Claims (13)

  1. Objet de protection sous forme de vêtements de protection ayant des propriétés de protection contre les éclats, les piqûres et/ou les coupures pour le domaine militaire et/ou civil, l'objet de protection comprenant au moins un matériau textile plat (1) (matériau textile bidimensionnel, matériau de surface textile) ayant des propriétés de protection contre les éclats, les piqûres et/ou les coupures ou étant constitué de celui-ci,
    le matériau textile plat (1) présentant au moins un système de fils (2) formant le matériau textile plat (1) ou étant constitué de celui-ci,
    le système de fils (2) étant constitué d'au moins un fil multifilament UHMW-PE (3) ou étant formé à partir de celui-ci,
    le fil multifilament UHMW-PE (3) étant constitué d'une pluralité de filaments individuels UHMW-PE (4) au moins sensiblement identiques et/ou au moins sensiblement identiques les uns aux autres ou étant formé à partir de ceux-ci, les filaments individuels UHMW-PE (4) étant torsadés et/ou retordus ensemble pour former le fil multifilament UHMW-PE (3),
    le fil multifilament UHMW-PE (3) étant constitué de 5 à 500 filaments individuels UHMW-PE (4) ou est formé à partir de ceux-ci et les filaments individuels UHMW-PE (4) présentant chacun un titre dans la plage de 0,2 dtex à 30 dtex,
    le fil multifilament PE UHMW (3) présentant une torsion de fil dans la direction Z ou dans la direction S dans la plage de 60 T/m à 140 T/m et
    le fil multifilament UHMW-PE (3) ayant un titre d'au moins 150 dtex.
  2. Objet de protection selon la revendication 1,
    le fil multifilament UHMW-PE (3) étant constitué de 10 à 400 filaments individuels UHMW-PE (4), de préférence de 20 à 300 filaments individuels UHMW-PE (4), préférentiellement de 40 à 200 filaments individuels UHMW-PE (4), plus préférentiellement de 60 à 160 filaments individuels UHMW-PE (4), de manière particulièrement préférée de 80 à 120 filaments individuels UHMW-PE (4), ou étant formé à partir de ceux-ci; et/ou
    les filaments individuels UHMW-PE (4), déterminés en particulier selon la norme DIN EN ISO 2060, présentant chacun un titre dans la plage de 0,5 dtex à 10 dtex, de préférence dans la plage de 0,8 dtex à 5 dtex, préférentiellement dans la plage de 1 dtex à 3 dtex, plus préférentiellement dans la plage de 1,2 dtex à 2,8 dtex, de manière particulièrement préférée dans la plage de 1,5 dtex à 2,5 dtex; et/ou
    les filaments individuels UHMW-PE (4), déterminés en particulier selon la norme DIN EN ISO 2060, présentant des titres (finesses) au moins sensiblement identiques les uns aux autres, en particulier l'écart des titres (finesses) respectifs les uns par rapport aux autres étant au maximum de 10 %, en particulier au maximum de 5 %, préférentiellement au maximum de 3 %, plus préférentiellement au maximum de 1 %, par rapport à la valeur plus petite; et/ou
    les filaments individuels UHMW-PE (4) étant formés au moins sensiblement entièrement d'UHMW-PE ou étant constitués de celui-ci; et/ou
    les filaments individuels UHMW-PE (4) ne présentant, outre le UHMW-PE, au moins sensiblement pas d'autres substances contenues et/ou composants, en particulier pas de colles ou similaires.
  3. Objet de protection selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    le fil multifilament UHMW-PE (3) présentant dans la direction Z ou dans la direction S, de préférence dans la direction Z, en particulier déterminée selon DIN EN ISO 2061, une torsion de fil d'au moins 65 T/m, de préférence d'au moins 70 T/m, préférentiellement d'au moins 75 T/m; et/ou
    le fil multifilament UHMW-PE (3) présentant dans la direction Z ou dans la direction S, de préférence dans la direction Z, en particulier déterminée selon DIN EN ISO 2061, une torsion de fil de 120 T/m au maximum, de préférence de 100 T/m au maximum, préférentiellement de 90 T/m au maximum; et/ou
    le fil multifilament UHMW-PE (3) présentant dans la direction Z ou dans la direction S, de préférence dans la direction Z, en particulier déterminée selon DIN EN ISO 2061, une torsion de fil dans la plage de 65 T/m à 120 T/m, de préférence dans la plage de 70 T/m à 100 T/m, préférentiellement dans la plage de 75 T/m à 90 T/m.
