[0004] In view of above, embodiments of the present application are intended to provide a lid structure, an electrical device, an assembling method and a disassembling method to simplify the assembling process and reduce the cost.
[0005] For this purpose, the embodiments of the present application provide a lid structure including:
[0006] a frame body including a window, a first opening and a guiding groove; and
[0007] a lid plate,
[0008] the frame body is configured to allow the lid plate to be inserted into or pulled out of the guiding groove through the first opening; the window is covered by the lid plate in a state in which the lid plate is inserted into the guiding groove.
[0009] In an embodiment, the frame body is in the form of a U-shaped frame structure. The first opening is formed at an opening of the U-shaped frame structure. The guiding groove is formed on an inner side of the U-shaped frame structure.
[0010] In an embodiment, the guiding groove circumferentially extends along an inner side of the frame body to form a U-shaped groove structure. A peripheral edge of the lid plate is adapted to cooperate with the U-shaped groove structure.
[0011] In an embodiment, a depth of at least a portion of the U-shaped groove structure is less than or equal to a thickness of the peripheral edge of the lid plate.
[0012] In an embodiment, an opening width of at least a portion of the U-shaped groove structure is less than or equal to a width of the peripheral edge of the lid plate.
[0013] In an embodiment, at least a portion of the frame body is made of a plastic material to allow the first opening to be enlarged from a first position to a second position under an action of an external force.
[0014] In an embodiment, the lid structure further includes a first stop arranged perpendicular to the guiding groove and extending toward the window along a direction of a width of the guiding groove. The lid plate is at least partially in contact with the first stop in the direction of the width of the guiding groove in the state in which the lid plate is inserted into the guiding groove.
[0015] In an embodiment, the first stop and the frame body are formed in one piece.
[0016] In an embodiment, the frame body includes a first abutment part and a second abutment part connected to each other. The first abutment part abuts against the lid plate on a lower side of the lid plate. The second abutment part abuts against the lid plate on an upper side of the lid plate. A width of the first abutment part is greater than that of the second abutment part.
[0017] In an embodiment, the lid structure further includes a reinforcement assembly connected to a side of the frame body away from the guiding groove. The reinforcement assembly extends along a circumferential direction of the window.

[0024] In an embodiment, each third stop is pivotally articulated to the electrical device body.
[0025] A third aspect of the embodiments of the present application provides an assembling method applied to the lid structure described above, including operations of :
[0026] applying an external force to the frame body to enlarge the first opening under an action of the external force;
[0027] inserting the lid plate into the guiding groove through the first opening which is enlarged; and
[0028] responsive to determining that the lid plate is moved to a predetermined position on the frame body, stopping the applying of the external force to the frame body.
[0029] A forth aspect of the embodiments of the present application provides a disassembling method applied to the lid structure described above, including operations of:
[0030] applying an external force to the frame body to enlarge the first opening under an action of the external force; and
[0031] pulling the lid plate out from the guiding groove through the first opening which is enlarged.
[0032] With the lid plate according to the embodiments of the present application, the lid plate can be inserted into the guiding groove through the first opening to assemble the frame body and the lid plate, since the lid plate can be inserted into or pulled out from the guiding groove through the first opening. Glue and adhesive tape are no longer needed for the assembling, such that the cost of the glue and adhesive tape is saved. Therefore, the assembling cost is reduced, and the process of applying the glue or adhesive tape is eliminated, which results in a simplified assembling process. In addition, the lid plate can be pulled out from the guiding groove through the first opening to disassemble the lid plate from the frame body, which facilitates replacing the frame body and the lid plate, leading to a reduced cost and avoiding unnecessary waste.

In FIG. 6, the up-down direction is the direction indicated by the arrow R. The up-down direction is also the direction indicated by the axis Z in FIG. 1.
[0052] As a part of the creative conception of the present application, it is necessary to analyze the reasons for the complex process and high cost of assembling the frame body and the lid plate in the related art before describing the embodiments of the present application, so as to obtain the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application through reasonable analysis.
