Definitions

  • the invention relates to an arrangement of a first pull-out guide for a movable furniture part and a driver for a drive device for moving the movable furniture part relative to a furniture body, the driver having a driver projection which can be brought into operative connection with the drive device, with a first fastening device a part arranged on the driver and a part arranged on the pull-out guide is provided, with which the driver can be fastened to the first pull-out guide, part of the first fastening device being designed as a pin and part as a pin receptacle corresponding to the pin, the pin being inclined is placed for the longitudinal extension of the first pull-out guide and the pin receptacle has an insertion channel having a narrow point for the pin.
  • the invention relates to a piece of furniture with such an arrangement and a method for attaching a driver of such an arrangement to a pull-out guide of such an arrangement.
  • drive devices with which a movement of a movable furniture part is mechanically supported have been known for many years.
  • ejection devices in the form of so-called touch-latch mechanisms or pull-in devices are known.
  • These drive devices are usually arranged on the furniture body or on the movable furniture part.
  • Such drive devices cooperate with a driver which z. B. with a drive device arranged on the movable furniture part is assigned to the furniture body or a body rail of a pull-out guide.
  • a generic arrangement is based on the Figures 1 to 10 of the WO 2016/000003 A1 emerged.
  • This shows a driver which can be brought from a release position into a fixing position with the rail by a fastening movement, the fastening movement taking place in a horizontal plane.
  • the drive device is arranged on the underside of a drawer bottom or is connected to the drawer rail and can be brought into operative connection with the driver attached to the body rail.
  • the driver has a driving pin.
  • a first connecting piece is provided which protrudes vertically from the plate-shaped base region of the driver.
  • This first connecting piece has a neck area in the form of a cylinder with a substantially square base.
  • a second and a third connecting piece are bent or punched out of the retaining plate of the driver.
  • the neck area of the driver fits exactly through a narrow point that forms the counterpart connection on the rail.
  • the second part of the fastening movement takes place in the horizontal plane by a pivoting movement about the vertical axis formed by the first connecting piece.
  • FIGS. 11 to 13 of the WO 2016/000003 A1 a driver in which a purely linear fastening movement is given.
  • connecting counterparts in the form of U-shaped tabs are formed on the underside of the rail.
  • These counterparts form guide elements for the driver.
  • Slightly bent connecting pieces are formed on the retaining plate of the driver. By pushing in the driver during the fastening movement, the slightly bent connecting pieces get between the connecting counterparts and the underside of the rail. This is the Fixed position reached without pivoting.
  • a ribbed surface is formed on the underside of the counterpart connection piece and on the top side of the connection piece. These ribbed surfaces interlock or interlock with one another, so that a form-fitting hold between the driver and the rail is guaranteed.
  • the object of the present invention is to create an arrangement which is improved over the prior art.
  • the attachment should be as simple, uncomplicated and secure as possible.
  • double storage should be avoided.
  • the driver should be able to be attached and detached again as simply as possible.
  • the driver has a part of a second fastening device designed as a pin or a pin receptacle for optionally attaching the driver to a second pull-out guide, which is essentially designed as a mirror image of the first pull-out guide, and that the part arranged on the driver of the first Fastening device is arranged mirror-symmetrically to the part of the second fastening device arranged on the driver on the driver.
  • the second fastening device which is designed mirror-symmetrically to the first fastening device on the driver
  • the same driver can be fastened to a second pull-out guide on the opposite side via this second fastening device.
  • two can essentially Identical drivers are used, one driver being fastened to the first pull-out guide via a first fastening piece and the other driver being fastened to the second pull-out guide via the part of the second fastening device.
  • an easily detachable fastening is provided via the pin and the pin receptacle. The possible pivoting movement also simplifies the fastening process.
  • the arrangement according to claim 1 also does not result in an obvious manner from a combination of the two exemplary embodiments of WO 2016/000003 A1 .
  • a person skilled in the art could indeed use the two bent up connecting pieces of the Figures 11 to 13 by in each case a first connector of the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS Figures 1 to 10 replace.
  • this would not result in a secure connection, since a pivoting movement for a form-fitting hold is absolutely necessary for the first connecting pieces with the neck area and the corresponding constriction. So if - as in the Figures 11 to 13 the linear fastening movement takes place, theoretically arranged first connecting pieces could not be fastened to the neck area in a form-fitting manner.
  • the pin and the pin receptacle there are two alternative training options with regard to the pin and the pin receptacle.

