Definitions

  • the invention relates to the technical field of frame and sash arrangements which are equipped with an opening restriction function.
  • An opening restriction function limits the opening angle of a sash of a window or door.
  • Scissors can be used as a functional element as an opening restrictor.
  • Functional scissors can restrict and / or hold the opening angle in a rotating and / or tilting position of the sash.
  • the scissors or the scissor arm can be designed as a frame-side fitting part and interact with the sash-side fitting arrangement.
  • a pair of scissors can be used in the upper and lower frame area, especially for revolving windows.
  • the sash of the window or the door can be rotatable about a vertical axis and / or tiltable about a horizontal axis.
  • the opening restriction device can also be referred to as a deployment device.
  • the frame and sash arrangement can ultimately be designed via a fitting arrangement in such a way that the sash can be unlocked and locked.
  • an actuating device - such as a window handle or a door handle - can be provided for actuating the fitting and / or the frame and / or sash arrangement.
  • the maximum opening width limited by the scissors or the scissor arm can be, for example, 89, 100 and / or 120 mm.
  • the sash in the prior art can also be brought into a release position - usually releasable via a lock - in which the sash can be pivoted relative to the frame without an opening restriction.
  • the scissors In the release position of the wing, the scissors, in particular the scissor arm, are arranged on the frame or in a rebate groove of the frame.
  • the release position i.e. when the sash is swung open - undesirable - conscious or unintentional - manipulation of the scissor arm can easily take place, with the scissor arm being swiveled out - very easily - for example from the frame and / or from the rebate groove of the frame in the event of incorrect handling. This can lead to the scissor arm being mechanically stressed and in particular breaking off.
  • the manipulation can also have the consequence that the sash can no longer be closed. A transfer of the sash from the release position into the opening-limiting position and / or into the closed position can thus be prevented.
  • Such manipulation can be intentional or unintentional, in particular during cleaning work. Deliberate manipulation can be carried out by intruders to damage the window or door.
  • the EP 3 045 635 A1 relates to a device for supporting and facilitating the opening and closing for a sash of a window or a door with at least a spring device which acts between a frame and the sash of the window or the door for opening and closing assistance and which is operatively connected to a scissor-type display.
  • the DE 24 26 030 A1 relates to a window, a window frame and a sash frame which can be swiveled and tilted relative to the window frame and which is attached to the window frame by a swivel lining system arranged along a window vertical leg and by a tilting hardware system arranged along a window lower leg.
  • the DE 20 2012 002 502 U1 relates to a combined deceleration and acceleration device for a sash of windows or doors with a drive rod fitting that can be driven in a fitting groove and a rebate area, which includes a scissor-opening mechanism, the opening width of which can be limited in a tilted position by a swivel arm pivotably articulated on the one hand on the frame and on the other hand on the sash.
  • the object of the present invention is now to avoid or at least substantially reduce the aforementioned disadvantages of the prior art.

  • the use in windows or doors with a turn and / or tilt function is particularly preferred.
  • the securing fitting part enables the scissor arm, which can be provided in particular to limit the opening of the sash, to be secured and / or locked better than in the prior art.
  • the scissor arm can be secured and / or locked, preferably exclusively, in a release position of the sash of the window or door.
  • a release position of the wing can at least be present when the wing can be pivoted open without the opening restriction - that is, without the scissor arm articulated on the wing.
  • the securing fitting part can be inserted into a rebate groove of the frame, in particular pivoted in and / or inserted.
  • a rebate groove of the frame in particular pivoted in and / or inserted.
  • the stop means can be arranged in a stationary manner in the, preferably C-shaped, rebate groove.
  • the stop means can be designed in such a way that the longitudinal displaceability of the base body in the rebate groove is limited in the state of use.
  • the securing fitting part can enable incorrect handling and / or manipulation of the scissor arm to be prevented or at least made more difficult. This results from the fact that the securing fitting part according to the invention can be used to secure or lock the scissor arm due to the securing means interacting with the scissor arm when the scissor arm does not engage in the wing or in the wing fitting.
