Definitions

  • the invention relates to a packaging machine for packaging packaging goods by means of a film, with a feed belt for feeding a packaging product to be packaged in a transport direction to a film packaging device in the packaging machine, and with a weighing device for determining the respective weight of the packaged goods, which has a weighing belt for transporting the Packaging goods from the weighing device to the feed belt in the transport direction and is firmly connected to the feed belt.
  • a film transport device for a packaging machine in which films are included the feed to the film transport device are inserted between transport rings and come into contact with the transport rings under static friction.
  • the transport rings can transport the films further until they are taken over by transport belts. This increases the stability of the process of introducing the film into the film transport device.
  • the return mechanism causes the knife device to be returned without the influence of the drive of the knife device, preferably automatically.
  • the cutting frame is geometrically designed in such a way that the material to be cut is fed from a product feed through the cutting frame to the cutting knife, with at least two lever elements being provided for releasably fixing the cutting frame, each of which is made up of a movement mechanism Holding position can be transferred to a release position and in the holding position rests on the cutting frame, which can be fixed to the carrier plate by the lever elements, and that in the release position the respective lever element is spaced from the cutting frame which can be detached from the carrier plate without tools.
  • the cutting frame can be secured to the carrier plate securely on the one hand, and can be quickly released without tools on the other.
  • the reference [1] cited at the beginning discloses a packaging machine in which films are folded towards the underside of the tray by left, right and rear folding plates or sliders. Both the side sliders and the rear slider are attached to the machine frame via at least one damping element.
  • the damping element is designed in such a way that it prevents or at least weakens the transmission of mechanical vibrations from the side sliders and the rear slider to the machine frame. Even at high packaging speeds, the weighing value of packaged goods is not falsified or is only falsified within a reasonable tolerance range.
  • the object of the invention is, in contrast, to provide a packaging machine of the type defined at the outset, in which the interior can be cleaned particularly easily with the least complicated modifications possible, especially in the area of product feeding.
  • a module should be able to be reliably attached to a housing.
  • This task is achieved according to the invention in a technically extremely simple and surprisingly effective manner in a generic packaging machine of the type described above in that the weighing device and the feed belt together form a feed module that can be removed from a housing, the removable feed module having a common fastening means for releasably fastening to the Has housing, and that the feed belt has conveyor belts arranged next to one another for transporting the packaged goods, which engage in a lifting table of the packaging machine.
  • the weighing device and the feed belt together form a compact feed module that can be easily removed from the housing and easily reassembled in one piece.
  • the weighing device modified according to the invention typically has a weighing cell which is connected to the weighing belt and with which the weight of the packaged goods lying on the weighing belt is determined.
  • the packaged goods are wrapped with film.
  • the term feed module refers in particular to a Component of the packaging machine understood that both the weighing of a packaged goods and the feeding of the packaged goods from the outside into the interior of the packaging machine for packaging the packaged goods in film.
  • it is advantageously sufficient to detach the feed module from the housing of the packaging machine.
  • the interior, especially the product feed, can then be cleaned.
  • the housing typically has a receptacle into which the feed module is inserted.
  • An advantageous embodiment of the packaging machine according to the invention is characterized in that the weighing device and the feed belt have a common carrier to form the feed module.
  • the common support is preferably designed with struts, tubes and/or as a frame.
  • the weighing device and the feed belt are preferably firmly connected to the common carrier.
  • the common carrier gives the feed module a high level of stability.
  • a further embodiment is characterized in that the fastening means is designed to fasten the feed module to the housing in a way that can be detached without tools.
  • the fastening means can include elastic elements that can be bent by hand. With such a fastening means, the feed module can be detached from the housing of the packaging machine particularly easily and quickly.
  • the feed module comprises first sliding surfaces for resting on a support surface of the housing when the feed module is inserted into the housing.
  • the receptacle includes the receiving surface.
  • the first sliding surfaces are preferably designed as rails on which the feed module slides.
  • slide rails are formed on the support surface of the housing for contact with corresponding second sliding surfaces of the feed module.
  • the receptacle includes the slide rails on the receiving surface.
  • the second sliding surfaces are in particular perpendicular to the first sliding surfaces and are preferably designed as metal rails.
  • a further advantageous embodiment of the film transport device is characterized in that the feed module has guide pins which engage in corresponding guide pin receptacles of the housing for guiding the feed module when the feed module is inserted into the housing.
  • the particularly tubular guide bolts which are arranged laterally on the feed module when the feed module is mounted, serve to align the feed module when it is inserted into the housing of the packaging machine.
  • the feed module has a plug for insertion into a corresponding plug socket in the housing in order to fasten the feed module to the housing, the plug preferably having a guide pin for insertion into a corresponding guide pin receptacle in the housing.
  • the plug includes in particular elastic elements that when the feed module is inserted into the housing of the packaging machine lock in the plug socket. This allows the feed module to be easily attached to the housing.
  • the feed module can have a guide pin receptacle in the form of a plug socket.
  • the housing then has a corresponding plug for insertion into the socket of the feed module.
  • the plug can serve as a power or voltage supply.
  • An advantageous embodiment of the packaging machine according to the invention is characterized by a removable hood for covering the feed module, the hood in particular having eyelets for releasably hanging in eyelet receptacles in the housing of the packaging machine.
  • the hood protects the feed module and the interior of the packaging machine from external influences and contamination.
  • the hood in particular has walls that are perpendicular to one another and which surround at least the weighing device on three sides when the hood is arranged on the feed module.
