Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de connexion pour la connexion détachable de deux éléments, en particulier un porte-outil et un dispositif de changement rapide d'un changeur rapide sur une machine de construction, dans lequel
    - au moins un verrou (20) avec un contour en paliers (30) est monté sur un premier élément, qui est réglable entre une position de retrait et une position de verrouillage, dans laquelle ledit au moins un verrou (20) s'engage dans une ouverture (42) d'un logement de verrouillage (40) sur l'autre élément, et
    - un contour en paliers correspondant (50) est formé sur le logement de verrouillage (40), le contour en paliers (50) du logement de verrouillage (40) s'élargissant vers le côté d'ouverture.
    caractérisé en ce que
    - l'au moins un verrou (20) présente un contour en paliers (30) avec au moins trois paliers, dans lequel le contour en paliers (50) du verrou (20) se rétrécit vers l'extrémité libre du verrou (20),
    - un palier axial avant de verrouillage (32) de petite section transversale et un palier axial arrière de verrouillage (36) de plus grande section transversale sont formés sur le contour en paliers (30) du verrou (20),
    - un palier intermédiaire axial de verrouillage (34) est disposé sur le verrou (20) entre le palier axial avant de verrouillage (32) et le palier axial arrière de verrouillage (36),
    - un palier axial avant de réception (52) et un palier arrière de réception (56) sont formés sur le contour en paliers correspondant (50) du logement de verrouillage (40),
    - un palier intermédiaire axial de réception (54) est disposé sur le logement de verrouillage (40) entre le palier axial avant de réception (52) et le palier axial arrière de réception (56) et
    - les paliers de verrouillage (32, 34, 36) sont disposés en décalage et reliés les uns aux autres par des surfaces inclinées de verrouillage (33, 35).
  2. Dispositif de connexion selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - lors du réglage dudit au moins un verrou (20) dans la position de verrouillage, le palier axial avant de verrouillage (32) entre d'abord en contact avec le palier axial avant de réception (50) pour un positionnement préliminaire des éléments, puis pour atteindre une position de verrouillage finale, le palier axial avant de verrouillage (32) vient en contact avec le palier axial arrière de réception (56) et le palier axial arrière de verrouillage (36) vient en contact avec le palier axial avant de réception (52).
  3. Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les paliers de réception (52, 54, 56) sont disposés en décalage les uns par rapport aux autres et reliés les uns aux autres par des surfaces inclinées de réception (53, 55).
  4. Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    un contact de blocage plan est établi dans le positionnement préliminaire entre le palier axial avant de verrouillage (32) et le palier axial avant de réception (52).
  5. Changeur rapide avec un dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    il est formé sur un changeur rapide avec un porte-outil et un dispositif de changement rapide, dans lequel l'au moins un verrou (20) est disposé sur le dispositif de changement rapide.
