Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mobile crane, in particular a mobile crane or crawler crane, with a main boom, a main boom extension and an adapter arranged between the main boom and the main boom extension with a first connection level and a second connection level, the adapter being designed to be movable in such a way that the first connection level relative to the second connection level is movable.
  • the European disclosure document EP 0 728 695 A1 discloses a mobile crane according to the preamble of claim 1 with a telescoping main boom and a telescoping main boom extension, which are connected to each other via an adapter.
  • the adapter is designed as a double rocker in order to move the main boom extension from a rest position, in which a longitudinal direction of the main boom runs parallel and next to a longitudinal direction of the main boom extension, into an operating position in which the longitudinal direction of the main boom extends in the longitudinal direction of the main boom extension.
  • the adapter has a main boom extension connection element and a main boom connection element, which run parallel to one another in the operating position and also in the rest position.
  • the German Offenlegungsschrift DE 10 2016 009 038 A1 discloses a comparable mobile crane with a telescoping main boom and a main boom extension.
  • the adapter is not designed to be rigid.
  • the adapter is only rigidly attached to the boom head on the one hand, but on the other hand a fastening frame that can be pivoted about a luffing axis is provided for fastening the main boom extension.
  • this fastening frame can be pivoted at the end opposite its luffing axis via an adjusting cylinder, whereby a luffing of the main boom extension can be achieved.
  • the adjustment cylinder is supported on the outside of the adapter as a mounting frame.
  • FIG. 101 898 728 A Another adapter for a mobile crane with a telescopic boom for luffing a main boom extension is also from the Chinese patent application CN 101 898 728 A known.
  • the adapter used there has, instead of the adjustment cylinder, a connecting rod that can be gradually changed in length using bolts.
  • main boom extension can also be attached to the main boom or the adapter in other fixed angular positions.
  • main boom extension can be swiveled in relation to the main boom or the adapter via two bolt connections.
  • This pivoting movement and the subsequent definition in the other angular position can be connected to tabs via hydraulic cylinders or other auxiliary drives.
  • the load transfer especially that of the transverse force, occurs only via the two bolt connections, which absorb the forces acting transversely to a system axis.
  • the torsional moments are also only distributed between two bolt connections because the hydraulic cylinders or shackles are connected in an articulated manner.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a mobile crane with an adapter between the main boom and the main boom extension, the load-bearing capacity of which is improved and the set-up is simplified.
  • the location of the pivot point "front” means that the pivot point or the rocking axis in the second connection level to the edge of the adapter, the dem Ground is facing or a counterweight of the mobile crane is facing away, that is offset in the direction of the main boom extension from the center.
  • the adapter is in the "front” position, the main boom extension can be set up easily.
  • main booms with a pivot point in the middle of the main boom head, i.e. at a distance from the lateral outer edge are also known.
  • the pivot points or the components of the pivot points are exposed to different loads depending on the angle of attack of the additional device.
  • the main boom can then be designed correspondingly lighter or achieve higher load capacities. Due to the limitation of axle loads for mobile cranes to 12 t for road operation, the weight and thus the weight of the main boom is an important criterion, especially for mobile cranes.
  • the adapter is fastened with its first connection level directly to a main boom head of the main boom and is fixed indirectly with its second connection level to a foot piece of the main boom extension.
  • additional intermediate pieces preferably as lattice mast elements, can be provided between the first connection level and the main boom head and/or the second connection level and the base piece of the main boom extension, which can also serve as an adapter and/or extension, for example.
  • an existing adapter in a different size can also be used in the sense of the invention between the main boom and the main boom extension.
  • the first connection level of the adapter is directly attached to a main boom head of the main boom is fastened and/or, preferably and, is fastened with its second connection level directly to a foot piece of the main boom extension. This advantageously optimizes power transmission and mobility in the area of the adapter, which is arranged near the head of the main boom and/or the base piece.
  • the adapter is designed as a double rocker.
  • the design as a double rocker allows in particular a defined mobility of the adapter and the adapter combines mobility with high static stability.
  • the adapter seen transversely and laterally to a longitudinal direction of the main boom, consists of a frame element, a rocker element, a coupling element and a crank element, which are connected circumferentially via first, second, third and fourth joint axes running parallel to one another and between A length-adjustable diagonal element is arranged on two diagonally opposite joint axes, with which the adapter is fixed.
  • first and fourth joint axis lie in the first connection level and the second and third joint axis lie in the second connection level.
  • the diagonal element can be designed in different ways.
  • the diagonal element is particularly preferably a piston-cylinder unit, which is in particular continuously adjustable.
  • the diagonal element is a sliding tab that can be fixed in different lengths.
  • a 0° position, a 20° position or a 40° position of the main boom extension relative to the main boom can preferably be set.
  • the adapter with a sliding lug as a diagonal can implement any other preset angle between the main boom and the main boom extension.
  • the diagonal element is a belt with a preselected length, which can be exchanged in particular for a change of position.
  • the preselected length of the chord corresponds to a 0° position, a 20° position or a 40° position of the main boom extension to the main boom.
  • a further alternative embodiment provides that the diagonal element can be adjusted, preferably steplessly, by means of a rack and pinion drive.
  • the frame element, the rocker element, the coupling element and the crank element are of different lengths.
  • the same length of the crank element and the link element is preferred if, for example, one wants to provide pure displacement but not a great deal of twisting of the main boom extension.
  • the rigid design of the movable adapter advantageously makes it possible to design the adapter so that it can be moved under load.
  • the positioning of the adjustable diagonal element in the diagonal of the adapter is particularly advantageous here, since when the diagonal element is actively moved under load, the main forces are conducted through the crank element and the oscillating element and the diagonal element, in particular the piston-cylinder unit, only transmits the forces transverse to the System axis must remove.
