Claims (14)
- Mélangeur comprenant un récipient de mélange (1) retenu dans un support de machine (2) et muni d'une ouverture d'évacuation (5) agencée dans le fond du récipient de mélange (1, 101) et d'un couvercle de fermeture (3, 108) pouvant être déplacé en va et vient entre une position fermée dans laquelle le couvercle de fermeture (3, 108) ferme l'ouverture d'évacuation (5) et une position ouverte dans laquelle le couvercle de fermeture (3, 108) ne ferme pas l'ouverture d'évacuation (5), caractérisé en ce que le couvercle de fermeture (3, 108) est relié au support de machine (2) par l'intermédiaire d'une chaine cinématique quadrilatère comprenant quatre articulations pivotantes (8, 9, 10, 11), des première et deuxième articulations pivotantes (8, 9) de la chaine cinématique quadrilatère étant agencées au couvercle de fermeture (3, 108) et des troisième et quatrième articulations pivotantes (10, 11) de la chaine cinématique quadrilatère étant agencées au support de machine (2), et
en ce que le récipient de mélange (1, 101) peut tourner autour d'un axe de récipient de mélange et en ce que la chaine cinématique quadrilatère est agencée de telle manière qu'elle ne tourne pas autour de l'axe de récipient de mélange en même temps que le récipient de mélange (1, 101). - Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que tous les axes d'articulation de la chaine cinématique quadrilatère sont agencés parallèlement les uns aux autres.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la première articulation (8) de la chaine cinématique quadrilatère est reliée à la quatrième articulation (11) de la chaine cinématique quadrilatère par l'intermédiaire d'un élément formant manivelle (7) de longueur c, la deuxième articulation (9) de la chaine cinématique quadrilatère est reliée à la troisième articulation (10) de la chaine cinématique quadrilatère par l'intermédiaire d'un élément formant levier (6) de longueur a, la troisième articulation (10) de la chaine cinématique quadrilatère est reliée à la quatrième articulation (11) de la chaine cinématique quadrilatère par l'intermédiaire d'un élément de couplage (4) de longueur b, les axes d'articulation de la première articulation (8) et de la deuxième articulation (9) se trouvant à une distance g l'un de l'autre et e étant la distance entre les premier et deuxième axes d'articulation dans une direction perpendiculaire à une droite reliant les troisième et quatrième axes d'articulation, et d étant la distance entre les premier et deuxième axes d'articulation dans une direction parallèle à la droite reliant les troisième et quatrième axes d'articulation, de manière préférée a) la première articulation (8) étant agencée plus près du plan dans lequel se trouve l'ouverture d'évacuation (5) que ne l'est la deuxième articulation (9) et/ou b) la quatrième articulation (11) étant plus proche du couvercle de fermeture (3, 108) que ne l'est la troisième articulation (10).
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que 0,9 ≤ (a + e)/c ≤ 1,1, de manière préférée 0,95 ≤ (a + e)/c ≤ 1,05 et de manière particulièrement préférée c = a + e.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle de fermeture (3, 108) est fixé à l'élément de couplage (4).
- Mélangeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'axe d'articulation de la deuxième articulation (9) est réalisé sous la forme d'un arbre, un entraînement permettant de faire tourner l'arbre étant fourni et l'élément formant levier (6) étant fixé à l'arbre de telle manière que l'élément formant levier (6) tourne autour de l'axe d'articulation de l'articulation lorsque l'arbre est entraîné en rotation, ou bien de manière préférée l'axe d'articulation de la première articulation (8) est réalisé sous la forme d'un arbre, un entraînement permettant de faire tourner l'arbre étant fourni et l'élément formant manivelle (7) étant fixé à l'arbre de telle manière que l'élément formant manivelle (7) tourne autour de l'axe d'articulation de l'articulation lorsque l'arbre est entraîné en rotation.
- Mélangeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de couplage (4) est agencé de manière essentiellement perpendiculaire au couvercle de fermeture (3, 108).
- Mélangeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la longueur f de l'élément de couplage (4) par rapport à la distance b entre les axes d'articulation trois et quatre vérifie la relation 2 ≤ f/b ≤ 10
- Mélangeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la relation entre la distance d et la distance b s'écrit 0,75 ≤ d/b ≤ 1,5, de manière préférée 0,85 ≤ d/b ≤ 1,2.
- Mélangeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 9, caractérisé en ce que, dans la position fermée du couvercle de fermeture (3, 108), l'élément formant manivelle (7) et l'élément formant levier (6) s'étendent de manière essentiellement parallèle l'un à l'autre.
- Mélangeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 10, dans la mesure où elle dépend de la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les longueurs de l'élément formant manivelle (7), de l'élément de couplage (4) et de l'élément formant levier (6) ainsi que les positions des quatre articulations (8, 9, 10, 11) sont adaptées de telle manière que la projection, sur le fond du récipient, du bord du couvercle de fermeture (3, 108) qui est tourné vers l'arbre ne se trouve pas dans la région de l'ouverture d'évacuation (5) lors du déplacement du couvercle de fermeture (3, 108) de la position fermée jusqu'à la position ouverte,
- Mélangeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle de fermeture (3, 108) est circulaire avec un rayon r, l'élément de couplage (4) étant de manière préférée relié au couvercle de fermeture (3, 108) au centre de celui-ci.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que a ≤ c et de manière préférée 0,1 ≤ r/a ≤ 1,2.
- Mélangeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'une droite passant par les troisième et quatrième axes d'articulation se trouve sur l'axe du récipient de mélange et passe par le centre du couvercle de fermeture (3, 108).
