Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif pour la fixation d'une poignée de porte ou de fenêtre (2) sur un battant de fenêtre (8), un vantail de porte ou similaire, comportant
    - un élément de maintien (6) fixé sur un col-de-cygne de poignée (22) de la poignée de porte ou de fenêtre (2),
    - un adaptateur (3) logé dans une ouverture de logement (82) dans une face avant (81) du battant de fenêtre (8), du vantail de porte ou similaire, dans lequel l'élément de maintien (6) peut être fixé,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - l'adaptateur (3) peut être fixé de manière fixe en rotation sur une plaque de fixation (4) qui peut être fixée sur un élément de pêne (5) logé latéralement dans un évidement (88) d'un profilé (89) du battant de fenêtre (8), du vantail de porte ou similaire pour le verrouillage du battant de fenêtre (8), du vantail de porte ou similaire dans un châssis de fenêtre ou de porte.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'adaptateur (3) comporte un fond (32), une enveloppe cylindrique (31) qui s'étend vers le col-de-cygne de poignée (22) et au moins deux goujons (33) qui s'étendent à partir de la face du fond (32) opposée à l'enveloppe (31), les goujons (33) s'étendant, quand l'adaptateur (3) est monté, à travers des perçages de logement de goujon (86) dans un fond (84) de l'ouverture de logement (82) et étant logés dans des logements de goujon (43) dans un corps de base (42) de la plaque de fixation (4).

Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de fixation (4) comporte plusieurs perçages (42) pour recevoir des vis de fixation (45) destinées à fixer la plaque de fixation (4) sur le corps de base (52), plusieurs trous filetés (46) pour recevoir des vis de fixation (37) destinées à fixer l'adaptateur (3) sur la plaque de fixation (4) et plusieurs logements de goujon (43) destinés à recevoir les goujons (33) de l'adaptateur (3).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de fixation (4) est logée, dans l'état monté, dans l'évidement (88) du profilé (89) du battant de fenêtre (8), du vantail de porte ou similaire.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de fixation (4) repose latéralement sur le corps de base (52) de l'élément de pêne (5) dans l'état monté.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de maintien (6) comporte un corps de base (61), un corps de logement (62) supporté avec possibilité de rotation dans le corps de base (6) avec une ouverture de support pour recevoir et supporter un polygone (9) fixé dans le col-de-cygne de poignée (22) de la poignée de porte ou de fenêtre (2) et dépassant de celui-ci (9) et au moins un élément de serrage (64) qui peut être déplacé dans le sens radial pour sortir du corps de base (61) de l'élément de maintien (6).