  • the free end of the scissor arm can be secured by the securing means of the securing fitting part according to the invention.
  • the free end of the scissor arm can engage in the sash fitting in the opening limiting position of the sash in order to ultimately enable the opening limitation.
  • the free end of the scissor arm can be arranged on the end face and / or end region opposite the end face and / or end region of the scissor arm mounted on the frame.

  • the securing means is provided on at least one longitudinal side of the base body and can, for example, form a C-shaped receptacle for the scissor arm.
  • An arrangement of the securing means at the end of the base body is particularly advantageous in that this can lead to a stable and / or permanent securing of the scissor arm.
  • at least a section of the front end of the scissor arm, in particular a protruding projection, can be received in the front securing means of the base body, which can make manipulation of the scissor arm more difficult.
  • the securing means can be locked to the scissor arm.
  • the securing means can be connected to the scissor arm in a form-fitting and / or frictional-fitting manner.
  • incorrect operation of the scissor arm can be avoided by the aforementioned design of the securing means.
  • the securing means can be latched to the free end of the scissor arm in a release position of the wing.
  • the preferably form-fitting arrangement between the securing means and the scissor arm can prevent the scissor arm from being pivoted out of the frame without applying high forces and / or by deliberately "pulling" the securing fitting part.
  • the securing means can in particular be designed as a function of the respective scissor arm which is to be secured via the securing means and ultimately via the securing fitting part.
  • the shape of the securing means corresponding to the section of the scissor arm that can be connected to the securing means can enable a form-fitting and / or frictional connection between the securing means and the section of the scissor arm in question.
  • the securing means can preferably be designed as a clamping element having a receiving opening which is open at the end and having at least one resilient clamping leg. Ultimately, the securing means can be accessed via an outwardly opening engagement opening which can be viewed as an opening-side part of the receiving opening and / or opens into the receiving opening. • the securing means can be arranged in the upper region of the base body, in particular on the upper side that faces away from the guide.
  • the height of the securing means can be between 1% and 60%, preferably between 5% and 25%, of the height of the base body.
  • the securing means can be designed to be resilient and / or elastically yielding, with the resilience being able to be ensured in particular via the clamping leg.
  • the securing means also have two clamping legs and can be designed in the manner of an in particular flat fork.
  • the securing means can have at least one preferably U-shaped and / or C-shaped clamping leg.
  • the receiving opening in particular the engagement opening, is opened facing away from the base body in the longitudinal direction of the base body.
  • the receiving opening in particular the engagement opening of the receiving opening, can face the scissor arm, preferably the free end of the scissor arm.
  • Such an arrangement of the receiving opening - and ultimately the securing means on the base body - enables the scissor arm to be captured via the base body by means of the securing means to secure and / or lock the scissor arm when the securing fitting part is in use.
  • the receiving opening is designed to receive a projection of the scissor arm, in particular designed as a head rivet.
  • the engagement opening can have an opening width that is smaller than or equal to the outer diameter of the projection of the scissor arm.

  • the projection of the scissor arm can additionally be provided so that it can be arranged displaceably in the sash fitting, preferably in an engagement opening of the sash fitting, in the opening limiting position of the sash.
  • the projection of the scissor arm can engage in a corresponding guide / engagement opening, preferably in a corresponding guide groove, of the sash fitting.
  • the guide / engagement opening of the wing fitting can have an insertion opening for engaging and for inserting the projection.
  • the projection of the scissor arm can also be locked and / or secured in the wing fitting and / or abut against a corresponding stop on the wing fitting. This is used in particular to specify the maximum opening angle or the maximum opening width.
  • the projection of the scissor arm can also snap into the sash fitting - when the maximum opening width is reached.
  • the projection can be designed to correspond to the engagement opening of the sash fitting.
  • the projection can ultimately be fixed on the frame side in the release position of the sash.
  • the base body has an engagement section on its top side facing away from the stop means and / or on its top side facing away from the guide for the stop means for interacting with a corresponding sash-side driver section of the fitting arrangement in the closed position of the sash having.
  • the engagement section can in particular be designed in such a way that the driver section can engage in the engagement section and / or both sections can interact with one another, in particular for the longitudinal displacement of the base body.
