The present invention relates to a bundle packaging bag which has a rapid closure system allowing, after filling the bag with products or articles, to pull on said bag to detach it from the bundle and simultaneously release its closure system. .

State of the art

Multipart packaging bags with a quick-closing system are known to those skilled in the art. Such sachets are frequently used in mail order sales, which has developed considerably today, in order to ship products purchased directly to the homes of customers. Such sachets can also be used for the delivery of newspapers or magazines directly to the homes of readers. Other numerous applications are of course possible.

In the patent application US 2004/0013322 A1 , the bag comprises two sheets welded together on their lower edges and on their two side edges, so as to leave an opening on the upper side. One of the sheets is extended by a bundle on the side of this opening, the internal face of this sheet comprising an adhesive strip intended to be glued with the internal face of the other sheet when the bag is closed, after its filling with food or non-food products. The internal face of the bundle comprises a protective strip placed near the adhesive strip. The part of the bundle comprising the protective strip is folded and inserted into the opening of the bag so as to position the protective strip against the adhesive strip and prevent the bag from closing. The remaining part of the bundle, without the protective strip, is folded so as to exit through the opening between the two sheets. This remaining part of the bundle includes one or two eyelets for hanging the bag. When the bag is in use, the user takes the bag, introduces the product (s) through the opening, then pulls on the bundle, which releases from the bag the folded part of the bundle comprising the protective strip and releases the adhesive strip. , then allowing bonding between the two internal faces of the sheets, while the bundle remains attached to the closed bag.

In the patent application WO 2015/149183 A1 , the bag comprises two sheets welded together on their lower edges and on their two side edges, so as to leave an opening on the upper side. One of the sheets is extended by a flap then a bundle, beyond of this opening. The flap comprises a first part adjoining the upper side of said sheet and a second part extending the first part. The first part comprises on its internal face an adhesive strip on which is folded and permanently glued the second part. This second part has openings revealing portions of the adhesive strip over the entire width of the bag. The bundle extends the second part of the flap vis-à-vis which said bundle is folded. This bundle comprises a first part extending the second part of the flap and a second part extending said first part. The first part of the bundle includes a protective film which covers the visible portions of the adhesive strip to prevent the bundle from permanently sticking to the flap. The second part of the bundle extends in the upper part of the bag, beyond the flap. Pre-cutouts are arranged across the width of the bag between the second part of the flap and the first part of the bundle. This second part of the bundle includes one or two eyelets for hanging the bag from a support. When the bag is in use, the user opens the bag, introduces the product (s) through the opening, then pulls on the bag; pulling on the bag makes it possible to exert an opposite force on the bundle which remains suspended from the support, which separates the bundle from the flap at the level of the pre-cutouts then the release of the protective film, thus freeing the portions visible adhesive tape. The flap can then be folded up against the outer face of the other sheet, the visible portions of the adhesive strip then ensuring the permanent bonding of the flap on said other sheet to ensure the closure of the bag. This rapid closure system is suitable for a bag with a flap, as presented in this patent application, since the folding of the flap ensures complete sealing of the opening between the two sheets; its implementation on a sachet without flap, that is to say for which the closure is effected between the internal faces of the two sheets, would not make it possible to ensure a tight closure of the sachet since only the visible portions of the adhesive tape would seal the opening between the two sheets.

Summary of the invention

The object of the present invention is to design a bag provided with a rapid closure system which fits equally well on a bag with or without a flap, ensuring complete sealing of the opening between the two sheets of the bag. Another objective is to design a quicker closure system that is simpler and allows the bundle to be detached from the bag.

To this end, the invention relates to a packaging bag which comprises a first sheet and a second sheet assembled together on their lower edges and on their two edges. side so as to form a container with an opening at the top for the introduction of products or articles.

According to the invention, the bag comprises a bundle arranged in the extension of the first sheet. In other words, the bundle and the first sheet are in the same plane. The lower edge of the bundle is fixed to the upper edge of the first sheet, pre-cuts being implemented between said edges to allow the bundle to be detached by exerting two opposing pulls on the bundle and the bag. Preferably, the detachment will be carried out by keeping the bundle, fixed or suspended from a support, and by pulling down the bag. However, provision could be made to hold the bag with one hand and the bundle with the other hand and to pull in opposite directions on the bundle and on the bag.

