In Figur 1 ist in perspektivischer Ansicht ein erfindungsgemäßes Klassierrost 1 dargestellt, welches in dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel einen Maschinenrahmen 2, welcher auf einem Grundblech 3 steht, und eine Vielzahl von Siebwellen 4 umfasst. Die Siebwellen 4 sind in einer Längsrichtung 5 des Maschinenrahmens 2 hintereinander liegend an dem Maschinenrahmen 2 drehbar gelagert, wobei jeder Siebwelle 4 ein Antrieb 6 zugeordnet ist, welcher die jeweilige Siebwelle 4 drehend antreibt. Dabei sind die Siebwellen 4 in jeweiligen Lagergehäusen gelagert, wobei die Lagergehäuse an dem Maschinenrahmen 2 montiert sind, so dass die Siebwellen 4 über die Lagergehäuse an dem Maschinenrahmen 2 gelagert sind. Ferner sind die Antriebe 6 abwechselnd auf sich gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Maschinenrahmens 2 angebracht. Die Figur 2 zeigt eine perspektivische Schnittansicht des Klassierrostes 1 quer zur Längsrichtung 5 des Maschinenrahmens 2, woraus zu erkennen ist, dass jeder Siebwelle 4 ein Trägerblech 7 zugeordnet ist, welches mit Abstreifern 8 ausgestattet ist. Auf jeder Siebwelle 4 sind mehrere Scheiben 9, genauer gesagt Dreibogenscheiben 9, ausgebildet, die zueinander beabstandet angeordnet sind, wobei der Abstand zwischen benachbarten Scheiben 9 einen Zwischenraum 10 definiert. Ein jeweiliges Trägerblech 7 ist unterhalb der zugeordneten Siebwelle 4 angeordnet, d.h. ein jeweiliges Trägerblech 7 ist vertikal versetzt zu der entsprechenden Siebwelle 4 angeordnet. Die Trägerbleche 7 sind nicht direkt am Maschinenrahmen 2 befestigt. Wie dem in den Figuren gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel zu entnehmen ist, trägt die erste Verbindungsvorrichtung 11 zwei Trägerbleche 7. Dabei weist die erste Verbindungsvorrichtung 11 ein Paar von Befestigungseinrichtungen 14 auf, wie es in der Figur 5 zu sehen ist. Eine jeweilige Befestigungseinrichtung 14 ist an einem von zwei Längsenden 15 des Trägerblechs 7 lösbar befestigt, wie beispielsweise die Figuren 5 und 6 zeigen. Dabei umfasst eine jeweilige Befestigungseinrichtung 14 eine Befestigungsfläche 16 und eine Aufnahmefläche 17, wie es zum Beispiel die Figur 7 zeigt. Die Befestigungseinrichtung 14 ist winkelförmig ausgebildet, wobei sich die Befestigungsfläche 16 im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Aufnahmefläche 17 erstreckt. Im eingebauten Zustand des Trägerblechs 7 am Maschinenrahmen 2 liegt die Befestigungsfläche 16 an einer Anlagefläche 18 des Maschinenrahmens 2 an, wie es unter anderem aus Figur 4 ersichtlich ist. Dabei ist die Befestigungsfläche 16 einer jeweiligen Befestigungsvorrichtung 14 zum Beispiel über eine Schraubverbindung an dem Maschinenrahmen 2 lösbar befestigt. Die Aufnahmefläche 17 der Befestigungseinrichtung 14 erstreckt sich dabei von der Anlagefläche 18 weg und ist zur Halterung von zumindest einem Trägerblech 7 ausgebildet. Mit Bezug auf das in den Figuren gezeigte Ausführungsbeispiel sind zwei Trägerbleche 7 mit der Aufnahmefläche 17 lösbar verbunden. Zu diesem Zweck ist ein jeweiliges Längsende 15 eines jeden Trägerblechs 7 mit einem Tragzapfen 19 ausgebildet, wie es in Figur 8 gezeigt ist. Ein solcher Tragzapfen 19 ist im montierten Zustand des Trägerblechs 7 an der ersten Verbindungsvorrichtung 11 in eine Durchgangsöffnung 20 (siehe Figur 7) eingesteckt, die in der Aufnahmefläche 17 einer jeweiligen Befestigungseinrichtung 14 ausgebildet ist. Dabei weist der Tragzapfen 19 in dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ein Gewinde auf, so dass das freie Ende des Tragzapfens 19 mittels einer Mutter mit der Aufnahmefläche 17 lösbar verbunden werden kann, wie es in Figur 6 gezeigt ist. Die Durchgangsöffnung 20 erstreckt sich in Richtung der Anlagefläche 18, so dass der Tragzapfen 19 in vertikaler Richtung bewegbar aufgenommen ist. Eine vertikale Justierung jedes Trägerblechs 7 und damit der an dem Trägerblech 7 befestigten Abstreifer 8 lässt sich durch eine Stellschraube 28 bewirken, die vertikal in die Durchgangsbohrung 20 einschraubbar ist (siehe zum Beispiel Figur 4). Je nach Einschraubtiefe der Stellschraube 28 lässt sich damit die vertikale Distanz der Abstreifer 8 zu der zugeordneten Siebwelle 4 über die Justierung des Trägerblechs 7 individuell einstellen. Bei dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel weist die Aufnahmefläche 17 einer jeden Befestigungseinrichtung 14 zusätzlich zwei Aufnahmeausnehmungen 21 auf, wobei die Anzahl der Aufnahmeausnehmungen 21 mit der Anzahl der Trägerbleche 7 übereinstimmt, die an der Befestigungseinrichtung 14 angebracht sind bzw. die von der ersten Verbindungsvorrichtung 11 fixiert sind. Denkbar ist es auch, dass die zweite Verbindungsvorrichtung 29 nur dann und damit temporär an dem Maschinenrahmen 2 befestig ist, wenn