[0053] In the related art, a lid plate and a frame body are bonded together by glue or adhesive tape. During assembling the lid plate to the frame body, it is necessary to apply adhesive tape or glue to the frame body, so as to bond the lid plate onto the frame body through the adhesive tape or glue. The adhesive tape or glue used for bonding is expensive, which results in high cost. In addition, the assembling requires a process of applying the adhesive tape or glue, which results in the complex process. Moreover, when one of the lid plate and the frame body needs to be replaced, the disassembling between the frame body and the lid plate can only be implemented through a specific process. Therefore, the disassembling is difficult, and there is a risk that the lid plate and the frame body are prone to damage during disassembling.
[0054] In view of this, an embodiment of the present application provides an electrical device. With reference to FIG. 11, the electrical device includes an electrical device body 100 and a lid structure. The lid structure is pivotally articulated to the electrical device body 100.
[0055] In an embodiment, the electrical device can be a household appliance.
[0056] In an embodiment, the electrical device can be a washing machine, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an air conditioner or a water dispenser, etc. The corresponding electrical device body 100 may be a washing machine body, refrigerator body, a microwave oven body, an air conditioner body or a water dispenser body, etc.
[0057] In an embodiment, the washing machine can be a pulsator washing machine.
[0058] The lid structure including the frame body 1 and the lid plate 2 of an embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 4, FIG. 6 and FIG. 9. The frame body 1 includes a window 11, a first opening 12 and a guiding groove 13. The frame body 1 is configured to allow the lid plate 2 to be inserted into or pulled out from the guiding groove 13 through the first opening 12. The window 11 is covered by the lid plate 2 in a state in which the lid plate 2 is inserted into the guiding groove 13. With such a configuration, the lid plate 2 can be inserted into the guiding groove 13 through the first opening 12 to realize the assembling of the frame body 1 and the lid plate 2. Glue and adhesive tape are no longer needed for the assembling, such that the cost of the glue and adhesive tape is saved. Therefore, the assembling cost is reduced, and the operation of applying the glue or adhesive tape is eliminated, which results in a simplified assembling process. Furthermore, it is convenient to replace the lid plate 2 assembled to the frame body 1, since the lid plate 2 can be pulled out from the guiding groove 13 through the first opening 12. For example, in the case that the lid plate 2 is broken while the frame body 1 is still intact, the lid plate 2 can be pulled out from the guiding groove 13 through the first opening 12, and then a new lid plate 2 can be inserted into the guiding groove 13 through the first opening 12 to replace the broken lid plate 2. Therefore, when only the lid plate 2 is broken, it is not necessary to discard the frame body 1 along with the broken lid plate 2, thereby reducing the cost and avoiding the unnecessary waste.
[0059] In an embodiment, with reference to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 4, FIG. 6 and FIG. 9, the frame body 1 is in the form of a U-shaped frame structure. The first opening 12 is formed at an opening of the U-shaped frame structure. The guiding groove 13 is formed on an inner side of the U-shaped frame structure. In this way, the opening of the U-shaped frame structure forms the first opening 12 for the insertion of the lid plate 2 into the guiding groove 13. The U-shaped frame structure may be configured to be arranged around a periphery of the lid plate 2, to achieve a firm attachment between the lid plate 2 and the frame body 1.
[0060] In an embodiment, with reference to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 4, FIG. 6 and FIG. 9, the guiding groove 13 circumferentially extends along an inner side of the frame body 1 to form a U-shaped groove structure. A peripheral edge of the lid plate 2 is adapted to cooperate with the U-shaped groove structure. In this way, the peripheral edge of the lid plate 2 (except a part of the peripheral edge of the lid plate adjacent to the first opening 12) can be accommodated in the U-shaped groove structure, such that the firm attachment between the lid plate 2 and the frame body 1 can be achieved.
