Claims (5)
- Unité de broyage (100), comprenant une tête tournante (10) équipée de blocs abrasifs oscillants (B) montés sur des supports porte-outils (11) reliés à un carter tournant (12), pour travailler sur des surfaces planes, des moyens à came tournante (133), relié aux blocs oscillants abrasifs (B) au moyen de bras (14) solidaires des supports d'outils (11), et comprenant en outre un premier moteur (20) adapté pour déplacer le carter rotatif (12) conférant un premier effet d'entraînement vitesse (ωt1) et un deuxième moteur (30) adapté pour déplacer le moyen de came rotatif (133) en communiquant une deuxième vitesse d'entraînement (ωt2), un contrôleur du premier moteur (20) et du deuxième moteur (30) adapté pour permettent d'ajuster la répartition de la valeur de la première vitesse d'entraînement (ωt1) et de celle de la deuxième vitesse d'entraînement (ωt2) pour permettre d'obtenir une loi de mouvement (ωB) souhaitée des blocs oscillants abrasifs (B), caractérisé par le fait que lesdits moyens une came rotative (133) sont reliés à un axe central (16) par l'intermédiaire d'un joint angulaire (17) et à un dispositif (40) de variation d'orientation axiale, ledit dispositif (40) de variation d'orientation axiale étant entraîné par un moteur commandé (50 ) au moyen d'un réducteur (41) pour permettre de faire varier l'orientation axiale dudit moyen de came rotative (133) d'une valeur déterminée en fonction de la rotation angulaire (β), ledit axe central (16) étant relié à un arbre central (31) entraîné par le second moteur (30).
- Unité de broyage (100) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que ladite loi de mouvement souhaitée (ωB) dépend d'une fonction (F) de la valeur des différences entre la première et la seconde vitesse d'entraînement (ωt1-ωt2), appelée la loi de mouvement désirée spécifiée comme (ωB = ωt1 + F (ωt1-ωt2)).
- Unité de broyage (100) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que pour les valeurs de la première vitesse d'entraînement (ωt1) égales à celles de la seconde vitesse d'entraînement (ωt2), l'oscillation des blocs oscillants abrasifs (B) ce n'est rien.
- Unité de broyage (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit carter tournant (12) est solidaire d'un flasque central (15), ledit flasque central (15) étant relié à un arbre creux flasqué central (21) déplacé par le premier moteur (20).
- Unité de broyage (100) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de came tournante (132) consistent en un plateau à inclinaison variable pour permettre le réglage de l'amplitude de l'excursion angulaire des blocs oscillants abrasifs (B), indépendamment de la loi de mouvement souhaitée (ωB) des blocs oscillants abrasifs (B).
