Definitions
- the present invention relates to an insole, in particular for shoes, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such insoles preferably also referred to as foot insoles or shoe insoles, are used in particular for medical and therapeutic purposes. But they are also used in sports, especially when the user's feet are exposed to increased stress. The purpose is that, for example, misalignments are corrected or avoided, certain foot areas are supported and / or relieved in order to achieve an even pressure distribution, and / or to provide shock absorption in order to ultimately avoid pressure peaks.
- insoles in particular for shoes
- designs which consist of an insole adapted to the shape of the foot and a clasp, preferably made of carbon fiber-reinforced plastic, which is preferably attached underneath.
- the insoles usually consist of one or more, preferably layered, upholstery elements, which are preferably equipped with various functional elements, such as pads. Due to the clasp attached to it and the preferred thermal deformation of both components, the insole has a geometry that supports the arch of the foot. With such an insole it is thus possible to support the arch of the foot, in particular to erect a flattened longitudinal arch of the foot, and thereby to correct the position of the foot.
- the brace has the advantage that the elasticity of the brace, which is deformed or bent when running, in addition to the greatest possible unrestricted freedom of movement, also activates the muscles in a targeted manner.
- the clasp has an inherent resilience.
- Such an insole with a clasp is for example from the EP 1 625 803 A1 known.
- This known foot insert consists of a spatially deformed stabilizing plate made of dimensionally stable plastic with great flexural rigidity, which supports at least the midfoot of a wearer.
- the foot insert seen from the upper side of the sole and in the longitudinal direction of the sole, has a convex curvature at least in the metatarsal area, to be adapted to the anatomy of the longitudinal arch of the foot of a wearer and thereby to form a support function.
- the insole is also primarily used for therapeutic purposes.
- the insole has a plurality of elastically shape-changeable correction and stimulation elements arranged on the underside of the stabilization plate. This triggers so-called proprioceptive reflexes and thus the human body, especially the muscles, are specifically trained in its statics and dynamics.
- the design of the insoles known from this prior art proves to be disadvantageous, although the insole, in particular the clasp, is designed in such a way that it has a circular recess for the heel bone in a heel area where a significantly higher pressure is exerted on a user's foot a user is formed in the clasp and preferably has a cushion for padding the heel bone, which does not take into account that the clasp continues to exert pressure in the area of the lower heel spur and the attachment of the tendon plate on the heel bone.
- a particular disadvantage of the known embodiment is that due to the circular recess for the heel bone in the clasp, especially in the area of the lower heel spur and the attachment of the tendon plate, the clasp forms a hard edge which can cause particularly great pain, especially in the case of plantar fasciitis .
- Plantar fasciitis is inflammation of the tendon plate in the sole of the foot and is typically caused by overuse. This affects the attachment of the tendon plate to the heel bone. Due to the hard edge of the clasp, particularly high pressure is exerted on the tendon plate of the sole of the foot and / or the heel spur when the user is exposed to stress.
- Another disadvantage of the insole known from the prior art is the adaptation of the insole, in particular its metatarsal area, to the longitudinal arch of the foot of a user, especially if the user has a flat foot and at the same time suffers from plantar fasciitis, i.e. from inflammation of the tendon plate.
- the erection of the longitudinal arch of the foot, in particular the convex formation of the metatarsal area of the tread surface of the insole exerts a particularly high amount of pressure on the tendon plate, which is very painful for the user in the case of plantar fasciitis and, in the case of permanent irritation, further deterioration with the risk of a chronic course.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object of creating an insole for shoes which avoids the disadvantages of the prior art and which, in particular, supports, relieves and / or cushions the sole of the foot of a user by means of a geometry that is preferably adapted to the shape of the foot, in order to ensure that it is even Achieve pressure distribution while simultaneously relieving the lower heel bone and the adjoining tendon plate, namely the plantar fascia.
