Definitions
- the invention relates to a cover system for insulation devices on structures and structures, with a connecting device consisting of a carrier surface which has adhesive fastener elements that can be connected to correspondingly designed adhesive fastener elements.
- the invention also relates to a connecting device for such a cover system.
- thermal insulation panels can be attached to an on-site substrate, such as masonry, by means of anchoring elements in the manner of dowel screws.
- anchoring elements At the ends of the anchoring elements facing away from the on-site subsurface, there are holding plates which protrude slightly from the outside of the thermal insulation panels and which form attachment points for components, for example in the form of panel-shaped facade elements.
- These components are anchored via an adhesive fastener, formed from adhesive fastener elements that are fixed on the part of the thermal insulation panels at the plate-like attachment points, and by corresponding adhesive fastener elements of a connecting device that are located on the side of the plate-shaped components facing the thermal insulation panels.
- This connecting device has a carrier surface which, with one side resting on the respective plate-shaped component over a large area, with This is firmly connected and forms the adhesive fastener elements on its other side, which can be brought into adhesive engagement with the corresponding adhesive fastener elements at the plate-like attachment points.
- This type of anchoring by forming an adhesive fastener enables the plate-shaped components to be attached quickly and easily, with the advantageous possibility of subsequently aligning or replacing components by loosening the adhesive fastener that is formed.
- the known solution is not entirely satisfactory in that the security of the fastening depends on the nature of the plate-shaped structural elements.
- the secure attachment of the carrier surface having the adhesive fastener elements depends to a large extent on the surface properties of the respective component to be attached, so that one is limited to the use of suitable materials for such facade elements to be attached.
- suitable materials for such facade elements to be attached In particular, difficulties arise with components made of closed-cell foams.
- the invention has the object of providing a cover system which, while maintaining the advantages offered in the prior art, enables a secure fixing of components that are made of closed-cell foam materials.
- an essential feature of the invention is that on the side of the carrier surface facing away from the adhesive fastener elements, a reactive functional surface is attached as a further component of the connecting device, which under predeterminable molding pressure and a predeterminable reaction temperature permanently connects to a preferably closed-cell foam material of the respective insulation device.
- reaction surface is laminated onto the carrier surface as a film or otherwise connected to it in a form-fitting or material-fitting manner.
- the reactive functional surface can additionally be connected to a lattice or network structure which also covers the entire surface of the carrier surface and is preferably reactively connected to it.
- the connecting device formed in this way is distinguished by particularly favorable structural properties.
- the carrier surface with its reactive functional surface can be permanently connected to the preferably closed-cell foam material of the respective insulation device directly or with its lattice and net structure.
- the reactive functional surface in be advantageously formed from a thermoadhesive film made of polyurethane resin.
- polyurethane also forms a chemical bond with the binder, which is usually added to the foam glass.
- the reactive functional surface for a connection with a styrofoam material can also be formed as a preferably closed-cell foam material made from modified polyethylene.
- the arrangement can preferably be made such that it is formed from a velor with closed pile threads or from a knitted fabric, preferably made of polyamide 6 plastic material.
- the arrangement can advantageously be made such that one of the adhesive fastener elements is a hook fastener material that is connected to wall parts of the building or supporting structure or to the side of the respective insulation device that faces the adhesive fastener elements of the carrier surface of the connecting device, is firmly connectable.
- the reactive functional surface designed as a polyurethane film forms the connection with the expanded or foam glass at a predefinable molding pressure, because in this area the binding agent that is added to the expanded or foam glass reacts at the desired rate.
- the binding agent not only connects the individual granulates made of expanded and foam glass with one another, but also, desirably, forms a chemical bond with the polyurethane film.
- the temperature behavior of the film is selected so that a certain viscosity range is achieved at the time of shaping, so that it forms a form-fitting connection with the expanded and foam glass.
- the selected thermoplastic material shows sufficient cohesion to demold the composite produced in a form-fitting manner.
- the subject matter of the invention is also a connecting device for a cover system according to the invention.
- the Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of the cover system according to the invention in connection with an insulation device 2, which has a sequence of insulation panels 4, which are attached to an on-site substrate, such as masonry 6.
- the insulation panels 4, of their sequence in Fig. 1 only one is visible are made of rock wool or a closed-cell foam material such as styrofoam or polyurethane.
- the in Fig. 1 The example shown, the insulation panels 4 are fastened by means of dowel screws 8 with a washer head 18.
- the outside of these plate heads 18 each forms an attachment point for the cover system 20 assigned to the insulation device 2.
