Definitions
- the invention relates to a drawer insert with a frame which comprises a plurality of corner parts and a plurality of elongated side parts, wherein the corner parts and the side parts of the frame are connected to one another in a non-destructive and reversibly detachable manner, and a plurality of elastic separating elements which are slidably attached to the frame, wherein the elastic separating elements are connected to sliding elements and the respective sliding elements are slidable along a side part in the longitudinal direction of the side part.
- the invention relates to a kit for a drawer insert that can be mounted without tools.
- the invention relates to a drawer unit with a drawer and a drawer insert which is arranged in the drawer.
- Generic drawer inserts are usually used to divide the interior of drawers into several separate compartments so that objects can be positioned in an orderly and/or sorted manner within the drawer.
- the frame and the elastic separating elements of the drawer insert also prevent the objects from tipping over or falling out.
- corresponding drawer inserts ensure that the objects placed inside the drawer are kept in better order and thus increase the accessibility and reachability of the objects positioned inside the drawer.
- the objects to be used can be different items, such as kitchen utensils, pots, food, dishes or other Consumables.
- the different types of objects can be stored in different areas of the drawer, separated by dividers.
- the advantages of appropriate drawer inserts lead to a significant increase in convenience, particularly when storing household items in drawers.
- the object of the invention is to be able to equip drawers with an organization insert which has freely movable elastic separating elements, whereby the organization insert should also be able to be used in drawers with partial extension without the drawer having to be removed.
- the invention makes use of the knowledge that a demountable drawer insert can be used to achieve a compact packaging size and compatibility with partially extending drawers at the same time. Because the corner parts and the side parts of the frame are connected to one another in a non-destructive and reversibly detachable manner, the packaging volume can be significantly reduced, so that transport and storage costs for the manufacturer and the distributors of the drawer insert are significantly reduced.
- the packaging can be designed as a so-called flat pack, in which the components of the drawer insert are housed in a flat and compact packaging that is optimized for transport and storage purposes. Because the drawer insert can be dismantled, it can also be installed inside the drawer. This means that the drawer insert can also be easily used in drawers that only have a partial extension and therefore have limited accessibility.
- the elastic dividers can be used to sort the objects used.
- the dividers are preferably designed to adapt to the shape of the objects used.
- the objects used can be referred to as storage items and can be objects of various types. For example, kitchen utensils, pots, food, dishes or other consumables can be placed in the drawer insert.
- the corner parts of the frame can also be called corner connectors.
- the side parts of the frame can also be called longitudinal connectors or referred to as cross connectors.
- the frame of the drawer insert has four corner parts, wherein the corner parts arranged next to one another are each connected to one another via one or more side parts.
- the corner parts can be made of plastic, metal or a metal alloy, for example.
- the corner parts are preferably plastic injection-molded parts.
- the side parts can be made of plastic, metal or a metal alloy.
- the side parts are preferably designed as rods or struts, in particular metal rods or metal struts. A drawer insert which does not have flat side walls is therefore preferred.
- the side regions of the drawer insert preferably have several, for example two or three, rods or struts arranged one above the other and/or running essentially parallel to one another.
- the rods or struts are preferably arranged in such a way that objects inserted into the drawer insert cannot fall out of the drawer insert sideways.
- the elastic separating elements are designed as elastic bands or elastic belts.
- the elastic separating elements are preferably stretched in the assembled state so that the elastic separating elements have a tensioning effect.
- the elastic separating elements can therefore be designed as tensioning bands or tensioning belts.
- the elastic separating elements can also have a loop.
- the elastic separating elements can be made of a textile at least in sections.
- the frame is designed to be bottomless.
- the entire drawer insert is designed to be bottomless. Due to the bottomless design of the frame or drawer insert, the support surface for the inserted objects is provided by the drawer in which the drawer insert is inserted. Due to the bottomless design of the frame or drawer insert, the material costs are reduced and the manufacturing effort is significantly reduced.
- the corner parts and the side parts of the frame are connected to one another so that they can be detached from one another without the use of tools.
- the corner parts and the side parts of the frame are preferably plugged together.
- the corner parts can be plugged into the side parts.
- the side parts can also be plugged into the corner parts.
- a drawer insert according to the invention is also preferred in which the external dimensions of the frame define a required frame space, wherein the corner parts and the side parts of the frame can be connected to form a frame within the frame space.
- the corner parts and the side parts of the frame When connecting the corner parts and the side parts of the frame, preferably no space outside the frame space is required, so that the drawer insert can be mounted inside the drawer.
- the drawer insert can be dismantled inside the drawer in this way. This allows the drawer insert to be used in combination with drawers that only have partial extension. In the case of corresponding drawers with partial extension, the drawer does not need to be removed due to the drawer insert being able to be mounted inside the drawer.