In addition, according to the invention, the sachet comprises a first adhesive strip arranged on an internal face of the first sheet. The sachet comprises a protective strip which comprises means for temporarily covering the first adhesive strip, so as to be able to remove the protective strip and release the first adhesive strip which then becomes visible. The bag also includes a system for permanently assembling the protective strip on an internal face of the bundle, so that the protective strip remains integral with the bundle. It is understood that the internal face of the first sheet and the internal face of the bundle are arranged on the same face, because the bundle extends the first sheet, and that this same face is opposite an internal face of the second sheet, the inner side being defined by the position of the container on the bag, as opposed to the outer side.

Moreover, according to the invention, the configuration of the protective strip allows the establishment of the temporary covering means on the first adhesive strip while keeping the bundle in the extension of the first sheet.

Thus, according to the invention, when the bundle is detached from the first sheet, the protective strip remains permanently attached to the internal face of this bundle. Once the detachment has been achieved, the tensile force allows the protective strip to disengage from the first adhesive strip, which then allows the permanent bonding of the first sheet to the second sheet to close the opening.

These characteristics of the bag, objects of the invention, advantageously make it possible to simply keep the bundle in the direct extension of the first sheet without any need to fold and counter-fold said bundle on said first sheet in order to temporarily place the protective strip on the sheet. first adhesive strip of this first sheet, unlike the sachets described in patent applications US 2004/0013322 A1 and WO 2015/149183 A1 . According to the invention, it is directly the configuration of the protective strip which makes it possible to achieve this objective. This simplifies the design of the bag and reduces the length of the bundle.

In one embodiment of the bag according to the invention, the permanent assembly system comprises a second adhesive strip arranged on the internal face of the bundle and permanent covering means arranged on the protective strip. In addition, the configuration of the protective strip allows the permanent covering means to be applied to the second adhesive strip. Other embodiments can still be envisaged within the framework of the invention. In particular, provision could be made for an assembly system of the clip type or of the weld bead type to permanently fix the protective strip on the internal face of the bundle.

According to one embodiment of the bag which is the subject of the invention, the protective strip comprises an internal face and an external face, said protective strip being folded back on itself in the lower part so that the internal face is glued to the second adhesive strip and that the outer face is glued to the first adhesive strip. The term internal face of the protective strip is understood to mean that disposed opposite the internal face of the first sheet. Further, the inner side of the protective tape is configured to permanently adhere to the second adhesive tape and the outer side of the protective tape is configured to be peelable from the first adhesive tape. In a preferred and non-limiting embodiment, the protective strip comprises a layer of material ensuring adhesion to implement said internal face, said layer being coated with a non-stick material to implement said external face.

This aforementioned embodiment is not limiting, variants that can be envisaged within the framework of the invention. Thus, according to another embodiment of the sachet which is the subject of the invention, the protective strip comprises an internal face which comprises an upper part glued to the second adhesive strip and a lower part glued to the first adhesive strip. Further, the upper portion of the inner face is configured to permanently adhere with the second adhesive strip and the lower portion of the internal face is configured to be peelable from the first adhesive strip. In a preferred and non-limiting embodiment, the protective strip comprises a layer of material ensuring adhesion to implement said upper part of the internal face, said layer being partially coated with a non-stick material to implement said lower part of the inner face. the internal face.

According to a design of the bag which is the subject of the invention, the first sheet and the second sheet are configured so that the first adhesive strip is bonded to an internal face of said second sheet. In other words, the first sheet and the second sheet are of identical dimensions, the closing of the opening being effected by gluing the internal face of the first sheet to the internal face of the second sheet, said internal faces being in vis-a-vis. In other words, this is a pouch design without a flap.

According to an alternative design of the bag which is the subject of the invention, the first sheet and the second sheet are configured so that the first adhesive strip is placed on an upper part of the first folding sheet on an external face of the second sheet. In other words, the second sheet is of shorter length than that of the first sheet so that the opening of the container is disposed below the first adhesive strip on the internal face of the first sheet, which makes it possible to constitute a flap in the upper part of the first sheet on which the first adhesive strip is placed. In other words, it is a pouch design with a flap.

According to a design of the bag which is the subject of the invention, the first sheet and the second sheet are welded together respectively on their lower edges and on their two side edges. In other words, the sachet is formed from two separate sheets which are welded together to seal the lower edge and the two side edges of said sachet and constitute the container with the opening at the top.

According to an alternative design of the bag that is the subject of the invention, the first sheet and the second sheet are made from a single sheet folded in half at the lower edge of the bag. It is therefore understood that the lower edge of the bag is instantaneously formed during the folding in half of said sheet. Further, the side edges of the two parts of the folded sheet are respectively welded to each other.