  • the engagement section can be designed as a depression and the driver section as an elevation, or vice versa.
  • the engagement section and / or driver section can have a corresponding, preferably longitudinal, engagement opening for receiving the respective corresponding and / or complementary section.
  • the aforementioned design of the base body makes it possible for the securing fitting part or the base body to be adjusted via a sash-side fitting part when the securing fitting part is in use. Above the engagement section can thus be ensured that no further frame-side fitting parts, such as push rods or the like, are required on the frame side for the displaceable arrangement of the base body.
  • the sash fitting can thus be used to enable the base body to be displaced relative to the stop means.
  • the securing fitting part is moved in the closed state of the sash by actuating the actuating device, specifically in accordance with the selected position of the actuating device. If the actuating device is in the release position, the securing means grips the projection of the scissor arm and secures it.
  • the stop means in particular limits the displacement path of the base body along the rebate groove.
  • the securing fitting part can consequently be brought into the respectively desired (latching) position, in particular detached from further frame-side fitting parts, via sash-side fitting parts or via the sash fitting.
  • An interaction between the driver section and the engagement section is provided, in particular, exclusively in the closed position of the sash.
  • the driver section can be displaced or adjusted via the actuating device, which in turn can lead to a displacement of the base body of the securing fitting part, in particular if the driver section and the engagement section can interact with one another.
  • the engagement section is designed as a recess.
  • the engagement section can alternatively or additionally be accessible from the top and at least from one longitudinal side of the base body.
  • the engagement section is preferably designed in such a way that it is open at least in regions on the longitudinal side facing the wing and thus provides an engagement opening for the driver section.
  • the engagement section is very particularly preferably open on both longitudinal sides of the base body and / or the engagement section is accessible from both longitudinal sides of the base body.
  • Such a design is advantageous in that the base body can be used both for the arrangement provided on the top in the frame and for the arrangement provided on the underside as well as for leaves hinged on the right and left.
  • the same basic body can be used for the upper fitting in the frame and for the lower fitting in the frame, regardless of the type of sash attachment.
  • Accessibility to the engagement section of the base body from a longitudinal side enables in particular that the driver section can ultimately pivot or engage in the engagement section when the sash is closed. In the closed position of the window, actuation via the actuating device can then lead to the displacement of the driver section and thus indirectly also to the displacement of the engagement section.
  • the driver section and the engagement section can be arranged in the closed position of the sash in such a way that the driver section is at least substantially free of play in the engagement section. In this way, the driver section and the engaging section can be matched at least essentially with an exact fit.
  • the stop means in its lower area has laterally protruding legs for reaching under and / or for reaching behind groove legs of the, preferably C-shaped, rebate groove.
  • the lower region of the stop means can face the rebate groove and face away from the base body.
  • two laterally protruding legs are provided on the stop means on the longitudinal sides. In the inserted state of the stop means, the protruding legs can reach behind or under the groove legs of the rebate groove.
  • the protruding legs of the stop means directly adjoin the groove legs of the rebate groove in the fastened state of the stop means in the rebate groove.
  • the maximum length of the sling in the area of the legs is greater than the width of the rebate groove at the bottom of the Rebate groove. The sling cannot be rotated arbitrarily in the rebate groove.
  • the spacing means has a greater extent in the longitudinal direction than in the transverse direction. In particular, this enables the stop means to be inserted into the rebate groove and to reach under the groove legs of the rebate groove.
  • the transverse extension of the stop means can be less than or equal to the clear opening width of the rebate groove.
  • the longitudinal extent can in particular be greater than the clear opening width of the rebate groove.
  • the stop means can also be designed as a flat plate and / or as a flat fitting part that can be inserted into the rebate surface (constructed as a flat rebate groove) and / or the rebate groove of the frame and arranged in it - in the state of use of the Security fitting part.
  • the base body can grip around the stop means, wherein the grip around the stop means can be ensured via the guide of the base body.
  • the base body can then be displaced relative to the stop means embodied as a flat component, in particular a flat plate, and can preferably be latched with or on the stop means.