- At least one corner part has one or more clamping areas.
- all corner parts each have one or more clamping areas.
- one side part can be clamped and/or clipped into a clamping area.
- the clamping areas can have elastically deformable clamping bars or snap hooks. The clamping bars or snap hooks are elastically deformed when a side part is clamped or clipped into a clamping area.
- Corresponding clamping areas enable the frame to be assembled and disassembled without tools, which enables the end user to assemble and disassemble the drawer insert.
- the clamping areas can each have a stop surface for the front side of a side part.
- the stop surfaces of the respective Clamping areas are located in different stop levels.
- different widths and/or lengths of the drawer insert can be realized.
- one clamping area or several clamping areas with a stop surface within a first stop level can be used to implement a drawer insert with a total width of around 520mm.
- one clamping area or several clamping areas with a stop surface within a second stop level can be used to implement a drawer insert with a total width of around 472mm.
- the dimensions of the drawer insert can therefore be adapted to different drawer sizes.
- the one or more clamping areas each define a receiving and removal path for a side part, wherein the receiving and removal path extends at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the inserted side part.
- the receiving and/or removal of a side part can take place from the inside, outside, top and/or bottom.
- the receiving and removal path runs within the rack space defined by the frame, convenient and quick assembly and disassembly of the drawer insert inside the drawer is possible.
- the drawer insert according to the invention is further advantageously further developed in that at least one corner part, preferably all corner parts, have a corner part base and a corner part cover, wherein the corner part base comprises the one or more clamping areas, which can be covered with the corner part cover after the side part has been clamped or clipped in.
- the corner part is thus designed in several parts, namely in two parts.
- the possibility of being able to cover the one or more clamping areas prevents contamination of the clamping areas, in particular the receiving and removal path for the side parts.
- the corner part cover can also have a supporting and/or stabilizing effect, which increases the stability of the frame.
- covering the clamping area with a corner part cover reduces the unintentional loosening or removal of a side part, for example due to improper use of the drawer insert.
- a drawer insert is preferred in which at least one corner part, preferably all corner parts, each have one or more receptacles into which a side part can be inserted.
- a front end region of a side part can be inserted into the one or more receptacles.
- the corner parts have both one or more clamping regions and one or more receptacles via which a connection to side parts can be realized.
- the one or more receptacles each define an insertion and removal path for a side part, wherein the insertion and removal path extends parallel or aligned with the longitudinal axis of the inserted side part.
- the one or more insertion and removal paths of a side part run parallel to the one or more receiving and removal paths of the corner part.
- the corner parts each have two wings, with a first wing extending in the longitudinal direction of the drawer insert and a second wing extending in the transverse direction of the drawer insert.
- the first wing and the second wing are arranged at a right angle to each other.
- one wing has one or more clamping areas for one side part each.
- the other wing has one or more receptacles for one side part each.
- the elastic separating elements are connected to sliding elements, whereby the respective sliding elements can be moved along a side part in the longitudinal direction of the side part.
- the ability of the sliding elements to move along a side part enables a continuous positioning of the sliding elements and thus also a continuous positioning of the elastic
- the elastic separating elements are thus connected to the side parts of the frame via the sliding elements.
- the Sliding elements each have one or more sliding recesses through which a side part extends.
- the sliding recess and the side part extending through the sliding recess have essentially the same cross-section.
- the cross-section of the sliding recess is only slightly larger than the cross-section of the side part, so that a sliding movement of the sliding element along the side part is possible.
- the separating elements can be separated from the frame without dismantling the frame and can be connected to the frame without causing any damage.
- the elastic separating elements and the sliding elements can form a piping system in which end sections of the elastic separating elements can each be inserted into a sliding element.
- the sliding elements can also be connected to the separating elements via a zipper or another connection that can be separated without causing any damage.
- the sliding elements each have an insertion slot into which an end section of the elastic separating element can be inserted in a non-destructive and reversibly removable manner.
- the sliding elements can be designed, for example, as piping rails.
- the end sections of the elastic separating element can comprise a piping that can be inserted into a piping rail.
- a clamping device can be arranged in the area of the insertion slot, which clamps the end section of an inserted elastic separating element. The clamping stabilizes the end section of the inserted elastic separating element in the insertion slot. This increases the pull-out force required to remove the elastic separating element.
- a drawer insert according to the invention is also preferred in which the separating elements are transparent at least in sections.
- the transparency of the separating elements at least in sections increases the viewer's overview of the objects inserted.
- the Separating elements can be transparent or partially transparent at least in sections. If the separating elements are made of a textile material, the fibers can be spaced apart from one another in such a way that transparency is achieved.
- the separating elements can also be partially or completely opaque, i.e. opaque.
