Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a shisha heat distribution device for a water pipe, in particular a shisha.
  • a shisha flavored tobacco is smoked.
  • the tobacco is heated by a hot medium such as coal.
  • the heating causes the molasses previously absorbed by the tobacco to evaporate.
  • the generated steam is passed through a column of smoke.
  • a valve opening is attached to a water vessel, so that the steam, which is passed through water and thereby cooled, is passed through a hose and a mouthpiece to a person who smokes.
  • WO 2014/016088 A1 shows a portable water pipe with tobacco lying on a plate.
  • the plate can be pivoted about a central axis so that a first valve mechanism can be adjusted between an open position and a closed position.
  • a second valve mechanism can be adjusted between an open position and a closed position by rotating a mouthpiece.
  • No drive device for example no electric motor, is configured here, nor is it achieved any homogenization of the heat distribution.
  • WO 2017/178930 A1 discloses a consumable hookah article which is arranged in a hookah head comprising an electric igniter.
  • a substrate for forming an aerosol can be consumed individually or sequentially. Furthermore, the substrates rotate about an axis, about each substrate with an aerosol exit opening opposite an ignited combustible one Align the heat source.
  • no drive device for example no electric motor, is provided to rotate the heating means, and the arrangement also does not serve to heat the substrate homogeneously.
  • DE 43 28 243 C1 discloses a smoking or inhalation device for smoking tobacco or another smoking substance, the device comprising a hot air generator, an air inlet opening, a heating device, an air outlet nozzle, a storage container and a drive device.

  • a chimney attachment which has a chimney pipe, can be configured between the coal plate and the hookah head. Ambient air flows past the heating coals and is heated. The heated air enters the hookah head through openings in the surface of the chimney top, so the tobacco provided in the hookah head is immediately heated by the heated air that exits through the openings. Excess heat is transported to the outside with the chimney pipe so that heat build-up can be avoided.
  • the shisha head and the drive device are connected to one another by the chassis.
  • the fixing device e.g. a fixing screw or a fixing rivet
  • the chassis is fixed in position on the hookah head and attached to the drive device by means of the adjusting device, for example an adjusting screw.

  • a toothed wheel connection can be used between the coal plate or the shisha head, the drive wheel in the drive device also preferably being designed as a toothed wheel, via which the coal plate and the drive device can be set in rotary motion with one another.
  • the coal plate can be rotatable about the axis of rotation with respect to the shisha head. Because the coal plate is coupled to the drive device or to the drive wheel via the transmission, the coal plate can be driven indirectly by the drive device. If the rubber band is used as a gear, the coal plate and the drive wheel of the drive device rotate in the same direction. If a rubber roller or a gear connection is used as a gear, the carbon plate and the drive wheel rotate in opposite directions.
  • the hookah head is coupled to the drive device or the drive wheel by the gear so that the hookah head can be rotated. It is thus achieved that the hookah head can be rotated about the axis of rotation with respect to the coal plate.

This means that more steam can be generated in a certain period of time at the higher speed of the electric motor.
  • the electric motor can be connected to the power grid with a cable in order to drive the electric motor.
  • the power grid is intended as a power supply.
  • An alternating current is thus fed to the electric motor via the cable, with a direct or alternating voltage for operating the electric motor at varying speeds can be provided very easily by means of drive electronics connected in between.
  • the drive electronics can be equipped with a switch unit that enables the Shisha heat distribution device to be easily switched on or off and the speed of the electric motor to be set. This makes it possible in a simple way to achieve a predefined heating time for the tobacco. Thus a certain amount of steam can be generated.
