Definitions

  • the invention relates to an arrangement of a first pull-out guide for a movable furniture part and a driver for a drive device for moving the movable furniture part relative to a furniture body, wherein the driver has a driver projection, which can be brought into operative connection with the drive device, wherein a first fastening device with a part arranged on the catch and a part arranged on the pull-out guide, with which the catch can be fastened to the first pull-out guide, wherein a part of the first fastening device is designed as a pin and a part as a pin receptacle corresponding to the pin, the pin sloping to the longitudinal extent of the first pull-out guide is provided and the pin receptacle having a constriction having insertion channel for the pin.
  • the invention relates to a piece of furniture with such an arrangement and a method for securing a driver of such an arrangement to a pull-out guide of such an arrangement.
  • driving devices are already known for many years, with which a movement of a movable furniture part is mechanically supported.
  • ejection devices in the form of so-called touch-latch mechanisms or retractors are known.
  • These drive devices are usually arranged on the furniture body or on the movable furniture part.
  • Such drive devices cooperate with a driver, the z. B. is associated with a arranged on the movable furniture part driving device the furniture body or a carcass rail of a pull-out.
  • FIGS. 1 to 10 of WO 2016/000003 A1 A generic arrangement is shown in FIGS. 1 to 10 of WO 2016/000003 A1.
  • This shows a driver, which can be brought by a fastening movement from a release position into a fixing position with the rail, wherein the fastening movement takes place in a horizontal plane. That is, in this case, the drive device is arranged on the underside of a drawer bottom or connected to the drawer rail and can be brought into operative connection with the driver attached to the carcass rail.
  • the driver has a driving pin.
  • a first connector is provided, which protrudes vertically from the plate-shaped base portion of the driver.
  • This first connector has a neck portion in the form of a cylinder with a substantially quadrangular base.
  • a second and a third connector are bent or punched out of the holding plate of the driver.
  • the neck region of the driver fits exactly through a constriction which forms the connection counterpart on the rail.
  • the second part of the fastening movement takes place in the horizontal plane by a pivoting movement about the vertical axis formed by the first connecting piece.
  • the second connecting piece comes into frictional connection with the second connecting counterpart and also the third connecting piece comes into frictional connection with the third connecting counterpart, whereby the fixing position is reached.
  • This pivotal mounting movement is advantageous in itself, since it can be performed relatively easily and uncomplicated even with already installed pull-out.
  • a secure connection over the constriction through the neck area and the subsequent pivoting is given.
  • a disadvantage of this design is that for one side of a pull-out to the other side of the pull-out mirror mirror driver must be used. This means that two different carriers per drawer must be provided. As a result, the production cost is higher. Warehousing is virtually double.
  • FIGS. 11 to 13 of WO 2016/000003 A1 show a driver in which a purely linear fastening movement is provided.
  • connection counterparts in the form of U-shaped tabs are formed on the underside of the rail.
  • These connection counterparts form guide elements for the driver.
  • At the holding plate of the driver slightly bent connecting pieces are formed. By inserting the driver during the fastening movement, the slightly bent connecting pieces reach between connecting counterparts and the underside of the rail. This is the result Fixation position achieved without pivoting.
  • a ribbed surface is formed in each case. These ribbed surfaces interlock or interlock with each other, so that a positive fit between the driver and the rail is guaranteed.
  • FIGS. 1 to 13 of this document only show a variant for a one-time fastening of the driver.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a comparison with the prior art improved arrangement.
