This absence of displacement prevents the occurrence of unpleasant noise due to frictions between painted parts such as the strip 11 and the bowl 5. Furthermore, such solution does not require any additional parts or additional assembling steps but only pads 90 producing an extra thickness possibly if the thickness of the peripheral gasket 9 is not high enough to ensure the absence of movement between the strip 11 and the bowl 5.

Claims (10)

  1. Ensemble poignée de porte de véhicule (1) comprenant :
    une cuvette (5) conçue pour être montée dans une ouverture (7) d'un panneau de porte (3),
    un joint périphérique (9) disposé entre la cuvette (5) et le panneau de porte (3) et conçu pour être pris en sandwich entre la cuvette (5) et le panneau de porte (3) pour fournir une étanchéité à l'eau,
    une bande (11) conçue pour être fixée sur une partie supérieure de la cuvette (5),
    dans lequel la bande (11) comprend un crochet (110) conçu pour être glissé dans une fente complémentaire (50) de la cuvette (5) pour assurer le positionnement vertical de la bande (11) par rapport à la cuvette (5) lorsque la poignée de porte (1) est assemblée sur le véhicule et dans lequel la fente (50) et le joint périphérique (9) sont conçus de telle sorte que le joint périphérique (9) est comprimé localement par le crochet (110) lorsque le crochet (110) est glissé dans la fente (50) afin d'empêcher un mouvement entre la bande (11) et la cuvette (5) .
  2. Ensemble poignée de porte de véhicule (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le joint périphérique (9) comprend un tampon local (90) fournissant une épaisseur supplémentaire, le crochet (110) étant conçu pour comprimer le tampon (90).
  3. Ensemble poignée de porte de véhicule (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le crochet (110) et la fente (50) sont orientés dans une direction horizontale lorsque la poignée de porte (1) est assemblée sur le véhicule.
  4. Ensemble poignée de porte de véhicule (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la bande (11) comprend une pluralité de crochets (110) répartis sur sa longueur et le joint périphérique (9) comprend une pluralité de tampons (90) associés à la pluralité respective de crochets (110).
  5. Ensemble poignée de porte de véhicule (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le joint périphérique (9) est constitué d'un matériau élastomère.
  6. Ensemble poignée de porte de véhicule (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la bande (11) et la cuvette (5) sont peintes ou chromées.
  7. Ensemble poignée de porte de véhicule (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant également un support fixé sur un côté interne du panneau de porte et une glissière conçue pour relier le support et la cuvette afin d'assurer la fixation de la cuvette sur le panneau de porte et la compression du joint.
  8. Procédé d'assemblage d'une poignée de porte de véhicule (1) sur un panneau de porte (3), le panneau de porte (3) comprenant une ouverture (7) conçue pour recevoir la poignée de porte de véhicule (1) et la poignée de porte de véhicule (1) comprenant une cuvette (5), un joint périphérique (9) et une bande (11) comprenant un crochet (110) conçu pour être glissé dans une fente complémentaire (50) de la cuvette, dans lequel le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes :
    le joint périphérique (9) est positionné sur la cuvette (5) (102),
    la cuvette (5) est positionnée dans l'ouverture (7) du panneau de porte (3), le joint périphérique (9) étant pris en sandwich entre le panneau de porte (3) et la cuvette (5 (103),
    la bande (11) est fixée sur la cuvette (5) par pression du crochet (110) contre le joint périphérique (9) et par translation de la bande (11) pour introduire le crochet (110) à l'intérieur d'une fente (50) de la cuvette (5), le joint périphérique (9) étant comprimé par le crochet (110) dans la position de fixation (105).
  9. Procédé d'assemblage d'une poignée de porte de véhicule (1) sur un panneau de porte (3) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel l'étape (105) de fixation de la bande sur la cuvette (5) comprend également l'encliquetage de la bande sur la cuvette (5).
  10. Procédé d'assemblage d'une poignée de porte de véhicule (1) sur un panneau de porte (3) selon la revendication 8 ou 9, dans lequel la poignée de porte de véhicule (1) comprend également un support (23) et une glissière (17) et dans lequel le procédé comprend également une étape préliminaire (101) de fixation du support sur un côté interne du panneau de porte (3) et une étape supplémentaire (104) de positionnement de la glissière (17) dans une fente (5a, 5b) de la cuvette (5) et dans une fente (230) du support (23) pour assurer la fixation de la cuvette (5) sur le support (23) et la compression du joint périphérique (9) entre la cuvette (5) et le panneau de porte (3).