[0061] In an embodiment, with reference to FIG. 13, a depth of at least a portion of the U shaped groove structure is less than or equal to a thickness of the peripheral edge of the lid plate 2. In this way, the frame body 1 can abut against the lid plate 2 on both sides of the lid plate in the direction of the thickness, such that the frame body 1 clamps the lid plate 2 in the up-down direction. That is to say, the frame body 1 clamps the lid plate 2 in the direction of axis Z in FIG. 1. Therefore, the vibration of the frame body 1 and the lid plate 2 is reduced, and the displacement of the lid plate 2 in the up-down direction is limited.
[0062] It is to be noted that, as shown in FIG. 13, the depth of the U-shaped groove structure is a dimension of the U-shaped groove in the up-down direction. The depth of the guiding groove 13 at the corresponding position shown in FIG. 13 is D3, and the depths at different positions of the guiding groove 13 may be different. The thickness of the peripheral edge of the lid plate 2 is a dimension of the lid plate 2 in the up-down direction. The thickness of the lid plate 2 is shown in FIG. 13 by D4.
[0063] In an embodiment, with reference to FIG. 14 and FIG.15, the opening width of at least a portion of the U-shaped groove structure is less than or equal to the width of the peripheral edge of the lid plate 2. In this way, left and right sides of the frame body 1 can abut against the lid plate 2. That is to say, the frame body 1 abuts against the lid plate 2 along the direction of axis X, such that the frame body 1 and the lid plate 2 are firmly assembled together. Therefore, the vibration of the frame body 1 and the lid plate 2 can be reduced, and the displacement of the lid plate 2 in the left-right direction is limited.
[0064] It should be noted that, with reference to FIG. 14, the opening width of the U shaped groove structure is a span of the U-shaped groove structure in the left-right direction, i.e. the span of the U-shaped groove structure in the direction of the axis X. The opening width of the U-shaped groove structure is shown in FIG. 14 by D5.
[0065] It should be noted that, with reference to FIG. 15, the width of the peripheral edge of the lid plate 2 is a dimension of the lid plate 2 in the left-right direction, i.e. the dimension of the lid plate 2 in the direction of the axis X. The width of the peripheral edge of the lid plate 2 is shown in FIG. 15 by D6.
[0066] In an embodiment, at least a portion of the frame body 1 is made of a plastic material to allow the first opening 12 to be enlarged from a first position 12a to a second position 12b under an action of an external force. In this way, the lid plate 2 can be easily inserted into the guiding groove 13 through the enlarged first opening, and then the frame body 1 can abut against the lid plate 2 under an action of the elastic force of the plastic material itself.
[0067] With reference to FIG. 10, the frame body 1 is in an initial state in which the first opening 12 is kept in a first position 12a. When a force in the X direction is applied to the frame body 1, the first opening 12 is enlarged from the initial position 12a to a second position 12b. The dimension of the enlarged first opening 12 allows the lid plate 2 to pass through the first opening 12. After the lid plate 2 is inserted, the frame body 1 tends to return to the initial state, while the lid plate 2 will prevent the frame body 1 from returning to the initial state. Therefore, the frame body 1 and the lid plate 2 abut against each other to form a static friction force. The presence of the static friction force prevents relative movements between the lid plate 2 and the frame body 1, which allows the firm attachment between the lid plate 2 and the frame body 1.
[0068] In addition, during the lid plate 2 is pulled out from the frame body 1, the first opening 12 of the frame body 1 can be enlarged under an action of an external force in the X direction, such that the lid plate 2 does not abut against the frame body 1 to eliminate the static friction force. At this time, in order to pull out the lid plate, the sliding friction force between the lid plate 2 and the frame body 1 must be overcome. Therefore, when an external force in the Y direction is applied to the lid plate 2, the lid plate 2 can be pulled out from the frame body 1 along the guiding groove 13 of the frame body 1.
[0069] In an embodiment, the window 11 adjoins the first opening 12 and the guiding groove 13 respectively. After the lid plate 2 is inserted into the guiding groove 13, the peripheral edge of the lid plate 2 is located within the guiding groove 13.
[0070] In an embodiment, with reference to FIG. 11, the frame body 1 is pivotally articulated to the electrical device body 100.
