Claims (14)

  1. Machine (1) commandée par un programme pour le revêtement pièces d'œuvre (6), en particulier de panneaux de matériau à base de bois, avec :
    a) un plateau de machine (2) sur lequel la pièce d'œuvre (6) est fixée d'une façon pouvant être défaite à l'aide de moyens de fixation ;
    b) un chariot (5) commandé par un programme qui peut se déplacer le long du plateau de machine (2) ;
    dans laquelle sont prévus sur le chariot :
    c) une unité d'application de colle (8) et/ou un dispositif de chauffage (9) pour l'activation d'une colle prévue sur une bande de chant (21) ;
    d) un dispositif d'arrivée avec un élément presseur (9) pour presser et fixer une bande de chant (21) sur une surface de la pièce d'œuvre (6) et
    e) au moins une unité d'usinage destinée à éliminer un excédent de la bande de chant (21) sur la pièce d'œuvre (6),
    caractérisée en ce que l'au moins une unité d'usinage destinée à éliminer un excédent de la bande de chant (21) est disposée sur le chariot (5) de telle manière qu'un excédent de la bande de chant (21) déjà appliquée puisse être enlevé par l'unité d'usinage en même temps que la bande de chant (21) est appliquée.
  2. Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le chariot (5) peut être déplacé le long d'un rail (15) de façon linéaire parallèlement à la surface à revêtir de la pièce d'œuvre (6) sous la commande d'un programme.
  3. Machine selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une butée (19) est prévue pour orienter la pièce d'œuvre (6) sur le plateau de machine (2) et peut être enlevée après l'immobilisation de la pièce d'œuvre (6) par les moyens de fixation.
  4. Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'est prévu sur le chariot (5) au moins un outil de fraisage (10) qui peut être déplacé horizontalement et/ou verticalement à l'aide d'au moins un moteur (11) sous la commande d'un programme.
  5. Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un magasin multiple (20) contenant un grand nombre de bandes de chant (21) est prévu.
  6. Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un moteur de fraisage avec un outil (7) pour le jointoiement la petite face de la pièce d'œuvre est disposée sur le chariot (5).
  7. Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le chariot (5) est une unité d'usinage à racloir (12) munie d'une lame plate et/ou profilée.
  8. Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le chariot (5) présente une unité de sciage pour recouper l'excédent de bande de chant.
  9. Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un lecteur de code à barres et le programme pour l'usinage de la pièce d'œuvre (6) peut être appelé à l'aide du code à barres.
  10. Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une perceuse pour le perçage de trous, en particulier de trous percés horizontaux.
  11. Procédé pour le revêtement de pièces d'œuvre (6), comportant les étapes suivantes :
    - fixation d'une pièce d'œuvre (6) sur un plateau de machine (2) ;
    - conduite d'une bande de chant (21) vers une surface de la pièce d'œuvre (6) ;
    - application de colle sur la surface de la pièce d'œuvre (6) ou la bande de chant (21) et/ou chauffage de la bande de chant par un dispositif d'application et/ou de chauffage (8, 9) ;
    - déplacement d'un chariot (5) muni d'un dispositif d'arrivée pour la bande de chant (21) et du dispositif d'application et/ou de chauffage (8, 9) par rapport à la pièce d'œuvre (6) et application de la bande de chant (21) sur la surface de la pièce d'œuvre (6),
    caractérisé en ce qu'un excédent de la bande de chant déjà appliquée est enlevé en même temps que le chariot (5) est déplacé.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que deux outils de fraisage (10) sont prévus et en ce qu'un excédent de la bande de chant (21) sur une face supérieure de la pièce d'oeuvre (6) et un excédent de la bande de chant (21) sur une face inférieure sont enlevés simultanément lors d'un déplacement du chariot (5).
  13. Procédé selon les revendications 11 et 12, caractérisé en ce qu'une unité d'usinage à racloir (12) munie d'au moins deux racloirs est prévue et les deux racloirs enlèvent simultanément un excédent de la bande de chant (21) sur une face supérieure de la pièce d'œuvre (6) et un excédent de la bande de chant (21) sur une face inférieure lors d'un déplacement du chariot (5).
  14. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'après le revêtement et l'usinage de la bande de chant (21), la pièce d'œuvre (6) est retournée et revêtue d'une bande de chant (21) sur son autre face.
