Abstract

Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Trocknungsanlage für feuchtes Holz und vergleichbare Bio-Materialien, bestehend aus mindestens einem Rosttrockner (2, 2a-c) mit einem Materialeintrag (3, 16) für das zu trocknende Material , wobei die im Rosttrockner (2, 2a-c) ausgebildete Materialschüttung (16, 26) von einem Mischgas (45) durchsetzt ist, das aus der Mischung des aus dem Kessel (1) abgeleiteten Kesselgas (47) und dem aus dem Rosttrockner (2, 2a-c) ausgeleiteten Rezirkulationsgas (43) erzeugt wird, wobei die mindestens eine Materialschüttung (16, 26) vom Mischgas (45) von unten nach oben durchströmt wird, wobei aus der Primärgaskammer 48 und aus der Sekundärgaskammer 49 die Mischgasmenge 19 abgesogen wird.