[0071] In an embodiment, a material of the lid plate 2 is a transparent material.
[0072] In an embodiment, the material of the lid plate 2 is a transparent glass.
[0073] In an embodiment, a material of the frame body 1 is an opaque material.
[0074] In an embodiment, the material of the frame body 1 is an opaque plastic.
[0075] It is to be understood that the user may want to observe the state within the electrical device body 100 during the operation of the electrical device. Therefore, the window 11 is provided on the lid structure, and the window 11 is covered by the lid plate 2 made of a transparent material, which allows the user to easily observe the state within the electrical device body 100 through the transparent lid plate 2 and the window 11 in a state where the lid structure is capped on the electrical device body 100. Although the user wants to observe the state within the electrical device body 100, if elements at the edge area of the electrical device body 100 are visible, they would mar the aesthetic appearance of the electrical device. Therefore, the material of the frame body 1 is an opaque material, such that the elements at the edge area of the electrical device body 100 can be properly shielded by the frame body 1, which avoids the exposure of these elements inside the electrical device body 100 as much as possible. Therefore, the electrical device has an esthetical aesthetic appearance.
[0076] It is to be understood that the material of the frame body 1 is not limited to the opaque plastic, and can also be the other plastic material that is able to recover its original shape after deformation.
[0077] It is to be understood that the material of the lid plate 2 is not limited to the transparent glass, and can also be the other transparent material.
[0078] It is to be understood that, if it is not necessary to observe the state within the electrical device body, the material of the lid plate 2 can be an opaque material.
[0079] In an embodiment, the lid structure further includes at least one first stop 4 which is arranged perpendicular to the guiding groove and extends toward the window along a direction of a width of the guiding groove 13. The lid plate 2 is at least partially in contact with the first stop 4 in the direction of the width of the guiding groove 13 in the state in which the lid plate 2 is inserted into the guiding groove.
[0080] Optionally, each of two ends of the frame body 1 is connected with one of the first stops 4.
[0081] Optionally, the lid plate 2 abuts against the frame body 1 and the first stop 4.
[0082] With reference to FIG. 1, each of the first stops 4 abuts against the lid plate 2 in the front-rear direction, so as to limit the position of the lid plate 2 in the front-rear direction and prevent the lid plate 2 from moving in the front-rear direction on the frame body 1. That is to say, the first stops prevent the lid plate 2 from moving in the direction of axis Y on the frame body 1.
[0083] With reference to FIG. 2, two ends of the frame body 1 are located at a lower side of the frame body 1, and the first opening 12 is located between two ends of the frame body 1.
[0084] It is to be understood that when the lid structure rotates to cause the lid plate 2 to be located above the first stop 4, the gravity of the lid plate 2 acts on the first stop 4. Therefore, the first stop 4 should have a large bearing capacity.
[0085] In an embodiment, the first stop 4 and the frame body 1 can be formed in one piece. With such a configuration, the first stop 4 and the frame body 1 can be firmly integrated, which allows the first stop 4 to bear a larger load applied by the lid plate 2. Therefore, the bearing capacity of the first stop 4 to the lid plate 2 is improved, which results in that a better bearing and position limitation for the lid plate 2 can be achieved.
[0086] In an embodiment, the material of the first stop 4 is not limited, as long as it can limit the position of the lid plate 2. For example, the material of the first stop 4 may be the same as the material of the frame body 1.
[0087] In an embodiment, the first stop 4 can be a stopping plate.
[0088] Optionally, with reference to FIGS. 1, 6 and 9, the frame body 1 abuts against the lid plate on both sides of the lid plate 2 in the direction of the thickness of the lid plate, so as to limit the position of the lid plate 2 along the axis Z, that is, limit the position of the lid plate 2 in the up-down direction. Both sides of the frame body 1 in the direction of the axis X abut against the lid plate 2, so as to limit the position of the lid plate 2 in the axis X, that is, limit the position of the lid plate 2 in the left-right direction. The front side of the frame body 1 abuts against the lid plate 2 in the direction of the axis Y, and the first stop 4 abuts against the lid plate 2 in the direction of the axis Y on the rear side of the lid plate, so as to limit the position of the lid plate 2 along the axis Y. The position of the lid plate 2 is limited in the directions of all three coordinate axes of the three-axis orthogonal coordinate frame, so as to prevent the movements of the lid plate 2 and the frame body 1.
