first position, as shown in Fig. 8 is shown, characterized in that in a locking device 1 which has been moved out of the receptacle 14 with its engagement means 13, a (slight) displacement into a holding position is made possible.
- Fig. 11 of the Fig. 12 in that the actuating means 21 moves from the first position to the holding position, as shown in Fig. 12 is shown schematically, has been transferred.
- a transfer of the actuating means 21 from the holding position into a second position is not yet possible in this state.
- Fig. 14 Because the window 6 or the wing 5 must first be closed, as shown in Fig. 14 is shown. Then the actuating means 21 can be moved from the holding position as shown in Fig. 14 is shown, can be transferred to the second position, which is in Fig. 15 is shown. In this position, the wing 5 can then be swung open, with the opening limiting device 22 no longer being effective. This is schematic in Fig. 16 shown.
- the actuating means can also be rotated from the forward position to the second position, preferably by approximately 90°.
- the movements or actuations of the actuating means 21, in particular from the rest position to the first position, from the first position to the holding position and from the holding position to the second position and from the second position back to the first position, can each cause a longitudinal movement of the coupling element 7 in the fold or in the wing profile 15.
- an incorrect operating device can be provided, which is designed such that actuation of the actuating means 21 can only be carried out when the window 6 or the door is closed.
- This is the so-called closed position of the window 6 or the door.
- Such a closed position is in Fig. 19 shown. Actuation of the fitting 4 only in the closed position can therefore be ensured by an incorrect operating device.
- a protection against incorrect operation should be provided, in some embodiments it is necessary for the protection against incorrect operation to actuate the actuating means 21 when the window 6 is open to be deactivated.
- An actuation of the fitting 4 via the actuating means 21 when the sash 5 is swung open is necessary, for example, when transferring the actuating means 21 from the first position to the holding position.
- the incorrect operating device can be designed in such a way that it allows the aforementioned operation when the window 6 is open.