  • the stop means preferably has at least two locking legs which are designed to correspond to the stop means designed as a flat plate and / or as a flat component.
  • the locking legs can encompass the stop means so that the base body can be guided by means of the locking legs.
  • the stop means can initially be inserted transversely into the rebate groove and then fastened in the rebate groove by turning it, for example using a screwdriver.
  • the protruding legs can in particular be designed in such a way that the stop means cannot fall out of the rebate groove or cannot be removed from the rebate groove transversely to the longitudinal direction of the rebate groove.
  • a screw connection is provided for fastening the stop means.
  • the base body can have a stop for interacting with the stop means when screwing, or a related stop can be provided on the base body.
  • the screw connection enables the protruding legs of the stop means to be braced on the groove legs of the rebate groove, the stop on the base body being able to brace the stop means in the rebate groove and thus enable it to be fastened.
  • the screw connection of the stop means can in particular have a grub screw and / or a screw which can be screwed into an internal thread preferably provided centrally in the stop means. In the inserted state it can be provided that the screw is pressed against the bottom of the rebate groove and thus braces the stop means in the rebate groove.
  • the stop means can also have a base body which can be designed as a slot nut.
  • the screw designed in particular as a grub screw, can be inserted into the internal thread in the slot nut.
  • the sliding block can in turn have the protruding legs on its long sides.
  • An access opening which is accessible from the top and which is preferably designed as a breakthrough, is preferably provided on the base body for the screw, preferably for the grub screw, of the screw connection.
  • the screw in turn, can be provided for screwing into the internal thread on the stop means.
  • the internal thread can be arranged in the base body, preferably the sliding block, of the stop means.
  • the screw connection can interact with the base body of the sling via the internal thread.
  • a rotation of the stop means in the rebate groove can preferably be achieved via the screw connection in such a way that the legs of the stop means can engage behind and / or under the groove legs of the rebate groove. Thus, the stop means can get caught and / or braced in the rebate groove.
  • the screw is preferably in the thread area and / or the internal thread at least in areas with a coating to increase the frictional engagement Mistake.
  • the coating can make it possible to initially turn the screw, in particular using a tool, for example a screwdriver, the stop means inserted into the rebate groove being rotated so far that the legs of the stop means engage behind the groove legs of the rebate groove. Since the leg length is greater in total than the rebate groove width in the lower area of the rebate groove, the legs hit the rebate groove walls after a slight rotation. As the screw is turned further, it is then screwed into the internal thread, overcoming / detaching the coating, until the sling clamps on the groove legs. Ultimately, this serves to simplify the assembly of the lifting means in the rebate groove.
  • a preferably hollow cylindrical guide element for interacting with the guide on the base body can preferably be provided on the upper side of the stop means.
  • the guide element can have the internal thread for the screw of the screw connection on the inside.
  • the guide element which is preferably designed as a sleeve, can be arranged in such a way that the legs of the stop means are at a height from the guide element and protrude laterally.
  • the internal thread can be provided on the inside in the guide element.
  • the guide of the base body is configured as a slot and the guide element is configured as a sleeve projecting into the slot and / or as a body projecting into the slot.
  • the slot width of the guide of the base body is at least partially smaller than the outer dimensions of the sleeve.
  • the guide element can protrude into the slot in the base body (i.e. in the guide of the base body) and be displaceable by friction.
  • the frictional engagement between the guide and the stop means enables in particular that a predetermined positioning or fixation of the base body can take place, in which the base body can be adjusted relative to the stop means, in particular via the wing-side driver section.
  • the frictional engagement between the guide element and the guide must first be overcome, which can be done, for example, by moving the driver section.
  • the slot width at the slot ends of the guide and / or in a central position in the middle of the slot between the slot ends can be greater than or equal to the outer dimensions of the sleeve or the guide element, preferably for specifying locking positions. In these positions, the frictional engagement between the guide element and the guide can ultimately be canceled. In order to leave such a position, which is defined by the aforementioned relationships, the otherwise existing frictional engagement must first be overcome. This can be done by actuating the driver section.
