  • the present invention also relates to a sash frame arrangement of a door or window.
  • the present invention relates to the technical field of locking and closing devices for windows.
  • the present invention preferably lies in the technical field of opening restrictors for windows or doors, in particular with a fall-proof function. With fall-proof windows or doors, there is an opening restriction when the window or door is swung open.
  • the maximum opening width is regulated in different DIN standards. General requirements for windows are set out in DIN 18055 (as of November 2021).
  • the requirements for opening restrictors that can be used for a fall-proof opening are regulated in particular in DIN EN 13126-5:2015-01 (as of November 2021).
  • the opening limiters can be tested, for example, according to the aforementioned DIN EN 13126-5 (as of November 2021). In particular, opening widths of 89 and 100 mm have been established.
  • crash-resistant windows or doors cannot easily be opened for cleaning, ventilation or maintenance purposes. Cleaning such windows in particular requires a lot of effort, which means that crash-proof windows or doors are rarely cleaned.
  • the DE 26 01 406 A1 relates to a tilt window with a window sash that can be tilted in a fixed frame about a horizontal tilt axis.
  • the EP 3 162 995 A1 relates to a fitting part of a fitting for a sash of a window or a door, which is intended for insertion into a C-shaped groove in the rebate of a frame profile of the sash.
  • the object of the present invention is to avoid or at least substantially reduce the disadvantages of the prior art.
  • a locking device for coupling to at least one drive rod, preferably for coupling at least two drive rods, a fitting, in particular a pivoting sash of a window or a door, in particular a rotating sash.
  • the fitting is intended to be arranged in the fold between the sash and a sash frame of the window or door.
  • the wing is designed as a rotating wing.
  • the locking device has a coupling element that can be connected to at least one adjacent drive rod and a lock that can be connected to the coupling element and / or a drive rod.
  • the lock can be connected to both a drive rod and to the coupling element, preferably in a non-positive manner.
  • the lock is preferably connected to only one drive rod and not to both drive rods, in particular connected in a non-positive manner.
  • the coupling element is preferably connected to two drive rods, in particular in a non-positive manner.
  • the lock can be connected to a drive rod and the coupling element or only to the coupling element. Both embodiments are ultimately possible and encompassed by the present invention.

  • the receptacle is arranged or introduced into a wing profile of the wing.
  • the lock is assigned a release means for actuating the locking section.
  • the release means can in particular be designed as a tool that can be inserted into an engagement opening, in particular where the release means can serve to actuate the lock and in particular the resilient end of the lock.
  • the locked state is characterized in particular by the fact that the engagement means is arranged in the receptacle of the wing.
  • the locking state is also characterized by the fact that a longitudinal movement of the coupling element - and thus a possible longitudinal mobility of the drive rods - can be blocked by striking a wall of the receptacle of the wing profile. In the release position, however, the engagement means can then be moved out of the receptacle, whereby a longitudinal movement of the coupling element and therefore also of the drive rods can be released.
  • the longitudinal movement can take place in particular in the longitudinal direction of the drive rod(s).
  • the longitudinal direction of the drive rods can in particular correspond to the longitudinal extent of the drive rod(s) or be aligned along it.
  • the interaction according to the invention of the components of the locking device is associated with the advantage that a tamper-proof release of the coupling element for a longitudinal movement is made possible.
  • only skilled personnel who are in possession of the release means are therefore permitted to release the locking device.
  • the locking device can be used for different purposes that require a tamper-proof and/or restricted access locking of the drive rod fitting.
  • the locking device can be coupled to the opening limiting device in such a way that in the locking position of the locking device, the opening limiter is coupled to the drive rods and is effective between the frame and the sash. By moving the locking device into the release position, the opening limiter can be decoupled, in particular so that the window can be swiveled open.
  • the possibility is thus created of "overriding" the locking of the at least one drive rod in a comparatively simple manner, in particular for cleaning, maintenance and/or ventilation purposes.
  • the locking device according to the invention can be designed in such a way that the release position is “automatically” transferred into the locking position of the locking device by closing the window or door further ensures protection against incorrect operation.
  • the engagement means is "automatically” transferred back into the receptacle after the window or door is closed - with appropriate actuation of the drive rod fitting, preferably via an actuation means, in particular a handle.
  • the locking device is always released in the presence of the operating personnel who are in possession of the release means. If the operating personnel have properly closed the window or door again, the locking device has been put into the locked state again.
  • the coupling element can be viewed as an interruption element in the connecting rod fitting and in particular as an interruption in the connecting rods.
  • an unrestricted coupling of the drive rods or an unrestricted coupling between the coupling element and only one drive rod is only made possible in the release state of the locking device, in particular where in the locked position/in the locked state of the locking device there is a limited coupling which results in a longitudinal movement of the coupling element - and thus in particular a coupling of the drive rods - only until the coupling element abuts against the wall, the drive rods or between the coupling element and which only one drive rod is present.
  • the locking device can in particular be embedded in the wing profile or arranged in the wing profile, wherein the lock and in particular the coupling element can be arranged in the drive rod channel of the profile.
  • a locking function of a fitting stroke can be effected by the locking device, which can be canceled by appropriate release via the release means, so that the fitting stroke can be released.
  • the opening limiter is decoupled from the sash, so that the window or door can be opened completely.
  • a longitudinal displacement of the coupling element is possible even in the locked position or in the locked state, in particular until the engagement means abuts the wall of the receptacle.
  • a longitudinal displacement of the coupling element which would result in the engagement means having to be displaced beyond the wall, is not possible. This possibility is only granted in the release position.
  • the longitudinal displacement of the coupling element can be made possible by actuation with an actuation means, in particular a handle, for actuating the fitting.
  • a longitudinal movement of the coupling element is blocked by striking the engagement means against the wall of the receptacle.
  • the blockage is removed by moving the locking device into the release position.
  • a certain "leeway" or a corresponding game i.e. a certain longitudinal movement of the coupling element and thus also of the lock, is permitted in the locked position, but this longitudinal mobility is particularly limited, so that a Longitudinal movement can be excluded, which would result in the engagement means having to be moved out of the receptacle.
  • the maximum longitudinal mobility or longitudinal movement of the coupling element can also be limited in the release position - however, this limitation is then no longer ensured via the wall of the receptacle, but in particular by further means, preferably via the actuating means for actuating the fitting.