  4. Objet de protection selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    le fil multifilament UHMW-PE (3) présentant un titre (finesse, titre du fil), déterminé en particulier selon la norme DIN EN ISO 2060, d'au moins 155 dtex, en particulier d'au moins 160 dtex, de préférence d'au moins 180 dtex, préférentiellement d'au moins 190 dtex, plus préférentiellement d'au moins 195 dtex; et/ou
    le fil multifilament UHMW-PE (3) présentant un titre (finesse, titre du fil), déterminé en particulier selon la norme DIN EN ISO 2060, de 450 dtex au maximum, en particulier de 400 dtex au maximum, de préférence de 350 dtex au maximum, préférentiellement 300 dtex au maximum, plus préférentiellement de 260 dtex au maximum; et/ou
    le fil multifilament UHMW-PE (3) présentant un titre (finesse, titre du fil), déterminé en particulier selon la norme DIN EN ISO 2060, dans la plage de 155 dtex à 450 dtex, en particulier dans la plage de 160 dtex à 400 dtex, de préférence dans la plage de 180 dtex à 350 dtex, préférentiellement dans la plage de 190 dtex à 300 dtex, plus préférentiellement dans la plage de 195 dtex à 275 dtex, de manière particulièrement préférée dans la plage de 195 dtex à 260 dtex.
  5. Objet de protection selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    le matériau plat (1) et/ou le système de fils (2) étant réalisé sous la forme d'un tissu textile à mailles et/ou se présentant sous la forme d'un tissu textile à mailles, en particulier le matériau plat (1) et/ou le système de fils (2) présentant une pluralité de mailles (5) d'une part et éventuellement au moins un l'élément de liaison (6) différent de celles-ci d'autre part;
    en particulier dans lequel l'élément de liaison (6) est choisi dans le groupe constitué par l'anse, le flottage (flottaison), la trame, la trame partielle et le fil droit, de préférence l'anse et le flottage (flottaison); et/ou
    en particulier l'élément de liaison (6) étant réalisé et/ou présent sous la forme d'une anse et/ou d'un flottage (flottaison); et/ou
    en particulier où l'élément de liaison (6) est formé du fil multifilament UHMW-PE (3) et/ou d'un autre fil multifilament UHMW-PE (3') séparé et/ou différent du fil multifilament UHMW-PE (3); et/ou
    le matériau plat (1) et/ou le système de fils (2) étant réalisé sous la forme d'un tricot et/ou d'un article à mailles, en particulier tricot à mailles jetées ou tricot à mailles cueillies, de préférence sous la forme d'un tricot, et/ou le matériau plat (1) et/ou le système de fils (2) se présentant sous la forme d'un tricot et/ou d'un article à mailles, en particulier d'un tricot à mailles jetées ou d'un tricot à mailles cueillies, de préférence sous la forme de tricots; et/ou
    le matériau plat (1) et/ou le système de fils (2) étant réalisé sous la forme d'un tricot et/ou se présentant sous la forme de tricots.
  6. Objet de protection selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    le matériau plat (1), en particulier sous la forme d'un tissu textile à mailles, de préférence sous la forme d'un tricot, présentant un nombre et/ou une densité de colonnes de mailles (colonnes de mailles/cm) dans la plage de 2 à 25 colonnes de mailles/cm, en particulier dans la plage de 4 à 20 colonnes de mailles/cm, de préférence dans la plage de 5 à 17 colonnes de mailles/cm, préférentiellement dans la plage de 6 à 15 colonnes de mailles/cm; et/ou
    le matériau plat (1), en particulier sous la forme d'un tissu textile à mailles, de préférence sous la forme d'un tricot, présentant un nombre et/ou une densité de rangées de mailles (rangées de mailles/cm) dans la plage de 2 à 40 rangées de mailles/cm, en particulier dans la plage de 5 à 30 rangées de mailles/cm, de préférence dans la plage de 8 à 25, préférentiellement dans la plage de 10 à 23 rangées de mailles/cm.
  7. Objet de protection selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    le matériau plat (1), en particulier sous la forme d'un tissu textile à mailles, de préférence sous la forme d'un tricot, présentant une valeur de protection contre les éclats et/ou balistique V50, déterminée selon STANAG 2920, d'au moins 185 m/s, en particulier d'au moins 200 m/s, de préférence d'au moins 230 m/s, préférentiellement d'au moins 275 m/s, plus préférentiellement d'au moins 305 m/s, de manière particulièrement préférée d'au moins 320 m/s, de manière plus particulièrement préférée d'au moins 325 m/s, de manière encore plus préférée d'au moins 330 m/s; et/ou
    le matériau plat (1), en particulier sous la forme d'un tissu textile à mailles, de préférence sous la forme d'un tricot, présentant une valeur de protection contre les éclats et/ou balistique V50, déterminée selon STANAG 2920, dans une plage de 185 m/s à 900 m/s, en particulier dans une plage de 200 m/s à 800 m/s, de préférence dans une plage de 230 m/s à 700 m/s, préférentiellement dans une plage de 275 m/s à 650 m/s, plus préférentiellement dans une plage de 305 m/s à 600 m/s, de manière particulièrement préférée dans une plage de 320 m/s à 575 m/s, de manière plus particulièrement préférée dans une plage de 325 m/s à 550 m/s, de manière encore plus préférée dans une plage de 330 m/s à 530 m/s.
