Dem durch eine solche Versteppung in gewissem Maße reduzierten Rückhaltevermögen gegenüber Milbenallergenen wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch Rechnung getragen, dass zusätzlich zu den beiden Innenlagen (als Innenhülle) zwei Außenlagen (als Außenhülle) aus ebenfalls milbenallergendichtem Vliesstoff vorgesehen sind, wobei diese Außenlagen lediglich entlang einer Außennaht miteinander und gegebenenfalls mit den Innenlagen und der Füllung vernäht werden, ohne dass jedoch im Bereich der Außenlagen eine zusätzliche Versteppung vorgesehen ist. Dabei liegt es besonders bevorzugt im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass für die Innenlagen einerseits und die Außenlagen andererseits unterschiedliche milbenallergendichte Vliesstoffe verwendet werden, die jedoch bevorzugt aus demselben Material, jedoch mit unterschiedlichem Flächengewicht hergestellt sind. Die Erfindung geht dabei von der Erkenntnis aus, dass sich das Rückhaltevermögen einer Hülle aus milbenallergendichtem Vliesstoff deutlich erhöhen lässt, wenn eine Abdeckung der Außennaht mit einem zusätzlichen Einfassband erfolgt, das ebenfalls aus einem milbenallergendichten Vliesstoff besteht. Besonders bevorzugt wird ein solches Einfassband bei einer Decke insbesondere Steppdecke verwendet, bei welcher die Hülle nicht nur die beschriebenen Außenlagen, sondern zusätzlich auch die ebenfalls beschriebenen Innenlagen aufweist. Anschließend werden die beiden Außenlagen unter Zwischenschaltung des zuvor hergestellten Steppbettes (Innenlagen plus Füllvlies) miteinander vernäht, und zwar bevorzugt durch die Innenlagen und das Füllvlies hindurch. Dazu kann z. B. das zuvor in dem ein Nadel-Stepprahmen hergestellte Steppbett ausgespannt werden und anschließend eine erste Außenlage in den ein Nadel-Stepprahmen eingespannt werden. Anschließend wird das zuvor aus den Innenlagen und dem Füllvlies hergestellte Steppbett aufgelegt und erneut eingespannt. Danach wird die zweite Außenlage eingespannt und anschließend die Außennaht im Sinne einer "Randsteppung" zur Fixierung erzeugt. Claims (11)

- The blanket according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the binding seam (8) extends - referred to the center point of the blanket - inside the inner seam (5) and/or inside the outer seam (3) in a top view of the blanket.
- The blanket according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the first non-woven fabric and/or the second non-woven fabric is made of endless filaments, preferably of composite filaments such as bicomponent fibers.
- The blanket according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the first non-woven fabric and/or the second non-woven fabric is manufactured of a non-woven material by means of mechanical bonding, particularly by means of at least one water jet process, wherein the composite filaments preferably are split in the course of the bonding process.
- The blanket according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the first non-woven fabric has a weight per unit area of 50 to 150 g/m2, preferably 80 to 120 g/m2, e.g. (approximately) 100 g/m2, and/or in that the second non-woven fabric has a weight per unit area of 20 to 60 g/m2, preferably 30 to 50 g/m2, e.g. (approximately) 40 g/m2.
