Definitions
- the invention relates to a vibration device for training and therapeutic applications according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the vibration device has a first handle and a second handle as well as a movement mechanism that can be driven by an electric motor, by means of which a vibration or vibration movement can be generated on both handles.
- Vibration devices of this type are used for medical or physiotherapeutic applications or for training purposes, in which in particular the upper body muscles of the user are to be stimulated and built up.
- the user grips the two handles, which are vibrated or moved back and forth during operation via the movement mechanism, so that the movements via hands and arms act on the entire upper body of the user.
- the user's muscular system reacts to the movements generated by the vibration device in order to compensate for them. In this way, the muscle groups concerned are stimulated and thereby built up.
- a portable training device which has a tension element deflected on a deflection roller. At the ends of the tension element, handles are attached, by means of which the user can alternately apply tensile forces. In addition, the deflection roller is held on a roller carrier, via which a vibration movement can be transmitted to the tension element.
- a disadvantage of the known training device is that the vibration movements generated here can be transmitted to the user only relatively weakly via the pulling element and consequently only a relatively weak stimulation of the muscles takes place. In addition, only relatively few muscle groups can be reached at all. Overall, the training effect of the known vibration devices is therefore relatively small.
- the object of the invention is to avoid the disadvantages mentioned in a generic vibration device and to ensure an increased training effect.
- This object is achieved by a vibration device with the features of claim 1.
- the two handles are held on a frame on which the movement mechanism is accommodated and which can be displaced via the handles.
- the vibration movement generated by the movement mechanism initially acts on the frame and thereby sets a relatively large mass in vibrating or oscillating movement.
- this vibration or oscillation movement of the frame mass can act on the user's entire upper body via the hands and arms of the user.
- Due to the vibrating mass of the frame a relatively high kinetic energy acts on the upper body of the user, so that the muscles of the user can be stressed relatively strongly.
- the user can specifically control the areas to be stimulated by the vibration movement. In this way, essentially all muscle groups of the upper body can be reached.
- the two handles each have a rigid connection to the frame. This enables a particularly direct transmission of the vibration or oscillation movement of the frame excited by means of the movement mechanism.
- the mass set in vibrating or oscillating motion by the movement mechanics is increased by the weight of the handles. Overall, the training effect can be further improved.
- the two handles each form a connection between two bearing plates of the frame, both handles being connected to the frame at both ends.
- the handles can be integrated into the vibrating or oscillating mass in a particularly stable and rigid manner.
- the movement mechanism advantageously has at least one eccentrically rotatable flywheel accommodated in the frame and is driven by the motor. This allows a stable and uniform vibration or oscillation movement to be generated on the frame in a simple manner.
- the at least one flywheel mass is mounted on both bearing plates via a pivot bearing, as a result of which the entire mass of the frame and the handles attached to it can be set into a uniform vibration or oscillation movement, in particular without it being within the frame opposite movements could occur in certain areas, which could reduce the effective kinetic energy.
- the flywheel advantageously has an adjustable amplitude in order to be able to adjust the intensity of the vibration or vibration movement acting on the user.
- the adjustable flywheel has two eccentric disks that are adjustable or rotatable relative to one another.
- these can be positioned relative to one another in such a way that their eccentric movements essentially cancel each other out in terms of force or can be more or less pronounced.
- the setting of the positions of the two eccentric disks relative to one another can be provided manually, for example using an adjusting screw, or by means of a controllable servomotor.
- a first eccentric device is rotatably held adjacent to the first handle and a second eccentric device adjacent to the second handle. In this way, the vibration or vibration movements generated by the movement mechanics can act particularly directly on the handles.
- both eccentric devices can be driven by the electric motor via a common belt drive. This enables a simple construction of the drive and an exact coordination of the movement of the two eccentric devices with one another.
- the two eccentric devices can be driven with a preset offset, in particular of 180 °.
- the electric motor advantageously has an adjustable speed, which is preferably in the range from 5 to 28 Hz.
- an adjustable speed which is preferably in the range from 5 to 28 Hz.
- the speed can be set via a wireless connection by means of an electronic control device, such as, for example, using a a corresponding control app equipped smartphone or a portable computer, such as a tablet computer in particular.
- an electronic control device such as, for example, using a a corresponding control app equipped smartphone or a portable computer, such as a tablet computer in particular.
- This enables a particularly convenient control of the vibration device via the electronic control device, including the execution of special preprogrammed training programs with an automatic change in the speed.
- the frame can be pivoted, such as, in particular, freely swinging.
- the weight of the vibration device or the mass effective during operation can be selected regardless of which weight can be held by the user.
- This makes it possible to provide the frame or the handles with a relatively high weight in order to achieve a high training effect. Due to the swiveling or free-swinging storage, the user has the option of deflecting the frame at will using the handles, in order to be able to specifically stimulate certain muscle groups.
