This absence of displacement prevents the occurrence of unpleasant noise due to frictions between painted parts such as the strip 11 and the bowl 5. Furthermore, such solution does not require any additional parts or additional assembling steps but only pads 90 producing an extra thickness possibly if the thickness of the peripheral gasket 9 is not high enough to ensure the absence of movement between the strip 11 and the bowl 5.

Claims (10)

  1. Fahrzeugtürgriffanordnung (1), umfassend:
    - eine Schale (5), die so gestaltet ist, dass sie in einer Öffnung (7) einer Türverkleidung (3) angebracht werden kann,
    - eine Umfangsdichtung (9), die zwischen der Schale (5) und der Türverkleidung (3) angeordnet und dazu ausgelegt ist, zwischen der Schale (5) und der Türverkleidung (3) eingeklemmt zu werden, um Wasserdichtigkeit zu gewährleisten,
    - eine Leiste (11), die dazu ausgelegt ist, an einem oberen Teil der Schale (5) befestigt zu werden, wobei die Leiste (11) einen Haken (110) umfasst, der dazu ausgelegt ist, in einen komplementären Schlitz (50) der Schale (5) geschoben zu werden, um die vertikale Positionierung der Leiste (11) in Bezug auf die Schale (5) zu gewährleisten, wenn der Türgriff (1) am Fahrzeug montiert wird, und wobei der Schlitz (50) und die Umfangsdichtung (9) so ausgelegt sind, dass die Umfangsdichtung (9) lokal durch den Haken (110) zusammengedrückt wird, wenn der Haken (110) in den Schlitz (50) geschoben wird, um eine Bewegung zwischen dem Streifen (11) und der Schale (5) zu verhindern.
  2. Fahrzeugtürgriffanordnung (1) gemäß dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Umfangsdichtung (9) ein lokales Polster (90) umfasst, das eine zusätzliche Dicke bereitstellt, wobei der Haken (110) dazu ausgelegt ist, das Polster (90) zusammenzudrücken.
  3. Fahrzeugtürgriffanordnung (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Haken (110) und der Schlitz (50) in eine horizontale Richtung gerichtet sind, wenn der Türgriff (1) an dem Fahrzeug montiert ist.
  4. Fahrzeugtürgriffanordnung (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Leiste (11) eine Vielzahl von Haken (110) aufweist, die über ihre Länge verteilt sind, und die Umfangsdichtung (9) eine Vielzahl von Polstern (90) umfasst, die mit der betreffenden Vielzahl von Haken (110) verbunden sind.
  5. Fahrzeugtürgriffanordnung (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Umfangsdichtung (9) aus einem elastomeren Material besteht.
  6. Fahrzeugtürgriffanordnung (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Leiste (11) und die Schale (5) lackiert oder verchromt sind.
  7. Fahrzeugtürgriffanordnung (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die auch eine an der Innenseite der Türverkleidung angebrachte Halterung und einen Schieber umfasst, der zur Verbindung der Halterung und der Schale ausgelegt ist, um die Befestigung der Schale an der Türverkleidung und das Zusammendrücken der Dichtung zu gewährleisten.
  8. Verfahren zur Montage eines Fahrzeugtürgriffs (1) an einer Türverkleidung (3), wobei die Türverkleidung (3) eine Öffnung (7) umfasst, die zum Aufnehmen des Fahrzeugtürgriffs (1) ausgelegt ist, und der Fahrzeugtürgriff (1) eine Schale (5), eine Umfangsdichtung (9) und einen Leiste (11) mit einem Haken (110) umfasst, die dazu ausgelegt ist, in einen komplementären Schlitz (50) der Schale (5) geschoben zu werden, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - die Umfangsdichtung (9) wird auf der Schale (5) (102) positioniert,
    - die Schale (5) wird in der Öffnung (7) der Türverkleidung (3) positioniert, wobei die Umfangsdichtung (9) zwischen der Türverkleidung (3) und der Schale (5) eingeklemmt wird, (103)
    - die Leiste (11) wird an der Schale (5) befestigt, indem der Haken (110) gegen die Umfangsdichtung (9) gedrückt und die Leiste (11) verschoben wird, um den Haken (110) in einen Schlitz (50) der Schale (5) einzuführen, wobei die Umfangsdichtung (9) durch den Haken (110) in der Befestigungsposition (105) zusammengedrückt wird.
  9. Verfahren zur Montage eines Fahrzeugtürgriffs (1) an einer Türverkleidung (3) gemäß dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Schritt (105) des Befestigens der Leiste an der Schale (5) auch das Einklipsen der Leiste (11) an der Schale (5) umfasst.
  10. Verfahren zur Montage eines Fahrzeugtürgriffs (1) an einer Türverkleidung (3) gemäß Anspruch 8 oder 9, wobei die Fahrzeugtürgriffanordnung (1) auch eine Halterung (23) und einen Schieber (17) umfasst und wobei das Verfahren auch einen vorbereitenden Schritt (101) der Befestigung der Halterung an einer Innenseite der Türverkleidung (3) und einen zusätzlichen Schritt (104) der Positionierung des Schiebers (17) in einem Schlitz (5a, 5b) der Schale (5) und in einem Schlitz (230) der Halterung (23), um die Befestigung der Schale (5) an der Halterung (23) und das Zusammendrücken der umlaufenden Dichtung (9) zwischen der Schale (5) und der Türverkleidung (3) zu gewährleisten.