According to a design of the bag which is the subject of the invention, the bundle comprises at least one eyelet, preferably two eyelets. This allows the pouch to be hung on a support that has one or two rods that fit into the eyelet (s) (depending on the number of eyelets), which then allows the pouch to be pulled down to detach the bundle from the eyelet. first sheet and release the first adhesive strip on the first sheet, in order to close the bag. However, a variant without an eyelet could be provided, the bundle being held, for example, by a support provided with a clamp.

The invention also relates to a set of sachets comprising one or other of the preceding characteristics, the bundles of sachets being secured to each other by permanent fixing means.

In one embodiment of this assembly, for bags the bundles of which include at least one eyelet, the fixing means comprise at least one weld point arranged around the at least one eyelet. Preferably, two welding points are respectively arranged around two eyelets.

Preferably, according to this embodiment of the assembly, each bundle comprises at least one precut delimiting the at least one weld point so as to allow the detachment of bundles of waste bundles on said assembly and thus facilitate access to the bag. not yet used and remaining on said assembly. Preferably, two pre-cuts are implemented respectively around two welding points.

In the remainder of the description, the packaging sachet is referred to as a sachet. In addition, the same references are used to designate the same characteristics according to the various design variants, unless otherwise indicated in said description.

Next to figures 1 to 3 , the bag 1 comprises a first sheet 2 and a second sheet 3 which are implemented from a single sheet folded in half at the level of the lower edge 4 of the bag 1, as shown in FIG. figure 2 . The two side edges of the sheets 2, 3 are welded to each other respectively, thus forming the side edges 5, 6 of the bag 1. Of course, one could consider implementing the bag 1 from two separate sheets 2, 3 and also welded together on their lower edges to form the lower edge 4 of said bag 1. The welds can also be replaced by any other sealing means. The bag 1 defines a container 7 provided in the upper part with an opening 8 defined between the upper edge 2a of the first sheet 2 and the upper edge 3a of the second sheet 3, as illustrated by figure 2 . The first sheet 2 and the second sheet 3 are of identical dimensions.

Next to figures 1 to 3 , the bag 1 comprises a bundle 9 which extends the first sheet 2 upwards. The bundle 9 and the first sheet 2 are arranged in the same plane, as shown in FIG. figure 2 . Pre-cuts 10 are arranged between the upper edge 2a of the first sheet 2 and the lower edge 9a of the bundle 9, over the width of the bag 1, these pre-cuts 10 being materialized by a small line on the figures 2 and 3 . A first adhesive strip 11 is implemented on the internal face 12 of the first sheet 2, below the pre-cutouts 10, and extends over the width of the bag 1 opposite the internal face 13 of the second sheet 3, as shown in figure 2 . A second adhesive strip 14 is implemented on the internal face 15 of the bundle 9, above the pre-cutouts 10, and extends over the width of the bag 1. A protective strip 16 covers the first adhesive strip 11 and the second adhesive strip 14, as illustrated by these figures 1 to 3 . The protective strip 16 comprises an upper edge 16a and a lower edge 16b and it is folded back on itself in the lower part so as to present a curved end 16c. The protective strip 16 comprises a first layer 17 making it possible to constitute an internal face 18 on this protection strip 16 and a second layer 19 making it possible to constitute an external face 20 on said protection strip 16. Facing the figure 3 , we see that the fold of the protective strip 16 at its curved end 16c allows the internal face 17 to be bonded to the second adhesive strip 14 and the external face 20 to the first adhesive strip 11. The first layer 17 is placed implemented in a material ensuring permanent bonding of the internal face 18 on the second adhesive strip 14. Conversely, the second layer 19 is implemented in a material ensuring a temporary bonding of the outer face 20 on the first adhesive strip 11. Preferably, the first layer 17 is made of a material ensuring permanent adhesion during of its bonding, for example polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene, etc., on which a coating of a non-stick material (by treatment or by varnishing) has been carried out to constitute the second layer 19, for example a silicone film .

Thus, according to this design of the bag 1 illustrated in figures 1 to 3 , when two two traction forces are exerted in opposition in the direction of arrows 21, 22 illustrated in figure 3 , respectively on the first sheet 2 and on the bundle 9, the first sheet 2 - and thus the container 7 - detaches from the bundle 9 at the level of the pre-cutouts 10. The protective strip 16 remains attached to the bundle 9 because of the permanent bonding of the internal face 18 on the second adhesive strip 14. This protective strip 16 then emerges from the first adhesive strip 11 on the internal face 12 of the first sheet 2, which then makes it possible to stick this internal face 12 on the internal face 13 of the second sheet 3, for closing the opening 8 of the bag 1.

