Claims (12)

  1. Mélangeur de matériaux de construction, comprenant une carcasse (1) ayant au moins un arbre entraîné (5) auquel sont fixées à intervalles des pales (12) portant des bras de mélange (6), dans lequel les bras de mélange (6) comprennent une partie intérieure (11), qui est reliée à l'arbre (5), et une partie extérieure (13), qui porte les pales (12), lesquelles parties peuvent être reliées entre elles sans outils, caractérisé en ce que les bras de mélange comprennent une connexion par verrouillage et/ou encliquetage (22) de sorte que la partie intérieure (11) peut être connectée à la partie extérieure (13) au moyen de la connexion par verrouillage et/ou encliquetage (22).
  2. Mélangeur de matériaux de construction selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bras de mélange (6) qui sont fixés à l'arbre (5) peuvent être reliés de manière détachable à l'arbre et sont disposés perpendiculairement à l'arbre.
  3. Mélangeur de matériaux de construction selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la connexion par verrouillage et/ou encliquetage comprend un dispositif de liaison par encliquetage (22) comportant au moins un tourillon (18, 19) pourvu d'ouvertures d'encliquetage (20, 21) et des manilles à ressort (25, 26) coopérant avec les ouvertures d'encliquetage (20, 21) à l'état opérationnel.

Mélangeur de matériaux de construction selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les tourillons (18, 19) sont disposés à l'extrémité avant de la partie intérieure (11) avec la même orientation que le bras de mélange (6) et à une distance d'au moins le diamètre des boulons (27) portant la pale (12).
  5. Mélangeur de matériaux de construction selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé par des pièces moulées (23, 24) perforées et pouvant être assemblées pour former un corps creux, dont l'une comprend des manilles à ressort (25, 26) coopérant avec des ouvertures d'encliquetage (20, 21) des tourillons (18, 19), et qui sont traversées par le boulon (27) portant la pale (12).
  6. Mélangeur de matériaux de construction selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les éléments formés (23, 24) forment à l'état opérationnel une cage recevant les tourillons (18, 19).
  7. Mélangeur de matériaux de construction selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le boulon (27) portant les pales (12) s'étend perpendiculairement à l'axe et est relié à la cage par friction.
  8. Mélangeur de matériaux de construction selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre du boulon (27) est munie d'un corps de serrage (31), par exemple un excentrique ou un écrou, qui est adapté pour relier les parties de la cage par friction.
  9. Mélangeur de matériaux de construction selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le corps de serrage (31) peut être recouvert d'un corps creux (30) de manière dépourvue de matériau.
  10. Mélangeur de matériaux de construction selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le corps creux (30) est réalisé à la manière d'une boîte avec couvercle (32).
  11. Bras de mélange portant des pales, pour un mélangeur de matériaux de construction selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel le bras de mélange (6) peut être relié sans outils à un arbre (5) du mélangeur de matériaux de construction au niveau d'une partie intérieure (11) du bras de mélange et la pale est supporté au niveau d'une partie extérieure (13) du bras de mélange,
    caractérisé en ce que le bras de mélange comprend une connexion par verrouillage et/ou encliquetage (22) de sorte que la partie intérieure (11) et la partie extérieure (13) peuvent être connectées l'une à l'autre en opération au moyen de la connexion par verrouillage et/ou encliquetage (22).
  12.