[0089] In an embodiment, with reference to FIG. 12, there is no first stop 4. Instead, two ends of the frame body 1 are bent toward the first opening 12. Therefore, the position of the lid plate 2 can be limited through the bending of two ends of the frame body 1, so as to prevent the lid plate 2 from leaving the window 11 through thefirst opening 12. This configuration has a similar effect to that of the first stop 4. Two ends of the frame body 1 are located at a lower side of the frame body 1, and the first opening 12 is located between the two ends of the frame body 1.
[0090] In an embodiment, with reference to FIGS. 6 and 9, the frame body 1 includes a first abutment part 18 and a second abutment part 19 connected to each other. The first abutment part 18 abuts against the lid plate 2 on a lower side of the lid plate. The second abutment part 19 abuts against the lid plate 2 on an upper side of the lid plate. The first abutment part 18 has a width greater than a width of the second abutment part 19. With such a configuration, the gravity of the lid plate 2 is mainly applied on the first abutment part 18 in a state in which the lid structure is capped on the electrical device body 100. Since the first abutment part 18 has the width greater than the width of the second abutment part 19, the bearing capacity of the first abutment part to the lid plate 2 is advantageously improved. Therefore, the position of the lid plate 2 is limited more firmly by the frame body 1, which allows the firm attachment between the lid plate 2 and the frame body 1.
[0091] It is to be noted that, with reference to FIG. 6, the width of the first abutment part 18 is a distance from a side of thefirst abutment part 18 facing towards the window 11 to a part of the guiding groove 13 farthest from the window 11. The width of thefirst abutment part 18 is shown in FIG. 6 by D1. The width of the second abutment part 19 is the distance form a side of the second abutment part 19 facing towards the window 11 and a part of the guiding groove 13 farthest from the window 11. The width of the second abutment part 19 is in FIG. 6 by D2.
[0092] In an embodiment, with reference to FIGS. 6 and 9, in a state in which the lid structure is capped on the electrical device body 100, the first abutment part 18 abuts against a side of the lid plate 2 facing towards the electrical device body 100, and the second abutment part 19 abuts against a side of the lid plate 2 away from the electrical device body 100. The gravity of the lid plate 2 is mainly applied on the first abutment part 18.
[0093] In an embodiment, with reference to FIGS. 1-4 and 6-9, the lid structure further includes a reinforcement assembly 3 connected to a side of the frame body 1 away from the guiding groove 13. The reinforcement assembly 3 extends along a circumferential direction of the window 11. Vibration of the lid plate 2 within the guiding groove 13 may cause expansion of the guiding groove 13. With such a configuration, in a case that the lid structure is capped on the electrical device body 100, the electrical device body 100 may apply a force to the reinforcement assembly 3 when the guiding groove 13 tends to expand due to the vibration of the lid plate 2, thereby inhibiting the expanding of the guiding groove 1 on the frame body 13. Furthermore, it also facilitates the reduction of the vibration of the lid plate 2 and the frame body 1.
[0094] In an embodiment, the reinforcement assembly 3 and the frame body 1 can be formed in one piece.
[0095] In an embodiment, with reference to FIGS. 5, 7, 8 and 11, the electrical device further includes at least one second stop 200 connected with the electrical device body 100. The frame body 1 is provided with at least one third stop 17. The second stop 200 abuts against a side of the third stop 17 away from the window 11. With such a configuration, in a state in which the lid structure is assembled on the electrical device body 100, the second stop 200 applies a force to the third stop 17 to press the third stop 17 toward the window 11. Therefore, the frame body 1 is pressed toward the window 11 under the action of the third stop 17, so as to press the lid plate 2 assembled on the frame body 1. Such a configuration contributes to a tight abutment between the frame body 1 and the lid plate 2. Thus, the vibration of the lid plate 2 within the guiding groove 13 of the frame body 1 is reduced, and thus the noise is also reduced.
