Abstract
Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Trocknungsanlage für feuchtes Holz und vergleichbare Bio-Materialien, bestehend aus mindestens einem Rosttrockner (2, 2a-c) mit einem Materialeintrag (3, 16) für das zu trocknende Material , wobei die im Rosttrockner (2, 2a-c) ausgebildete Materialschüttung (16, 26) von einem Mischgas (45) durchsetzt ist, das aus der Mischung des aus dem Kessel (1) abgeleiteten Kesselgas (47) und dem aus dem Rosttrockner (2, 2a-c) ausgeleiteten Rezirkulationsgas (43) erzeugt wird, wobei die mindestens eine Materialschüttung (16, 26) vom Mischgas (45) von unten nach oben durchströmt wird, wobei aus der Primärgaskammer 48 und aus der Sekundärgaskammer 49 die Mischgasmenge 19 abgesogen wird. Method for operating a drying system for moist wood and comparable bio-materials, consisting of at least one grate dryer (2, 2a-c) with a material entry (3, 16) for the material to be dried, whereby the grate dryer (2, 2a-c ) formed material bed (16, 26) is penetrated by a mixed gas (45), which is derived from the mixture of the boiler gas (47) discharged from the boiler (1) and the recirculation gas (43) discharged from the grate dryer (2, 2a-c) is generated, the at least one bed of material (16, 26) being flowed through by the mixed gas (45) from bottom to top, with the mixed gas quantity 19 being sucked off from the primary gas chamber 48 and from the secondary gas chamber 49.
