Claims (10)

  1. Centre d'usinage (10) destiné à usiner des panneaux en bois et similaires, comprenant une plate-forme de support de panneau (11) à laquelle est associé un guide coulissant (12) sur lequel sont agencées trois unités de travail, de sorte que lesdites trois unités de travail puissent se déplacer de manière coulissante sur ledit guide coulissant (12), lesdites trois unités de travail comprenant :
    - une unité (13) de coupe et de rectification d'un panneau (14) agencé sur ladite plate-forme (11) ;
    - une unité (15) de placage de chant et de dressage inférieur du panneau (14) ;
    - et une unité de dressage supérieur (16) pour un dressage supérieur du panneau (14) ;
    caractérisé en ce que ladite plate-forme (11) présente des moyens (17) de préhension et de déplacement automatiques dudit panneau (14) usiné, et des moyens (18) de déchargement automatisé des déchets (19) produits par la coupe du panneau (14) usiné, lesdits moyens (18) de déchargement automatisé des déchets (19) étant constitués par un bâti de support de déchets (48) avec des éléments transversaux de support de déchets (49) dotés de courroies de transport (50) déplacées par un entraînement motorisé associé (51), afin d'écarter les déchets (19) vers une table à inclinaison latérale (52) destinée à retirer les déchets du bâti de support de déchets (48), ledit bâti de support de déchets (48) pivotant vers une rigole (54) et étant associé à des moyens de rotation à distance de ladite plate-forme (11) afin de permettre le passage des unités de travail (13, 15, 16).
  2. Centre d'usinage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit guide (12) est formé par un corps tubulaire allongé de manière longitudinale doté de deux rails, un premier rail latéral (20) et un second rail supérieur (21), rails (20, 21) sur lesquels sont agencés de manière coulissante les coulisses de support (22, 23, 24) respectivement de ladite unité de coupe et de rectification (13), de ladite unité de placage de chant et de dressage inférieur (15), et de ladite unité de dressage supérieur (16), chaque coulisse étant dotée, dans une région inférieure de chaque glissière, de coulisseaux correspondants (25) destinés à coulisser sur lesdits rails (20, 21).
  3. Centre d'usinage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque coulisse (22, 23, 24) est dotée de moyens de déplacements indépendants qui peuvent être automatisés sur ledit guide (12).
  4. Centre d'usinage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de déplacements sont constitués par un entraînement motorisé (26), qui est monté sur la coulisse respective (22, 23, 24) et est adapté pour actionner un pignon (27), qui vient en prise à son tour avec une crémaillère (28) qui est raccordée conjointement au guide (12).
  5. Centre d'usinage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens (17) de préhension et de déplacement automatiques d'un panneau (14) usiné sont constitués par les rouleaux motorisés de la plate-forme (11), du type avec des rouleaux motorisés, et par une série de dispositifs de préhension similaires à des pinces (30) adaptés pour saisir, dans une région périmétrique de celui-ci, le panneau (14) usiné, sur le côté opposé à la partie à couper et au bord (31) à usiner, lesdits dispositifs de préhension similaires à des pinces (30) étant portés, de telle sorte qu'ils soient espacés, par un élément allongé de manière longitudinale (32) afin de pousser le panneau (14) latéralement dans une direction transversale par rapport à la direction de translation desdites unités de travail (13, 15, 16) sur ledit guide (12).
  6. Centre d'usinage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque dispositif de préhension similaire à des pinces (30) est constitué par deux mâchoires (33, 34), chaque mâchoire étant agencée de sorte qu'elle puisse coulisser verticalement, au moyen d'un coulisseau respectif (35, 36) qui est associé verticalement (37) qui est fixé sur ledit élément allongé de manière longitudinale (32), lesdites mâchoires (33, 34) étant déplacées verticalement par un actionneur associé (39).
  7. Centre d'usinage selon les revendications 5 et 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de préhension comprennent en outre une série de dispositifs d'aspiration (67), destinés à maintenir le panneau (14) à proximité de la région de travail.
  8. Centre d'usinage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de préhension similaires à des pinces (30) et lesdits dispositifs d'aspiration (67) sont adaptés pour bloquer le panneau (14) dans un agencement prédéfini fixe pour son usinage.
  9. Centre d'usinage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément allongé de manière longitudinale (32) destiné à pousser latéralement le panneau (14) dans une direction transversale, est constitué par un corps tubulaire qui supporte, au niveau de ses extrémités, des moteurs correspondants (45) avec un pignon destiné à une crémaillère correspondante (46) fixée sur la plate-forme (11).
  10. Centre d'usinage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une unité de gestion (70) de type électronique, par exemple une unité à commande numérique, ou un ordinateur personnel, qui peut être programmée et est conçue pour commander l'exécution automatique de séquences d'opérations destinées à déplacer et à usiner ledit panneau (14), qui sont actuellement exécutées manuellement ou de manière semi-automatique.
