Claims (13)

  1. Grille de tri (1) avec un bâti de machine (2) situé sur une tôle de base (3) et une pluralité d'arbres de tamis (4) dotés de disques (9) ou de bras étoilés, lesquels sont logés situés les uns derrière les autres pouvant tourner sur le bâti de machine (2) dans une direction longitudinale (5) du bâti de machine (2), sachant qu'à chaque arbre de tamis (4) est attribuée une tôle porteuse (7), laquelle est disposée verticalement décalée par rapport à l'arbre de tamis (4) correspondant et laquelle est équipée de racleurs (8), qui s'étendent dans des espaces intermédiaires (10) constitués de disques (9) ou de bras étoilés de l'arbre de tamis (4) attribué,
    caractérisée en ce qu'
    un premier dispositif de liaison (11) est relié par une liaison amovible (12) au bâti de machine (2) et porte au moins une des tôles porteuses (7), sachant qu'un deuxième dispositif de liaison (29) est fixé au bâti de machine (2), lequel porte le premier dispositif de liaison (11) après la séparation de la liaison amovible (12) et lequel est constitué déplaçant le premier dispositif de liaison (11) dans une direction (30) s'éloignant des arbres de tamis (4) et allant vers la tôle de base (3).
  2. Grille de tri (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le premier dispositif de liaison (11) comporte une paire de dispositifs de fixation (14), sachant qu'un dispositif de fixation (14) respectif est fixé de façon amovible sur une des deux extrémités longitudinales (15) de la tôle porteuse (7) et comprend une surface de fixation (16), laquelle peut être fixée reposant sur une surface d'appui (18) du bâti de machine (2) et une surface de logement (17), laquelle peut être reliée de façon amovible à au moins une des tôles porteuses (7).
  3. Grille de tri (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'une extrémité longitudinale (15) respective de la tôle porteuse (7) est constituée avec un tourillon porteur (19), lequel peut être fixé enfiché dans une ouverture de passage (20) constituée dans la surface de logement (17) d'un dispositif de fixation (14) respectif.
  4. Grille de tri (1) selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que la surface de logement (17) d'un dispositif de fixation (14) respectif comporte un évidement de réception (21) dans lequel peut être introduite une extrémité longitudinale (15) respective de la tôle porteuse (7).
  5. Grille de tri (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu' une tôle porteuse (7) respective comporte un évidement d'assemblage (25) s'étendant longitudinalement dans lequel peut être introduit un téton d'assemblage (27) d'un élément de montage (26), constitué en complémentarité à l'évidement d'assemblage (25), lequel est constitué permettant une extraction latérale du bâti de machine (2) d'une tôle porteuse (7) à démonter ou une introduction latérale dans le bâti de machine (2) d'une tôle porteuse (7) à monter.
  6. Grille de tri (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la tôle porteuse (7) comporte une surface de montage (22) dans laquelle est constitué un trou de fixation (23) pour chacun des racleurs (8), à travers lequel s'étend un élément de fixation (24) depuis le côté opposé à la surface de montage (22) et fixe en pression le racleur (8) correspondant sur la surface de montage (22).
  7. Grille de tri (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième dispositif d'assemblage (29) comporte une paire de systèmes de réglage en hauteur (31), qui sont fixés sur les côtés opposés du bâti de machine (2).
  8. Grille de tri (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'un système de réglage en hauteur (31) respectif est constitué sous la forme d'une tige filetée (32), sachant qu'une tige filetée (32) respective s'étend à travers un trou de passage (35) constitué dans la surface de fixation (16) d'un dispositif de fixation (14) respectif et sachant qu'une tige filetée (32) respective supporte un dispositif de fixation (14) respectif après le démontage de la liaison amovible (12) .
  9. Grille de tri (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'un système de réglage en hauteur (31) respectif est constitué sous la forme d'un vérin hydraulique.
  10. Procédé de démontage d'une tôle porteuse (7) munie de racleurs (8) d'une grille de tri (1) selon la revendication 1,
    sachant qu'un élément de montage (26) est relié par conformité de forme et/ou conformité de force à la tôle porteuse (7) à démonter,
    sachant que la liaison amovible (12) est séparée du premier système d'assemblage (11) et du bâti de machine (2) de telle manière que la charge de la tôle porteuse (7) munie de racleurs (8) est supportée par le deuxième système d'assemblage (29),
    sachant qu'à l'aide du deuxième système d'assemblage (29), la tôle porteuse (7) avec l'élément de montage (26) fixé à celle-ci par conformité de forme et/ou conformité de force, est déplacée en direction de la tôle de base (3) jusqu'à ce que l'élément de montage (26) repose sur la tôle de base (3), et
    sachant que la liaison par conformité de forme et/ou conformité de force (36) est séparée entre la tôle porteuse (7) et l'élément de montage (26) et la tôle porteuse (7) est extraite latéralement du bâti de machine (2) en diagonale par rapport à la direction longitudinale (5) du bâti de machine (2).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, sachant qu'avant le démontage de la liaison amovible (12), le deuxième dispositif de liaison (29) est fixé au bâti de machine (2) .
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 10, sachant qu'avant l'extraction latérale de la tôle porteuse (7) du bâti de machine (2), le premier dispositif de liaison (11) est séparé de la tôle porteuse (7) à démonter.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, sachant que l'élément de montage (26) reposant sur la tôle de base (3) est fixé au bâti de machine (2) ou à la tôle de base (3).