On the design variant of the bag 1 shown in figures 4 and 5 , the protective strip 16 has exactly the same configuration and the same characteristics as those described above with regard to the figures 1 to 3 , thus allowing its permanent bonding with the second adhesive strip 14 on the bundle 9 and its temporary bonding with the first adhesive strip 11 on the first sheet 2. Reference will therefore be made to the preceding description and to the incorporation of the references on these figures 4 and 5 . On this variant of figures 4 and 5 , the bag 1 comprises a second sheet 3 of shorter length than that of the first sheet 2 so that said first sheet 2 has an upper part 23 extending beyond the upper edge 3a of the second sheet 3, like the show them figures 4 and 5 , this upper part 23 forming a flap. The first adhesive strip 11 is implemented on this upper part 23 forming a flap. Following the detachment of the bundle 9 and the release of the protective strip 16 from the first adhesive strip 11, the upper part 23 of the first sheet can be folded down against the external face 24 of the second sheet 3 so as to stick the face internal 13 of the first sheet 2 against said external face 24, thus making it possible to close the opening 8 on the bag 1.

The embodiment of the protective strip 16 described above for the two design variants of the bag 1 illustrated respectively in figures 1 and 2 and to figures 4 and 5 , will preferably be implemented. However, this does not exclude the use on the bag 1 of other variant embodiments of the protective strip 16.

So on the figure 6 , the protective strip 16 still comprises an upper edge 16a and a lower edge 16b. However, this protective strip is no longer folded back at a curved end, as before. According to this variant of the figure 6 , the protective strip 16 comprises a first layer 17 and a second layer 19. The first layer 17 defines an internal face 18 on the lower part 25 of which the second layer 19 is implemented. The protective strip 16 thus comprises a upper part 26a of internal face 26 constituted by the upper part of the first layer 17 and a lower part 26b of internal face 26 constituted by the second layer 19. The first layer 17 is implemented in a material ensuring a permanent bonding of the upper part 26a of the internal face 26 on the second adhesive strip 14 arranged on the internal face 15 of the bundle 9. Conversely, the second layer 19 is implemented in a material ensuring a temporary bonding of the lower part 26b of the face internal 26 on the first adhesive strip 11 arranged on the internal face 12 of the first sheet 2. Preferably, as before, the first layer 17 is made of a material which ant a permanent adhesion during its bonding, for example polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene ... and the second layer 19 consists of a coating of a non-stick material (by treatment or by varnishing), for example a film silicone.

On the figures 1 and 4 , the two variants of the bag 1 have two eyelets 27, 28 arranged on the lead 9, above the protective strip 16, these eyelets 27, 28 allowing the bag 1 to be suspended on a support (not shown) comprising two rods (not shown) on which are inserted the two eyelets 27, 28. One could consider the implementation of a single eyelet on the bag 1, in the central part of the bundle 9, but the design of the bag 1 with two eyelets 27 , 28 will be preferred.

In one embodiment, the bags 1 will be manufactured in sets of 100, as illustrated by figures 2 and 5 . For this, the bags 1 are joined together at the level of their bundle 9, by one or more connecting elements 29 which can be, for example, staples or weld spots, or even a weld bead arranged over the width of the sachets. bundles 9. In an embodiment illustrated with reference to figures 4 and 5 , the assembly 100 will include two connecting elements 29 consisting of two welds 30, 31, for example of circular shape, arranged around the two eyelets 27, 28. Preferably, each bundle 9 comprises two pre-cuts 32, 33, by example in the form of a circle, delimiting these welding points 30, 31. These two pre-cutouts 32, 33 will make it possible to detach the waste bundles 9 from the bags 1 already used on which the protective strips 16 remain attached. The user can occasionally remove a bundle of waste bundles 9 with the remaining protective bands 16 attached to said bundles 9 in order to facilitate access to the openings 8 of the unused bags 1 remaining available on the assembly 100. The tearing force on these two pre-cuts 32, 33 will be greater than the tearing force of the pre-cuts 10 between the bundle 9 and the first sheet 2, in order to guarantee the detachment of the bundle 9 from the first sheet 2 when tensile forces are exerted in the directions of the arrows 21, 22. This implementation remains possible in the case where only one eyelet is provided on the bundle 9, as described above.