- the insole for a shoe has a base body consisting of a heel area, a metatarsal area and a toe area, the base body having a clasp that extends from the heel area at least into the metatarsal area and a recess for the heel bone in the heel area
- the clasp has at least one first notch which extends from the recess in the heel area into the metatarsal area, and the base body is essentially flattened in the longitudinal direction in the metatarsal area, so that the lower heel spur of the heel and the tendon plate of the sole of the foot of a user remain essentially free of pressure.
- On the upper side of the insole that is to say on the side facing the sole of the foot of a user, this preferably has a geometry that is adapted to the shape of the foot.
- the clasp preferably has at least two notches which extend from the recess in the heel area into the metatarsal area in order to form at least one first tab. It is particularly preferred that there are three notches, so that at least two tabs are thereby formed. This avoids a hard edge on the recess of the clasp, in particular in the area of the lower tendon plate of a user.
- the base body of the insole can have a heel and / or tendon cushion, the cushion overlapping the recess and / or the at least one notch and / or the clasp in the metatarsal area.
- the heel and tendon cushion preferably overlaps the recess, the at least one notch and the clasp in a metatarsal area.
- the base body is a pad in the metatarsal area for erecting the transverse arch of the user's foot.
- the pad that is to say the pressure body, is preferably incorporated into the base body and preferably has a spherical cap-shaped geometry. Due to the convex shape in the transverse direction in relation to the insole, it is possible to erect or at least support the arch of the foot in the transverse direction.
- the base body of the insole has at least one waist in the metatarsal area.
- the base body in the heel and / or metatarsal area forms a lateral shell, preferably concavely curved on the inside.
- the inside of the shell of the base body is preferably curved in a convex manner for medial support of the longitudinal arch of the foot of a user.
- the clasp arranged on the base body preferably extends into the laterally formed shell, in particular into the convexly curved area.
- the base body of the insole and / or the clasp in the convexly curved area has a support body that can be detachably or non-detachably fastened to it.
- This can preferably be releasably positioned on the clasp or on the base body itself by means of Velcro fastener elements. This makes it possible to further stabilize the medial support of the longitudinal arch of a user's foot.
- the clasp arranged on the base body which preferably has great flexural rigidity, is preferably made from a fiber-reinforced, in particular carbon fiber-reinforced, plastic. This makes it possible to achieve a very high degree of dimensional stability with the lowest possible overall height.
- the thickness or strength of the clasp is preferably between 0.4 and 1.2 mm, particularly preferably 0.6 mm.
- the clasp preferably has at least one second notch in the area of the shell, in particular in the convexly curved area.
- These one or more second notches, as well as the at least one first notch, are preferably wedge-shaped.
- the pointed end of the wedge-shaped notches is preferably designed in the form of a circular bore so that no pointed edge is created in order to avoid a possible breaking point when the clasp is stressed, i.e. when the clasp is bent.
- the base body of the insole has a recess on the outside for receiving the clasp, so that the outside of the clasp is essentially flush with the outside of the base body. It is also conceivable that the outside of the clasp opposite the outside of the The base body is set back in the recess. This ensures a particularly space-saving and very flat design of the insole.
- the arrangement of the clasp on the outside of the base body enables the tabs formed by the notches in the area of the lower tendon plate to be freely movable, especially outward, when the clasp is subjected to a load and consequently when the clasp is bent. As a result of this freely movable mounting of the tabs, a particularly high elasticity of the insole is achieved in the area of the tendon plate, so that this is particularly well relieved in this area.
- the base body has a multilayer design, preferably with a first and second cushion layer and a cover layer.
- a cover layer particularly preferably in the heel and / or metatarsal area, there is an additional stiffening layer, preferably with a recess for the heel and / or tendon cushion.
- a clasp preferably made of fiber-reinforced, in particular carbon fiber-reinforced, plastic with a base body that is larger than the clasp, preferably contains several functional elements and the clasp is completely covered on the top, for Formation of a sole blank, glued, (2) deep-drawn for permanent deformation of the clasp, and (3) the surface of the base body is machined to remove material depending on the geometry information of a user's foot sole measured with a measuring device.
