- the perforation forming machine 344 of the auditing machine 300 can suppress the packaging sachets 118 from being cut due to the perforations while being conveyed. It is preferable that the perforation forming machine 344 is arranged upstream or downstream of the third conveying rollers 332 which are discharge rollers. Since the packaging sachets 118 on which perforations are formed are discharged from the downstream discharge port 334, tension applied to the perforations of the packaging sachets 118 can be reduced. As a result, it is possible to suppress unintended cutting of the packaging sachets 118.
- the third camera 330 detects vertical seal portions. Since each packaging sachet 118 is conveyed by the conveying unit 530D based on the position of the vertical seal portion, the packaging sachets 118 can be aligned with the positions where labels are attached and perforation forming positions.
- the perforation forming machine 344 includes a first perforation blade (not shown) having a plurality of protruding edges and a second perforation blade (not shown) having holes to receive the protruding edges of the first perforation blade.

Claims (9)
- Système de prise en charge de vérification de médicament (10) comprenant :une machine de conditionnement sous forme de doses (100) configurée pour conditionner un médicament sur la base de données de prescription et pour évacuer des sachets de conditionnement continus (118) ;une machine de transport (200) configurée pour recevoir les sachets de conditionnement continus (118) évacués à partir de la machine de conditionnement (100) et pour alimenter les sachets de conditionnement continus (118) ;une machine de vérification (300) configurée pour recevoir les sachets de conditionnement continus (118) alimentés à partir de la machine de transport (200) et pour vérifier le médicament conditionné dans les sachets de conditionnement (118) sur la base des données de prescription ;le système de prise en charge de vérification de médicament étant caractérisé en ce que
une machine de commande (500) est configurée pour commander la machine de conditionnement sous forme de doses (100), la machine de transport (200) et la machine de vérification (300), dans lequella machine de transport (200) comprend une unité de tampon (208, 230, 250) configurée pour stocker les sachets de conditionnement continus (118), etlorsqu'une quantité des sachets de conditionnement (118) stockés dans l'unité de tampon (208, 230, 250) atteint une plage maximum admissible, la machine de commande (500) arrête temporairement un fonctionnement de la machine de conditionnement sous forme de doses (100). - Système de prise en charge de vérification de médicament selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
l'unité de tampon inclut un mécanisme à rouleau danseur (230). - Système de prise en charge de vérification de médicament (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
l'unité de tampon inclut un mécanisme de tourelle (208) comprenant une pluralité d'arbres rotatifs (214, 216) et configuré pour commuter des positions de la pluralité d'arbres rotatifs (214, 216), le mécanisme de tourelle (208) étant configuré pour enrouler une pièce des sachets de conditionnement (118) évacués à partir de la machine de conditionnement sous forme de doses (100) par l'un (214) des arbres rotatifs et alimenter une autre partie des sachets de conditionnement (118) vers la machine de vérification (300) via un autre (214) des arbres rotatifs. - Système de prise en charge de vérification de médicament (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel
la machine de transport (200) reçoit les sachets de conditionnement (118) en synchronisation avec une évacuation des sachets de conditionnement (118) à partir de la machine de conditionnement sous forme de doses (100). - Système de prise en charge de vérification de médicament (10) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel
la machine de transport (200) imprime une certaine tension aux sachets de conditionnement continus (118) et ne reçoit que les sachets de conditionnement (118) évacués à partir de la machine de conditionnement (100). - Système de prise en charge de vérification de médicament (10) selon la revendication 5, comprenant un détecteur (342) configuré pour détecter un mouvement d'un certain des sachets de conditionnement continus (118) évacué à partir de la machine de conditionnement (100), dans lequel
la machine de transport (200) reçoit le certain des sachets de conditionnement (118) sur la base d'un résultat du détecteur (342). - Système de prise en charge de vérification de médicament (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel
la machine de commande (500) ordonne à la machine de conditionnement sous forme de doses (100) de conditionner le médicament sur la base d'un résultat de vérification de la machine de vérification (300). - Système de prise en charge de vérification de médicament (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, comprenant
une machine de formation de perforation (344) configurée pour former des perforations sur les sachets de conditionnement continus (118) qui ont été vérifiés par la machine de vérification (300). - Système de prise en charge de vérification de médicament (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel
la machine de conditionnement (100) comprend un mécanisme de commutation (130) configuré pour commuter entre un trajet pour alimenter les sachets de conditionnement (118) vers la machine de vérification (300) et un trajet pour distribuer les sachets de conditionnement (118) vers un emplacement autre que la machine de vérification (300).