- the frame is mounted or suspended so that it can be tilted around a storage area in order to expand the loading options of the frame by means of the handles and thereby the training variations.
- the frame is advantageously suspended from a carrying device, which enables location-independent use and stable mounting of the vibrating device.
- the frame is prestressed in an initial position on the carrying device by means of elastic tension elements.
- the forces that a user has to exert in order to deflect the suspended vibration device can be adjusted via the tension elements.
- Fig. 1 shows a vibrating device 2 with a frame 4, which has two bearing plates 6.
- two housing parts G which are provided between the two bearing plates 6 and on the underside of the vibration device 2, are only reproduced by their outer contours shown in broken lines.
- a first handle 8A and a second handle 8B are provided between the two bearing plates 6 on two sides facing away from one another.
- the handles 8A, 8B each have a rigid connection 10 to the respective bearing plate 6 at their two ends, for example by means of a screw connection.
- a movement mechanism 12 is mounted on the frame 4, by means of which the frame 4 and the two handles 8A, 8B can be subjected to a vibration or oscillation movement.
- the movement mechanism 12 has an electric motor 14, by means of which a first eccentric device 18A adjacent to the first handle 8A and a second eccentric device 18B adjacent to the second handle 8B can be driven via a belt drive 16.
- Both eccentric devices 18A, 18B each have a flywheel mass 20A, 20B, which is held eccentrically rotatably on both bearing plates 6 via rotary bearings 22.
- the two flywheels 20A, 20B are essentially formed by two eccentric disks 24, 26, as in FIG 1 and 2 shown as an example.
- the flywheels 20A, 20B can also be essentially formed by a single eccentric disk. Due to the embodiment shown with the flywheels 20A, 20B composed of two eccentric disks 24, 26, however, it is possible to adjust their effective amplitude and thereby the intensity of the vibration or vibration movement generated during operation. For this, an offset angle WA, WB must be changed, which according to Fig. 2 is enclosed between two eccentricities of the two eccentric disks 24, 26 represented by arrows E1 and E2. The setting of this offset angle WA, WB can be made possible, for example, by a manual handle or by a servomotor (not shown).
- the two flywheels 20A, 20B are usually driven with an offset of 180 ° relative to one another, in order to be able to ensure the most uniform possible vibration or oscillation movement during operation of the vibration device 2.
- any other offset can also be provided in order to generate a special vibration movement.
- a speed of the electric motor can also be set, such as preferably to a value between 5 and 28 Hz.
- a control device 28 can be provided, for example, as described in FIG Fig. 1 can be seen.
- the control device 28 can be adjustable, for example, via an easily accessible control 29 on an outside of the frame 4.
- the control device 28 can also have an interface 30 for a wireless connection, such as in particular via Bluetooth. This enables a connection to an electronic control device 32, as exemplified in FIG Fig. 3 is shown.
- the electronic control device 32 can be formed, for example, by a portable or tablet computer or by a smartphone on which a corresponding control program, such as an app that can be downloaded from the Internet, is stored. In this way, the electric motor 14 can also be set or controlled via the separate electronic control device 32.
- the vibration device 2 is preferably suspended from a carrying device 34, such as a rope or chain Element. As a result, a user does not have to bear the weight of the vibration device 2 during operation.
- the vibration device 2 is in this case pivoted and tilted about a central storage area 36, so that the user can place it in any position in order to be able to stimulate specific muscle groups during operation.
- the vibration device 2 can also be biased into a particularly horizontal starting position by means of elastic tension elements 38, such as rubber bands.
- the force that is necessary to deflect the vibration device 2 in the different directions can be predetermined via the tension elements 38.
- the traction elements 38 enable the vibration device 2 to be handled more conveniently, particularly at the beginning and at the end of an application.
- a height adjustment 40 can be provided between the vibrating device 2 and the carrying device 34 in order to be able to individually adapt the starting position of the vibrating device 2 to the body size of the respective user.
- the height adjustment 40 can be used to adapt the vibration device 2 to different types of application. For example, the user can lie down on a lounger or sit on a chair in order to use the vibration device 2 in the area of his legs, such as by direct loading or, for example, by attaching leg slings to the handles 8A, 8B (not shown).
- the two bearing plates 6 also have a contour with a concave section. As a further function, this enables the vibration device 2 in the suspended state to be conveniently placed on body parts of the user, for example in the back area, in order to massage them.
- the weight of the vibration device 2 together with the tension elements 38 ensures a suitable contact pressure.

Abstract
Description
Fig. 1 und - Figur 3
Fig. 1 und 2 beispielhaft dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zu entnehmen ist.