- the present legwear is distinguished by a number of significant advantages.
- the design of the insole, in particular its base body in the metatarsal area, in such a way that it is essentially flattened in the longitudinal direction, ensures that the lower heel spur of the heel and the tendon plate of the sole of the foot of a user remain essentially free of pressure.
- the base body thus preferably has a so-called tendon-based geometry in the metatarsal area, which differs significantly from the geometry adapted to a longitudinal arch of the foot, namely a convex design of the metatarsal area, in that this area is flattened.
- the construction of the insole according to the invention in particular the combination consisting of a flattened metatarsal area and the at least one notch in the clasp, thus has the advantage that the lower tendon plate, especially in the area of the lower heel spur, is significantly relieved.
- the base body also has a lateral shell, the inside of which is preferably curved convexly in a medial metatarsal region.
- a lateral shell the inside of which is preferably curved convexly in a medial metatarsal region.
- the area of the shell which is preferably convex, exerts a lateral and oblique pressure on the foot of a user below the tibialis posterior without restricting the freedom of the plantar fascia.
- the insole according to the invention leaves a maximum of free space.
- Another advantage of the invention is the arrangement of the clasp on the outside of the insole, preferably in a recess in the base body of the insole.
- the clasp is mounted flush and thus space-saving on the base body;
- the tabs formed by the notches in the area of the lower tendon plate are freely movable, especially outward, when the clasp is subjected to a load and consequently when it bends.
- a particularly high degree of flexibility in terms of shape of the insole is achieved in the area of the tendon plate, so that this is relieved particularly well in this area. In addition, this ensures a particularly flat design of the insole.
- the arrangement of a heel and / or tendon cushion in the heel and metatarsal area is particularly advantageous.
- a heel and tendon cushion preferably overlaps the recess for a heel bone, the at least one notch and the clasp in one Metatarsal area. This results in particularly good relief of the lower tendon plate.
- FIG. 1 is an embodiment of the insole 1 for a left foot of a user, shown in a three-dimensional view.
- the insole 1 extends in the longitudinal direction L and transverse direction Q, based on a user's foot, and comprises an essentially flat base body 2 which, in addition to a heel area 3 and a metatarsal area 4, has a toe area 5 around a user's foot support and / or relieve.
- the insole 1 achieves a uniform distribution of pressure in the entire foot area.
- the essentially flat base body 2 forms a lateral shell 22 in the heel and preferably metatarsal region 3, 4. This is preferably curved concavely on its inside 23, so that the shell 22 is adapted to the outside of the foot of a user.
- the concave curvature 24 extends in particular into the heel region 3.
- the inside 23 of the shell 22 of the base body 1 also has a convexly curved section 25.
- a clasp 13 is arranged on the lower or outer side 6 of the base body 2. This preferably extends into the laterally formed shell 22, in particular into the convexly curved region 25.
- the clasp 13 is preferably made from a fiber-reinforced, in particular carbon fiber-reinforced, plastic. In particular, this makes it possible for the clasp 13 to have a very low overall height, namely a thickness of preferably 0.5 to 1.2 mm, particularly preferably 0.8 mm.
- the base body 2 has a recess 7 on the outside 6 for receiving the clasp 13, so that the outside 17 of the clasp 13 is essentially flush with the outside 6 of the base body 2.
- FIG 2 shows the insole 1 from Figure 1 from above, i.e. in plan view.
- the clasp 13 arranged below on the base body 2 is shown in dashed lines.
- the base body 2 itself preferably has a waist 20, 21 in the metatarsal region 4 at least on one side, preferably on both sides, so that the base body 2 preferably corresponds to the shape of a user's foot.
- the clasp 13 extends from the heel area 3 into the metatarsal area 4 and has a recess 14 for the heel bone of a user in the heel area 3.
- the clasp 13 extends into the toe area 5 of the insole 1.
