Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de mélange avec un récipient de mélange (2), pouvant tourner autour d'un premier axe de rotation (18) et destiné à accueillir du produit à mélanger, qui présente une ouverture de mélangeur (4), et un couvercle de mélangeur (6) pouvant être déplacé d'avant en arrière entre une position ouverte et une position fermée, dans lequel le couvercle de mélangeur (6) ferme l'ouverture de mélangeur (4) dans la position fermée et dégage l'ouverture de mélangeur (4) dans la position ouverte, dans lequel un bâti de machine (16) est prévu au sein duquel le récipient de mélange (2) est monté rotatif et auquel le couvercle de mélangeur (6) est fixé de telle manière que le récipient de mélange (2) peut tourner autour du premier axe de rotation (18) par rapport au couvercle de mélangeur (6) dans la position fermée du couvercle de mélangeur (6), dans lequel un entraînement prévu pour générer un mouvement rotatif du récipient de mélange (2) autour du premier axe de rotation (18) est agencé de manière préférée au niveau du bâti de machine (16),
    dans lequel
    le bâti de machine (16) présente un élément fixe et un élément pivotant, dans lequel l'élément pivotant est monté de manière à pouvoir pivoter par rapport à l'élément fixe autour d'un axe de pivotement (20), dans lequel le récipient de mélange (2) est monté de manière à pouvoir tourner au niveau de l'élément pivotant et le couvercle de mélangeur (6) est fixé à l'élément pivotant, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle de mélangeur (6) présente un élément mélangeur (3), de manière préférée un arbre mélangeur (3), monté par rapport au couvercle de mélangeur (6) de manière à pouvoir tourner par rapport à un second axe de rotation (19) et réalisé et agencé de telle manière que, dans la position fermée du couvercle de mélange (6), il se trouve à l'intérieur du récipient de mélange (2), dans lequel le second axe de rotation (19) est de manière préférée parallèle au premier axe de rotation (18) et est de manière particulièrement préférée parallèle au premier axe de rotation (18) sans être identique à celui-ci.
  2. Dispositif de mélange selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de pivotement (20) s'étend à travers le récipient de mélange (2).
  3. Dispositif de mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément pivotant peut pivoter par rapport à l'axe de pivotement (20) au moins jusqu'à 90°, de manière préférée au moins jusqu'à 180° et de manière particulièrement préférée au moins jusqu'à 360°.
  4. Dispositif de mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier axe de rotation (18) et l'axe de pivotement (20) sont agencés perpendiculairement l'un à l'autre et se coupent de manière préférée en un point.
  5. Dispositif de mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de mélangeur (4) est réalisée de manière à présenter une forme circulaire et le récipient de mélange (2) est réalisé de manière à présenter une symétrie de rotation par rapport au premier axe de rotation (18), de manière préférée est réalisé de manière à présenter une forme cylindrique ou conique par sections.
  6. Dispositif de mélange selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le récipient de mélange (2) présente une bride (9) avec une surface tournée vers l'ouverture de mélangeur (4) et une surface tournée à l'opposé de l'ouverture de mélange (4), et un palier de rotation (10) est prévu qui relie la surface, tournée à l'opposé de l'ouverture, de la bride (9) à l'élément pivotant.
  7. Dispositif de mélange selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément pivotant présente un boîtier (27) étanche par rapport à la sortie de lubrifiant et entourant le palier de rotation (10).
  8. Dispositif de mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément pivotant (8) présente un cadre de retenue avec un palier de rotation permettant le montage sur palier du récipient de mélange (2), dans lequel le cadre de retenue entoure au moins partiellement le récipient de mélange (2), et au moins une section d'arbre et un palier de pivotement (17) sont prévus, dans lequel la section d'arbre est montée pivotante au sein du palier de pivotement (17), et ou bien la section d'arbre est fixée au cadre de retenue et le palier de pivotement (17) est fixé à l'élément fixe ou bien la section d'arbre est fixée à l'élément fixe et le palier de pivotement (17) est fixé au cadre de retenue.
  9. Dispositif de mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de mélange présente un dispositif d'entraînement, de manière préférée un dispositif hydraulique ou pneumatique, qui est relié à la fois à l'élément fixe et à l'élément pivotant (8) et est destiné à permettre un pivotement de l'élément pivotant (8) autour de l'axe de pivotement (20).
  10. Dispositif de mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle de mélangeur (6) est monté rabattable par rapport à l'ouverture de mélange (4), dans lequel un dispositif d'entraînement, de manière particulièrement préférée un dispositif hydraulique ou pneumatique, est agencé au niveau de l'élément pivotant (8) et est destiné à déplacer d'avant en arrière le couvercle de mélangeur (6) entre la position fermée et la position ouverte.
  11. Dispositif de mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le récipient de mélange (2) présente une ouverture de vidange (5) pouvant être fermée, qui est agencée et réalisée de telle manière que le premier axe de rotation (18) s'étend à travers l'ouverture de vidange (5), et un couvercle de vidange (7) est prévu qui peut être déplacé d'avant en arrière entre une position ouverte et une position fermée, dans lequel le couvercle de vidange (7) ferme l'ouverture de vidange (5) dans la position fermée et dégage l'ouverture de vidange (5) dans la position ouverte.
  12. Dispositif de mélange selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'entraînement, de manière préférée un entraînement à piston hydraulique ou pneumatique, est prévu qui est fixé à l'élément pivotant (8) et est destiné à déplacer d'avant en arrière le couvercle de vidange (6) entre la position fermée et la position ouverte, et le couvercle de vidange (6) est agencé au niveau du récipient de mélange (2) et, dans la position fermée du couvercle de vidange (6), peut tourner par rapport à l'élément pivotant (8) autour du premier axe de rotation (18).