  8. Objet de protection selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    le matériau plat (1), en particulier sous la forme d'un tissu textile à mailles, de préférence sous la forme d'un tricot, étant pourvu d'un apprêt hydrophile et/ou ayant été soumis à une hydrophilisation, en particulier en utilisant au moins un agent hydrophilisant; et/ou
    le matériau plat (1), en particulier sous la forme d'un tissu textile à mailles, de préférence sous la forme d'un tricot, étant traité et/ou équipé et/ou exposé à au moins un agent hydrophile;
    en particulier où l'agent hydrophile est choisi dans le groupe de (i) polymères à base d'au moins un acide carboxylique insaturé, en particulier polymères à base d'au moins un acide carboxylique C3 -C6 insaturé, de préférence l'acide polyacrylique, (ii) copolymères d'acide acrylique et/ou d'acide méthacrylique et de comonomères, préférentiellement des acrylates d'alkyle et/ou des méthacrylates, (iii) produits d'alcoxylation, en particulier des produits d'éthoxylation (produits d'oxéthylation), de polymères et/ou de dérivés d'alkylphénols, préférentiellement de polymères, (iv) de fluoropolymères modifiés, en particulier sous la forme de (co)polymères séquencés comportant d'une part des parties et/ou des zones hydrophiles et d'autre part des parties et/ou des zones hydrophobes, de préférence des séquences hydrophiles et des séquences hydrophobes, et (v) de leurs mélanges ou combinaisons.
  9. Objet de protection selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    l'objet de protection comprenant en outre un matériau textile, en particulier plat (bidimensionnel);
    en particulier dans lequel le matériau plat (1) est combiné et/ou rassemblé (réuni), en particulier relié, avec le matériau textile.
  10. Objet de protection selon la revendication 9,
    le matériau plat (1) et le matériau textile étant disposés dans un plan commun et/ou formant un plan commun et/ou formant un plan de préférence fermé; et/ou
    le matériau plat (1) et le matériau textile étant respectivement reliés l'un à l'autre sur les bords, de préférence au moyen d'une couture, d'un soudage, d'un collage ou similaire, de préférence au moyen d'une couture et/ou d'un tricotage.
  11. Objet de protection selon la revendication 9,
    dans lequel le matériau plat (1) et le matériau textile sont disposés dans des plans différents et/ou l'un au-dessus de l'autre et/ou l'un sur l'autre; et/ou
    le matériau plat (1) et le matériau textile étant disposés de manière lâche l'un par rapport à l'autre ou étant cependant reliés l'un à l'autre, de préférence reliés l'un à l'autre sur les bords, de préférence au moyen d'une couture, d'un soudage, d'un collage ou similaire, de préférence au moyen d'une couture et/ou d'un tricotage.
  12. Objet de protection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11,
    le matériau textile étant perméable aux gaz, en particulier à l'air, et/ou perméable à la vapeur d'eau; et/ou
    le matériau textile étant réalisé sous la forme d'un tissu à mailles, en particulier d'un article à mailles ou d'un tricot; d'un tissu; d'une nappe ou d'un composite textile, en particulier sous la forme d'un tissu à mailles ou d'un tissu; et/ou
    l'objet de protection et/ou le matériau plat (1) et/ou le matériau textile étant en outre chargé et/ou équipé d'un adsorbant qui adsorbe des substances chimiques toxiques et/ou de combat, en particulier un matériau à base de charbon actif, de préférence sous forme de particules de charbon actif sous forme de grains ("charbon à grains") ou sous forme de billes ("charbon à billes"), en particulier l'adsorbant étant fixé sur l'objet de protection et/ou le matériau plat (1) et/ou le matériau textile au moyen d'un adhésif appliqué en particulier de manière discontinue, de préférence par points; et/ou
    l'objet de protection étant réalisé sous la forme d'un vêtement de protection sous la forme d'une combinaison de protection d'un pantalon de protection, en particulier d'un caleçon de protection ou d'un surcot de protection; d'une chemise de protection, en particulier d'un sous-cotalon de protection ou d'un surcot de protection; d'un gilet de protection; d'un gant de protection; de chaussures de protection; d'une chaussette de protection; d'un vêtement de protection de la tête ou similaire; et/ou
    l'objet de protection étant conçu comme un vêtement de protection sous forme de sous-vêtement et/ou de vêtement de dessus; et/ou
    le vêtement de protection étant conçu comme un vêtement pour personnes.
  13. Utilisation d'au moins un matériau plat (1), tel que défini dans la revendication 1, pour fournir et/ou augmenter une protection contre les éclats, les piqûres et/ou les coupures dans des objets de protection sous forme de vêtements de protection, de préférence pour le domaine militaire et/ou civil.