[0096] In an embodiment, with reference to FIG. 11, on each of two opposite sides of the window 11, at least one third stop 17 is provided. For each third stop 17, one corresponding second stop 200 is provided. With such a configuration, each of the stops 200 on the two opposite sides applies a force to the corresponding third stop 17. Therefore, opposite sides of the frame body 1 are pressed toward the window 11 under the action of the third stops 17, which further ensures the tight abutment between the frame body 1 and the lid plate 2.
[0097] It is to be noted that, with reference to FIG. 11, the third stops 17 are provided on left and right sides of the window 11 respectively. That is to say, the third stops are arranged opposite to each other in the left-right direction.
[0098] In an embodiment, with reference to FIG. 11, each of the third stops 17 is pivotally articulated to the electrical device body 100. With such a configuration, the frame body 1 is pivotally articulated to the electrical device body 100 directly through the third stops 17, without providing an additional structure pivotally articulated to the electrical device body 100. Therefore, the structure of the frame body 1 is simplified and the cost is reduced.
[0099] In an embodiment, the electrical device body 100 may be pivotally articulated to a part of the frame body 1 other than the third stop 17.
[00100] In an embodiment, with reference to FIGS. 5, 7, 8 and 11, the third stops 17 are formed on two ends of the frame body 1. Two ends of the frame body 1 are located at a lower side of the frame body 1, and the first opening 12 is located between the two ends of the frame body 1.
[00101] An embodiment of the present application provides an assembling method applied to any one of the lid structures as described above, including:
[00102] applying an external force to the frame body 1 to enlarge the first opening 12 under an action of the external force;
[00103] inserting the lid plate into the guiding groove 13 through the first opening 12 which is enlarged;
[00104] responsive to determining that the lid plate 2 is moved to a predetermined position on the frame body 1, stopping the applying of the external force to the frame body 1.
[00105] In the method, the assembling of the lid plate 2 and the frame body 1 is achieved by inserting the lid plate 2 into the guiding groove 13 through the first opening 12. Therefore, the process of applying the glue or adhesive tape is eliminated, and thus the process for assembling the lid plate 2 and the frame body 1 is simplified. During the assembling, the position of the lid plate is limited by the abutment between the frame body 1 and the lid plate 2. In this way, the glue or adhesive tape is no longer needed, and thus the cost is reduced.
[00106] In an embodiment, the predetermined position may be a position where the lid plate 2 moving into the guiding groove 13 through the first opening 12 cannot move further inward.
[00107] In an embodiment, when the lid plate 2 is in a predetermined position on the frame body 1, the lid plate 2 within the guiding groove 13 abuts against a front side of the frame body 1.
[00108] In an embodiment, the first opening 12 is enlarged from a first position 12a to a second position 12b under an action of an external force. When stop applying external force, the first opening 12 returns from the second position 12b to the position in which the lid plate 2 abuts against the frame body 1 to prevent the relative movements between the lid plate 2 and the frame body 1.
[00109] An embodiment of the present application provides a disassembling method applied to any one of the lid structures as described above, including:
[00110] applying an external force to the frame body 1 to enlarge the first opening 12 under an action of the external force;
[00111] pulling the lid plate 2 out from the guiding groove 13 through the first opening 12 which is enlarged.
[00112] This method provides an easy and convenience manner for disassembling the lid plate 2 from the frame body 1.
[00113] In an embodiment, with reference to FIG. 10, after the lid plate 2 is disassembled from the frame body 1, the first opening 12 returns to the first position 12a.
[00114] The various embodiments/implements provided in the present application can be combined with one another as long as there is no conflict.
[00115] The embodiments described above are preferred embodiments of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application. Various modifications and variations can be made to the present application by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent substitute and improvement fall within the scope of the present application without departing from the spirit and principle of the present application.
