Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé servant à commander un laminoir étireur-réducteur. Des extrémités de tube de tubes étirés sont optimisées par la commande d'un ou de plusieurs moteurs du laminoir étireur-réducteur (1). Le procédé selon l'invention comprend au moins une mesure de l'épaisseur de paroi côté sortie, et une adaptation automatique de l'ampleur d'une variation de vitesse de rotation des moteurs au profil d'épaisseur de paroi de tube. L'évolution dans le temps des variations de vitesse de rotation de moteurs individuels ou de l'ensemble des moteurs est automatiquement adaptée du fait des valeurs de mesure des épaisseurs de paroi de tube.