- an adhesive fastener element 22 is fixed on the outer surface of each of the plate heads 18, for example by gluing or welding in the case of adhesive fastener elements made of plastic.
- the cover system 20 has plate-shaped components 26 as cover parts, which serve as facade parts and of which only one component 26 in FIG Fig. 1 is visible.
- These components 26 are a closed-cell foam material, in the present case in the form of a so-called expanded or foam glass.
- expanded or foam glass is ecologically advantageous because this building material can be produced from recycled waste glass, with the collected waste glass being completely usable in a closed recycling cycle.
- This building material is very well suited as a facade component because expanded or foam glass is lightweight, heat-insulating, sound-absorbing, pressure-resistant, non-flammable, acid-resistant, pest-proof and easy to work with. In principle, recycling is also possible in that the expanded or foam glass is melted down again.
- the connecting device 24 As a foam material, such a building material does not in itself offer any particularly favorable prerequisites for forming a permanent connection with an associated building or supporting structure.
- This problem is solved by the invention Covering system by means of the special design of the connecting device 24. Details of the structure of the connecting device 24 can be found in the further Figures 2 to 5 more clearly visible.
- the main component of the connecting device 24 is a carrier surface 28 which forms an adhesive fastener element 30 on one side. This corresponds to the adhesive fastener element 22, which is located at the respective attachment point of the insulation device 2, more precisely to the plate-shaped cover parts 18 on the insulation panels 4.
- the adhesive fastener element 30 has hooking elements in the form of loops or loops on the respective carrier surface 28 which cooperate with hook-shaped or mushroom-shaped hooking elements of the relevant adhesive fastener elements 22 of the insulation device 2.
- the carrier surface 28 is formed from a velor with closed pile threads or from a knitted fabric, for example from polyamide 6 plastic material.
- the hooking elements 32 of the adhesive fastener element 30 of the carrier surface 28 of the connecting device 24 are formed as loops or loops, while the adhesive fastener elements 22 are hooked elements in the manner of mushroom heads.
- a functional surface 36 is attached as a further component of the connecting device 24. This is laminated onto the carrier surface 28 as a film or otherwise positively or cohesively connected to it.
- the reactive functional surface 36 is made of a thermoadhesive film made of polyurethane resin educated. If a styrofoam material is provided as the closed-cell foam material, the functional surface 36 is formed from polyethylene. By applying pressure and heat, this thermoadhesive layer enables a permanent connection with the closed-cell foam material of the relevant component 26, for example made of expanded or foam glass.
- connection can be formed in the manner of melting at reaction temperatures in the range from 120 ° C. to 150 ° C. at a molding pressure in the range of approximately 150 bar.
- reaction temperatures in the range from 120 ° C. to 150 ° C. at a molding pressure in the range of approximately 150 bar.
- a reaction temperature between 135 ° C. and 140 ° C. can preferably be used.
- the Fig. 3 and 4th show that the functional surface 36 is additionally covered with a lattice or net structure 38 which is reactively connected to the functional surface 36.
- the lattice structure 38 can be formed from a glass fiber fabric.
- a lattice structure 40 can, likewise optionally, as is also the case with the lattice structure 38, also be attached to the side of the component 26 facing away from the connecting device 24. This can, for example, serve as a basic element for an exterior facade plaster.
- FIG. 4 the structure of the connection system 24 for an insulation device 2 illustrates, as shown in FIG Fig. 1 is shown where the insulation panels 4 rest on the masonry 6 on site, illustrates the Fig. 5 a structure in which the connecting device 24 establishes the permanent connection between the masonry 6 and thermal insulation panels 4.
- the reactive functional surface 36 enables the permanent connection of the carrier surface 28 with the closed-cell foam material of the insulation panels 4, for example made of Styrofoam or polyurethane.
- the reactive functional surface 36 enables the permanent connection of the carrier surface 28 with the closed-cell foam material of the insulation panels 4, for example made of Styrofoam or polyurethane.
- the closed-cell foam material of the insulation panels 4 for example made of Styrofoam or polyurethane.
- Optional can turn what is in Fig.
- a component or facade element such as the component 26 formed from expanded or foam glass, can be attached to the outside 42 of the thermal insulation panels 4, a connecting device 24 with support surface 28 and functional surface 36 again being provided for the connection with the outside 42 .
- the system of Fig. 5 As part of the connecting device 24, an additional lattice and net structure 38 can again be provided on the functional surface 36 of the respective connecting device 24.

Description

Fig. 3 gezeigte Verbindungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist, und - Fig. 5
Fig. 2 bis 5 deutlicher ersichtlich.