When the set 100 of bags 1 is suspended on the support (not shown), the user introduces one or more articles through the opening 8 on the first accessible bag 1, then pulls on this bag 1 in the direction of the arrow 21 shown in figures 3 and 6 , which also generates a tensile force on the bundle 9 in the direction of arrow 22 illustrated in figures 3 and 6 , due to its retention by said support. The bundle 9 is therefore detached from the first sheet 2 then the protective strip 16 is released from the first adhesive strip 11 and remains attached to the bundle 9, which then makes it possible to glue the internal face 12 of the first sheet 2 either on the internal face 13 of the second sheet 3 for the case of figures 1 and 2 (bag 1 without flap), or on the external face 24 of the second sheet 2 for the case of figures 4 and 5 (bag 1 with foldable upper part 23), bag 1 thus being closed and ready for shipment. The detached bundle 9 remains on the support and the following bag 1 is accessible and ready to be used for a new shipment.

The foregoing description of several design variants is in no way limiting, other variants remaining possible without departing from the scope of the invention defined by the claims.

Claims (14)

1. Wicketed packaging bag (1) comprising a first sheet (2) and a second sheet (3) assembled to one another along the lower edges thereof (4) and along the two side edges thereof (5, 6) so as to form a container (7) having a top opening (8), characterised in that said bag (1) comprises:

   - a lip (9) extended from the first sheet (2), the lower edge (9a) of the lip being attached to the upper edge (2a) of said first sheet, perforations (10) being provided between said edges,

   - a first adhesive strip (11) arranged on an inner surface (12) of the first sheet,

   - a protective strip (16) comprising means for provisionally covering the first adhesive strip (11)

   - a system for permanently assembling the protective strip (16) on the inner surface of the lip (9),
   the configuration of the protective strip (16) making it possible to implement provisional covering means on the adhesive strip (11) by maintaining the lip (9) in the extension of the first sheet (2).
2. Bag according to claim 1, wherein the permanent assembly system comprises a second adhesive strip (14) arranged on the inner surface (15) of the lip and permanent covering means arranged on the protective strip (16), the configuration of the protective strip (16) making it possible to apply the permanent covering means to the second adhesive strip (14).
3. Bag (1) according to claim 2, wherein the protective strip (16) comprises an inner surface (18) and an outer surface (20), said protective strip being folded on itself in the lower portion such that the inner surface (17) is glued to the second adhesive strip (14) and that the outer surface (20) is glued to the adhesive strip (11), the inner surface (18) being configured to permanently adhere to the second adhesive strip (14) and the outer surface (20) being configured to be removed from the first adhesive strip (11).
4. Bag (1) according to claim 3, wherein the protective strip (16) includes a layer (17) of material ensuring an adhesion in order to provide said inner surface (18), said layer (17) being coated with a release material in order to provide said outer surface (20).
5. Bag (1) according to claim 2, wherein the protective strip (16) comprises an inner surface (26) that includes an upper portion (26a) glued to the second adhesive strip (14) and a lower portion (26b) glued to the adhesive strip (11), said upper portion (26a) being configured to permanently adhere to the second adhesive strip (14) and said lower portion (26b) being configured to be removed from the adhesive strip (11).
6. Bag (1) according to claim 5, wherein the protective strip (16) includes a layer (17) of material ensuring an adherence in order to provide said upper portion (26a), said layer (17) being partially coated with a release material in order to provide said lower portion (26b).
7. Bag (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the first sheet (2) and the second sheet (3) are configured so that the adhesive strip (11) is glued to an inner surface (13) of said second sheet (3).
8. Bag (1) according to one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the first sheet (2) and the second sheet (3) are configured so that the adhesive strip (11) is disposed on the upper portion (23) of the first sheet (2) foldable on an outer surface (24) of the second sheet (3).
9. Bag (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the first sheet (2) and the second sheet (3) are joined to one another respectively along the lower edges thereof (4) and along the two side edges thereof (5, 6).
10. Bag (1) according to one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the first sheet (2) and the second sheet (3) are made from one and the same sheet folded in two, the two side edges (5, 6) of the two portions of the folded sheet being respectively joined to one another.
11. Bag (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the lip (9) includes at least one eyelet (27, 28), preferably two eyelets.
12. Bundle (100) of bags (1) comprising the features of one or other of the preceding claims, the lips (9) of the bags being secured to one another by permanent attachment means (29).
13. Bundle (100) according to claim 12 when dependent on claim 11, wherein the attachment means (29) comprise at least one joining point (30, 31) arranged around at least one eyelet (27, 28).
14. Bundle (100) according to claim 13, wherein each lip (9) comprises at least one perforation (32, 33) delimiting the at least one joining point (30, 31) so as to make it possible to detach lip waste packaging on said bundle (100).