ein Trägerblech 7 auszutauschen ist oder wenn die Abstreifer 8 eines Trägerblechs 7 zu erneuern oder auszutauschen sind. Eine jeweilige Gewindespindel 32 umfasst zusätzlich zumindest eine Endlagerung 33 und eine Gewindemutter 34, wobei sich die Endlagerung 33 an dem Maschinenrahmen 2 abstützt und sich die Gewindespindel 32 durch ein in der Befestigungsfläche 16 einer jeweiligen Befestigungseinrichtung 14 ausgebildetes Durchgangsloch 35 hindurch erstreckt, wie es beispielsweise aus der Zusammenschau der Figuren 7 und 16 ersichtlich ist. Nach dem Lösen der lösbaren Verbindung 12 zwischen einer jeweiligen ersten Verbindungsvorrichtung 11 und dem Maschinenrahmen 2 trägt die zweiter Verbindungsvorrichtung 29 die erste Verbindungsvorrichtung 11. Zusammenfassend werden durch die Erfindung ein Klassierrost 1 und ein Verfahren zur Verfügung gestellt, welche es dem Betreiber ermöglichen, den Austausch und die Einstellung der Abstreifer 8 so vorzunehmen, dass weder Einbauten in die Schurren noch Montage bzw. Dieses ermöglicht es den Maschinenbediener bzw. dem Anlagenbetreiber, die Höheneinstellung der Abstreifer 8 vorzunehmen. Integriert ist dabei eine Feinjustierung für eine exakte Einstellung. Die Höhenverstellung kann dabei, je nach Ausführung, über eine elektrisch angetriebene oder manuell genutzte Gewindespindel 32 (Trapez, oder Kugel) oder durch den Einsatz eines Hydraulikzylinders erfolgen. The classifying grate (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a respective support plate (7) comprises an elongated connecting recess (25), into which a connecting extension (27) of an assembly element (26) formed complementary to the connecting recess (25) can be inserted, which can be constituted so as to enable a support plate (7) to be dismantled to be pulled out laterally from the machine frame (2) or a support plate (7) to be assembled to be inserted laterally into the machine frame (2).
  6. The classifying grate (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the support plate (7) comprises a mounting surface (22), in which a fastening bore (23) is constituted for each of the scrapers (8), through which a fastening element (24) extends from the side facing away from the mounting surface (22) and fastens the corresponding scraper (8) pressed onto the mounting surface (22).
  7. The classifying grate (1) according to any one of claims 2 to 6, characterised in that the second connecting device (29) comprises a pair of height adjustment devices (31) which are fastened on opposite sides of the machine frame (2).
  8. The classifying grate (1) according to claim 7, characterised a respective height adjustment device (31) is designed as a threaded spindle (32), wherein a respective threaded spindle (32) extends through a respective through-hole (35) formed in the attachment surface (16) of a respective fastening device (14), and wherein a respective threaded spindle (32) carries a respective fastening device (14) after the detachable connection (12) has been released.
  9. The classifying grate (1) according to claim 7, characterised a respective height adjustment device (31) is designed as a hydraulic cylinder.
  10. A method for dismantling a support plate (7) equipped with scrapers (8) of a classifying grate (1) according to claim 1,
    wherein an assembly element (26) is positively and/or non-positively connected to the support plate (7) to be dismantled,
    wherein the detachable connection (12) of first connecting device (11) and machine frame (2) is released, so that the load of the support plate (7) equipped with scrapers (8) is borne by the second connecting device (29),
    wherein, with the aid of the second connecting device (29), the support plate (7) together with the assembly element (26) fastened thereon in a positive and/or non-positive manner is moved in the direction of the base plate (3), until the assembly element (26) rests on the base plate (3), and
    wherein the positive and/or non-positive connection (36) between the support plate (7) and the assembly element (26) is released and the support plate (7) is pulled out laterally from the machine frame (2) at right angles to the longitudinal direction (5) of the machine frame (2).
  11. The method according to claim 10, wherein the second connecting device (29) is fastened to the machine frame (2) before the detachable connection (12) is released.
  12. The method according to claim 10, wherein, before the support plate (7) is pulled out laterally from the machine frame (2), the first connecting device (11) is detached from the support plate (7) to be dismantled.
  13. The method according to claim 12, wherein the assembly element (26) resting on the base plate (3) is fastened to the machine frame (2) or to the base plate (3).