- the clasp 13 comprises at least one first notch 15 which extends from the recess 14 in the heel area 3 into the metatarsal area 4.
- the clasp 13 preferably has three of these first notches 15, so that at least two tabs 27, 28 are thereby formed. This avoids a hard edge on the recess 15 of the clasp 13, in particular in the area of the lower tendon plate of a user.
- the base body 2 is preferably essentially flattened in the midfoot area 4 in the longitudinal direction L, so that the lower heel spur of the heel and the tendon plate of the sole of the foot of a user, in particular in conjunction with the at least one first notch 15 in the clasp 13 for forming tabs 27, 28, as previously described, remain essentially free of pressure.
- the clasp 13 preferably has further second notches 16, of which at least one notch 16 is preferably in the convexly curved region 25 of the lateral shell, as shown Figure 1 described, is arranged, in particular to increase the elasticity of the insole 1.
- several second notches 16 are present in the clasp 13, which preferably extend laterally transversely to the longitudinal direction of the insole 1 from the outside into the clasp 13.
- These one or more second notches 16 and the at least one or more first notches 15 are preferably wedge-shaped.
- the pointed end of the wedge-shaped notches 15, 16 is preferably designed in the form of a circular bore so that no pointed edge is created in order to avoid a possible breaking point when the clasp 13 is bent.
- the main body 2 consists of several, preferably a first and second cushion layer 8, 9.
- a cover layer 10 is also provided.
- the cushion layers 8, 9 are preferably made of a soft foam material such as EVA, PU or a mixture of both materials.
- the cover layer 10 is preferably made of microfiber, Alcantara or a velor.
- the base body 2 has an additional stiffening layer 11 with a recess 12 for a heel and tendon cushion 18.
- the heel and tendon cushion 18 is preferably designed in two layers, a first layer 18.1 preferably being arranged in the recess 12 of the stiffening layer 11 and a second layer 18.2 in a recess in the upper cushion layer 9.
- the cushion 18 overlaps in particular the recess 14, the at least one notch 15 of the clasp 13 and the clasp 13 itself in the metatarsal area 4.
- the stiffening layer 11 serves to increase the dimensional stability of the base body 2, in particular in the heel and metatarsal areas 3, 4
- the toe area 5 is preferably designed without a stiffening layer 11, so that a user's toes cannot be hindered from kinking.
- the base body 2 also preferably has a pad 19 which, according to this exemplary embodiment, is arranged in the metatarsal area 4 next to the heel and tendon cushion 18 between the reinforcement layer 11 and the upper cushion layer 9.
- the clasp 13 with the recess 14 for the heel bone of a user is attached to the underside of the lower cushion layer 8.
- the clasp 13 extends from the heel area 3 into the metatarsal area 4.
- the at least one, preferably several, first notches 15 extend from the recess 14 in the heel area 3 into the metatarsal area 4.
- the metatarsal area 4 of the base body 2 is essentially flattened in the longitudinal direction (L), so that the lower heel spur of the heel and the tendon plate of the sole of the foot of a user remain essentially pressure-free.
- the outside 17 of the clasp 13 is preferably freely accessible and is preferably not covered by any further layer. This freely movable mounting, in particular the tabs formed by the first notches 15, achieves a particularly high degree of flexibility in shape of the insole 1 in the area of the tendon plate, so that this is particularly well relieved in this area.
- the two cushion layers 8, 9 and the stiffening layer 11 form the lateral shell 22 in the heel and metatarsal area 3, 4, which on the inside 23 is a has concave curvature 24.
- the curvature 25 in the medial metatarsal region 4 is preferably convex for medial support of the longitudinal arch of the foot of a user.
- the insole 1 preferably has, in particular in the convexly curved region 25, a support body 26 which can be releasably fastened to the base body 2. This can preferably be releasably positioned on the clasp 13 by means of Velcro fastener elements. This makes it possible to further stabilize the medial support of the longitudinal arch of a user's foot.

Abstract
Description
- In
- In
