Claims (7)

  1. Cylindre de fermeture pour fonctions exécutables dans un véhicule
    avec un corps (10) en deux parties composé d'une partie supérieure (12) et d'une partie inférieure (11),
    avec un rotor (20) en appui rotatif dans le corps (10), rotor qui présente un canal axial (22) permettant d'introduire une clé correspondante, et des dispositifs de maintien fermé radialement mobiles, sous contrainte ressort et interagissant avant la clé,
    et avec un moyen de fixation (30) par vis attaquant le corps (10), moyen qui en cas d'utilisation sert à fixer le cylindre de fermeture contre une carrosserie (33) du véhicule,
    sachant que la partie supérieure (12) présente un segment (16) en saillie avec un premier orifice traversant (17),
    et sachant que la partie supérieure (12), le rotor (20) et la partie inférieure (11) forment une unité constructive (15) prémontée,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la partie inférieure (11) présente un segment antagoniste (36) avec un deuxième orifice traversant (37) et qu'en cas de fixation le segment (16) et le segment antagoniste (36) appliquent l'un contre l'autre et le
    moyen de fixation par vis (30) traverse d'une part un trou (35) situé sur la carrosserie (33) du véhicule et d'autre part les deux orifices traversants (17, 37) de l'unité constructive (15),
    et en ce que le moyen de fixation par vis (30) servant à fixer le corps (10) contre la carrosserie (33) constitue en même temps le moyen de jonction qui immobilise la partie supérieure (12) du corps contre la partie inférieure (11) du corps.
  2. Cylindre de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'entre la partie supérieure (12) du corps et la partie inférieure (11) du corps ont été prévus des moyens de crantage et des moyens de crantage antagonistes qui maintiennent provisoirement ensemble les pièces (11, 12) du corps.
  3. Cylindre de fermeture selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice traversant dans le segment antagoniste (36) de la partie inférieure (11) du corps se compose d'un réceptacle taraudé (37) dans lequel il est possible, en cas de fixation, de visser l'extrémité (32) de la vis (30).
  4. Cylindre de fermeture selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le segment antagoniste (36) est formé à partir d'un épaulement latéral (38) de la partie inférieure (11) du corps.
  5. Cylindre de fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'axe (41) de la vis (30) forme un angle aigu (42) avec l'axe (18) du cylindre de fermeture.
  6. Cylindre de fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le point de fixation (34) sur la carrosserie (33) présentant le trou (35), ainsi que le segment (16) et le segment antagoniste (36) des deux parties (12, 11) du corps présentent un tracé incliné par rapport à l'axe (18) du rotor (20).
  7. Cylindre de fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de fermeture repose en appui rotatif dans une douille (21) de rotation dans le vide qui normalement se trouve au repos,
    en ce qu'entre une sortie du rotor (20) et un taquet entraîneur (27) à la sortie (25) du corps est agencé un dispositif (26) de rotation dans le vide,
    en ce que dans le cas normal le dispositif (26) de rotation dans le vide transmet au taquet entraîneur (27) le couple qu'engendre rotor (20) actionné par la rotation de la clé,
    et à ce qu'en cas de surcharge toutefois, le dispositif (26) de rotation dans le vide débraye le taquet entraîneur (27) du rotor (20) lorsque ledit rotor (20) subit une rotation de force exercée par un outil d'effraction, rotation dont le couple dépasse un couple limite défini du dispositif (26) de rotation dans le vide.
