Claims (9)

  1. Spiralverdichter (100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105) aufweisend:
    eine Hülle (1), die einen abgedichteten Raum definiert;
    einen Hauptrahmen (2), der an einer inneren Wandfläche (10a) der Hülle (1) fixiert ist;
    eine fixierte Spirale (4), die eine fixierte Basisplatte (4a) umfasst, die eine erste Spiralrunde (4b) aufweist,
    eine umlaufende Spirale (5), die eine umlaufende Basisplatte (5a) umfasst, die eine zweite Spiralrunde (5b) aufweist, die eingerichtet ist, in die erste Spiralrunde (4b) einzugreifen, wobei die umlaufende Spirale (5) derart durch den Hauptrahmen (2) gestützt ist, dass die umlaufende Spirale (5) zum Umlaufen eingerichtet ist, wobei die umlaufende Spirale (5) zwischen der umlaufenden Spirale und der fixierten Spirale (4) eine Kompressionskammer (30) definiert, in welcher ein Kältemittel komprimiert wird;
    einen Motor (6), der unterhalb des Hauptrahmens (2) angeordnet ist, wobei der Motor (6) eingerichtet ist, die umlaufende Spirale (5) anzutreiben, um sich relativ zur fixierten Spirale (4) zu drehen; und
    ein Auslassrohr (14), durch welches ein Äußeres der Hülle (1) und ein Motorraum (16), in welchem der Motor (6) vorgesehen ist, miteinander verbunden sind und durch welches in der Kompressionskammer (30) komprimiertes Kältemittel nach außerhalb der Hülle (1) ausgelassen wird, wobei
    die Hülle darin aufweist
    einen Kältemittelansaugraum (31), in welchem von außerhalb der Hülle (1) angesaugtes Kältemittel positioniert wird, bevor es in die Kompressionskammer (30) gesaugt wird,
    einen Auslassraum (15), durch welchen in der Kompressionskammer (30) komprimiertes Kältemittel ausströmt, wobei der Auslassraum (15) oberhalb der fixierten Spirale (4) positioniert ist, und
    einen Kommunikationsdurchlass (21), durch welchen der Auslassraum (15) und der Motorraum (16) miteinander verbunden sind,
    wobei
    eine Isolierwand (20), die den Kommunikationsdurchlass (21) vom Kältemittelansaugraum (31) isoliert, zwischen dem Hauptrahmen (2) und der fixierten Spirale (4) vorgesehen ist,
    die fixierte Basisplatte (4a) an der inneren Wandfläche (10a) der Hülle (1) fixiert ist und
    der Hauptrahmen (2) oder die fixierte Spirale (4) keine periphere Wand aufweist um den Hauptrahmen (2) und die fixierte Spirale (4) aneinander zu fixieren,
    der Kältemittelansaugraum (31) von der fixierten Spirale (4), dem Hauptrahmen (2), der umlaufenden Spirale (5) und der inneren Wandfläche (10a) der Hülle (1) gebildet wird,
    die fixierte Basisplatte (4a) an der inneren Wandfläche (10a) der Hülle (1) fixiert ist, während sie von der Isolierwand (20) gestützt wird, und
    die Isolierwand (20) derart eingerichtet ist, dass die Isolierwand (20) von einer oberen Fläche des Hauptrahmens (2) hin zur fixierten Spirale (4) hervorsteht, und derart eingerichtet ist, dass eine obere Endseite der Isolierwand (20) die fixierte Spirale (4) stützt.
  2. Spiralverdichter (105) nach Anspruch 1, wobei
    die innere Wandfläche (10c) der Hülle (1) einen Stufenabschnitt (11b) aufweist, der eine periphere Fläche der fixierten Basisplatte (4a) stützt, und
    die fixierte Basisplatte (4a) an der inneren Wandfläche (10c) der Hülle (1) fixiert ist, wobei die periphere Fläche durch den Stufenabschnitt (11b) gestützt wird.
  3. Spiralverdichter (105) nach Anspruch 2, wobei
    die Isolierwand (20) derart eingerichtet ist, dass die Isolierwand (20) von einer oberen Fläche des Hauptrahmens (2) in Richtung der fixierten Spirale (4) hervorsteht und die fixierte Spirale (4) mittels einer, an einer oberen Endseite der Isolierwand (20) vorgesehenen Dichtungskomponente (9) stützt.
  4. Spiralverdichter (100, 101, 102, 105) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei
    der Kommunikationsdurchlass (21) durch einen von der Isolierwand (20) und der inneren Wandfläche (10a) der Hülle (1) umgebenen Raum gebildet wird.
  5. Spiralverdichter (103) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei
    die Isolierwand (20) durch eine Struktur, die einen Hohlraum aufweist, gebildet ist und
    der Kommunikationsdurchlass (21) ein Inneres des Hohlraums der Isolierwand (20) ist und gegenüber dem Kältemittelansaugraum (31) isoliert ist.
  6. Spiralverdichter (100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei
    eine periphere Fläche der umlaufenden Basisplatte (5a) einen vertieften Abschnitt (53) aufweist, um eine Interferenz zwischen der umlaufenden Basisplatte (5a) und der Isolierwand (20) zu vermeiden.
  7. Spiralverdichter (100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105) nach Anspruch 6, ferner aufweisend:
    einen Vorsprung (50), der an einer unteren Fläche der kreisenden Basisplatte (5a) vorgesehen ist; und
    eine Kurbelwelle (7), die einen in den Vorsprung (50) eingesetzten Exzenterwellenabschnitt (71) umfasst, wobei die Kurbelwelle (7) den Motor (6) und die umlaufende Spirale (5) verbindet,
    wobei der vertiefte Abschnitt (53) und der Kommunikationsdurchlass (21) derart eingerichtet sind, dass ein Schwerpunkt eines Querschnitts jedes des vertieften Abschnitts (53) und des Kommunikationsdurchlasses (21) in einem Bereich angeordnet ist, in welchem ein Winkel θ 30 Grad oder mehr und 150 Grad oder weniger in einer Richtung beträgt, in welcher ein Evolventenwinkel zunimmt, wobei der Winkel θ ein Winkel in einer Umfangsrichtung der umlaufenden Basisplatte (5a) relativ zu einer, ein Zentrum des Vorsprungs (50) und einen äußeren Endabschnitt (5c) des zweiten Spiralrundes (5b) verbindenden, geraden Linie ist.
  8. Spiralverdichter (100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105) nach Anspruch 6, ferner aufweisend:
    einen Vorsprung (50), der an einer unteren Fläche der umlaufenden Basisplatte (5a) vorgesehen ist; und
    eine Kurbelwelle (7), die einen in den Vorsprung (50) eingesetzten Exzenterwellenabschnitt (71) umfasst, wobei die Kurbelwelle (7) den Motor (6) und die umlaufende Spirale (5) verbindet,
    wobei der vertiefte Abschnitt (53) derart geformt ist, dass eine Distanz von einem Zentrum des Vorsprungs (50) zu einem Teil der peripheren Fläche, der den vertieften Abschnitt (53) aufweist, 80 Prozent oder mehr und 95 Prozent oder weniger von einer maximalen Distanz von dem Zentrum des Vorsprungs (50) zu der peripheren Fläche der umlaufenden Basisplatte (5a) ist.
  9. Spiralverdichter (104) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei der Hauptrahmen (2) eine Stützwand (27) aufweist, die von der oberen Fläche des Hauptrahmens (2) in Richtung der fixierten Spirale (4) hervorsteht, wobei eine obere Endseite der Stützwand (27) die fixierte Basisplatte (4a) stützt.