  • the driver 4a is aligned in relation to the fastening state B at an angle to the longitudinal extension L of the first pull-out guide 3a.
  • the pin receptacle 10 has an insertion channel 11 with a constriction E.
  • the insertion channel 11 has a broader one that tapers in the direction of the constriction E. Threading area 15.
  • the pin receptacle 10 has a, preferably circular, bearing area 14.
  • the pin 9 was moved essentially linearly through the insertion channel 11 into the bearing area 14. Specifically, this insertion movement takes place - with the driver 4a positioned at an angle - essentially at right angles to the longitudinal extension L of the first pull-out guide 3a.
  • Fig. 8 an intermediate position ZW of the fastening movement is shown.
  • the pin 9 is used, so to speak, as a pivot axis.
  • the pin 9 has a vertically aligned pin axis Z.
  • the driver 4a is pivoted counterclockwise about this pin axis Z, as illustrated by the arrow.
  • the pivoting movement is guided by the circular bearing area 14 and at least one convex area F3 or F4 resting thereon.
  • the flattened areas F1 and F2 of the lateral surface F of the pin 9 are no longer aligned with the constriction E, but rather are positioned at an angle.
  • both convex areas F3 and F4 of the lateral surface F are at least partially in contact with the bearing area 14 of the pin receptacle 10.
  • the clamping element 16 has not yet fully reached the clamping element counterpart 29 on the carcass rail 17.
  • This clamping element counterpart 29 is preferably designed as a U-shaped tab in the guide part 27 of the body rail 17.
  • Fig. 9 the fastening state B is reached.
  • the driver 4a was opposite Fig. 8 further pivoted about the pin axis Z.
  • the plane of symmetry S of the driver 4a (which divides the driver 4a into the two mirror-symmetrical symmetry areas S1 and S2) is aligned in the fastening state B at right angles to the longitudinal extension L of the first pull-out guide 3a. Due to the inclination of the flattened areas F1 and F2 of the pin 9 to the constriction E of the insertion channel 11, a form-fitting connection is provided in that the driver 4a is not released from it by a linear pulling movement on the driver 4a at right angles to the longitudinal extension L of the first pull-out guide 3a can be.
  • the clamping element 16 makes contact with the clamping element counterpart 29. There is preferably a frictional connection between these two components.
  • Fig. 10 the two pull-out guides 3a and 3b and the two drivers 4a and 4b are shown in a top view from above.
  • the drivers 4a and 4b are in the pre-fastening position VB.
  • Fig. 11 is appropriate to Fig. 10 shown a view from below.
  • Fig. 12 The two pull-out guides 3a and 3b and the two drivers 4a and 4b are shown in a plan view from above, the driver 4a being in the fastening state B, while the second driver 4b is still in the pre-fastening position VB.
  • Fig. 13 is appropriate to Fig. 12 shown a view from below.
  • Fig. 14 shows a first pull-out guide 3a together with the driver 4a in a view from below.
  • the vertical sectional plane, which results in section AA, is drawn in and leads through the first fastening device 8.
  • Fig. 15 is that to Fig. 14 corresponding section AA shown.
  • the section AA in the area of the fastening device 8 is shown zoomed out.
  • the pin receptacle 10 - which corresponds to part 8b - is formed in the assembly element 28 of the body rail 17.
  • the bearing area 14 of this journal receptacle 10 is shown in particular.
  • the storage area 14 has a minimum clear width W 14 parallel to the plate plane P.
  • the pin axis Z of the pin 9 is also shown in the detail shown.
  • the pin 9 is formed in one piece with the base plate 13 of the driver 4a.
  • the base plate 13 in turn makes direct contact with the guide part 27 of the carcass rail 17.
  • the shortest straight connecting line V1 in this detail is the one from the flattened area F1 of the lateral surface F of the pin 9 through the pin axis Z to the opposite flattened area F2 of the lateral surface F of the pin 9 leads, drawn.
  • This connecting line V1 is shorter than the clear width W 14 .
  • This connecting line V1 is, however, almost as long as the clear width W 11 at the narrow point E of the insertion channel 11. The pin 9 therefore fits exactly through the clear width W 11 .
  • Fig. 16 shows a first pull-out guide 3a together with the driver 4a in a view from below.
  • the vertical section plane, which results in section CC, is drawn in and leads - in a different direction than in Fig. 14 - through the first fastening device 8.

  • This connecting line V2 is approximately as long as the minimum clear width W 14 in the storage area 14.
  • a driver 4a of a second, alternative embodiment variant is shown in perspective.
  • this driver 4a only the base plate 13 is shown, the driver projection 7 is not shown.
  • the part 8a of the first fastening device 8 arranged or formed on the driver 4a is designed as a pin recess 10.
  • the part 12a of the second fastening device 12 arranged or formed on the driver 4a is also designed as a pin receptacle 10.
  • the minimum clear width W 11 in the insertion channel 11 can be seen particularly well in this illustration.
  • the two pin recesses 10 are designed mirror-symmetrically to one another in the base plate 13.
  • Fig. 19 only one angular mounting element 28 of the body rail 17 is shown.
  • the part 8b of the first fastening device 8, which is designed as a pin 9, is arranged on this mounting element 28.
  • This pin 9 is formed in one piece with the mounting element 28.
  • the lateral surface F of this pin 9 has two flattened areas F1 and F2 and two convex areas F3 and F4. It can also be seen that the lateral surface F deviates from the circular shape in a cross section at right angles to the pin axis Z. This cross section could also - other than shown - z. B. be polygonal or oval.
  • Fig. 20 shows a first pull-out guide 3a together with the driver 4a in a view from below, the second variant of the fastening device 8 being shown.
  • the vertical sectional plane, which results in the section DD, is drawn in and leads through the first fastening device 8.
