Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to the field of packaging bags.

  More specifically, the present invention relates preferably to the field of packaging bags comprising opening / closing means capable of multiple successive openings and closings.

  The present invention also relates to the field of packaging bags comprising opening / closing means capable of maintaining a folded bellows on itself. EP-A-1321381 illustrates an example of a known packaging bag, capable of multiple openings and closings. This bag comprises a bellows capable of multiple openings / closures by means of a first connecting element provided for this purpose. This bellows is folded on itself and held in this position by a second closure element, removable, and independent of the first element, allowing depending on the case a single or multiple use.

  The object of the present invention is to improve the known sachets.

  A particular object of the present invention is to provide bags for receiving a high pressure content, for example baby diapers or the like, while allowing easy access to the contents from the first withdrawal.

  FIG. 1 shows a packaging bag according to the prior art, once closed. This bag comprises a bag body 10 and a bellows 11 folded on itself and an opening / closing means. This opening / closing means consists of two distinct elements that are a connecting element 12 for maintaining the folded bag on itself and a connecting element 13 capable of multiple openings / closures.

  In the description which follows, all the accompanying drawings are presented with a single bellows located at the mouth of the bag. The bag may however have several bellows and in particular two bellows, one of which is disposed at the mouth, the other being disposed on a face opposite the mouth.

  Schematically shown in Figures 2 and 3 25 appended, a bag according to the present invention, in two successive stages of its manufacture.

  As seen in FIG. 2, the pouch according to the present invention comprises a generally tubular bag body 20 having an opening mouth 22 and a bottom 24 at its opposite end. Preferably, the bag body 20 is defined by four main walls orthogonal to each other. Its section is thus globally square or rectangular. Two of these walls are illustrated in FIG. 1 under the references 25 and 26. The two additional walls are respectively parallel to each of these two walls 25 and 26.

  The walls of the bag can be the subject of many embodiments.

  It is preferably walls of thermoplastic material.

  These walls can be single or multi-layer (s) and mono or multimaterial (x). Where appropriate, it may be a paper support coated with a layer of thermoplastic material, or a metallized thermoplastic layer.

  The bag 20 can be made using a single sheet or several sheets, for example two sheets welded together at their edges, preferably along edges connecting the main walls, for example the edge common to walls 25 and 26.

  As mentioned above, in the context of the present invention, a part 30 of the bag body 20 is intended to be folded onto itself in the form of a bellows. The mouth 22 and the bottom 24 can both be provided with a bellows, the bag 20 therefore comprises at least one bellows. However, preferably, this portion 30 of the bag is formed at the mouth 22. The portion 30 of the bag folded in the form of a bellows has a height 21 substantially equal to twice the width 22 of the bag. The above-mentioned height 21 and width 22 of the bag are considered perpendicular to the bending line 32 of the bellows.

  The aforementioned folding operation is shown schematically by the arrow 25 referenced P in Figure 2. The bellows obtained is referenced 50 in Figure 3.

  The bellows 50 can be held open or closed by an opening / closing means itself comprising a first removable connecting element placed on the bellows and a second connecting element, the first and second connecting elements being at least partly arranged on a common element. In particular, the first and second connecting elements can be integrally arranged within a single and common element. These connecting elements can be the subject of numerous variants.

  According to a first embodiment, the removable connection element of the opening / closing means may be formed of a self-adhesive strip. Such a self-adhesive strip may be provided on the end of the bag and the bellows in the form of the band referenced 42 in FIG. 2 and situated on a wall 26, or on a wall opposite to that carrying the strip 42; in the form of the band referenced 43 in FIG. 2, or else two complementary adhesive strips corresponding to the two strips 42 and 43 shown in FIG. 2. (These two strips 42 and 43 being brought into contact during the folding the bellows 50).

  The aforementioned strips 42 and / or 43 extend parallel to the fold line 32 substantially along the entire length 23 of the bag, said length 23 being considered parallel to Iz folding line 32. The strips 42 and / or 43 are arranged on internal faces of the bag 10.

  According to another variant embodiment, the detachable connecting element may be formed of complementary elements situated respectively in place of the strips 42, 43 mentioned above and represented in FIG. 2, that is to say one on the end of the wall 26 of the bag coinciding with one end of the bellows 50 and the other at the wall opposite the wall 26 of the bag body and intended to receive the end of the aforementioned bellows 50.

  By way of nonlimiting example, such complementary elements may be formed of complementary structures of velvet / hook type or complementary male / female profiles, or even complementary hook structures (possibly actuated by a slider).

  Such connecting elements are well known to those skilled in the art and will therefore not be described in detail later.

  According to an alternative embodiment, all the embodiments mentioned above, can be provided within a U-shaped tape installed on the end of the wall 26 of the bag. In this case, no band or equivalent means is necessary at the end of the wall opposite to the wall 26. Indeed, if necessary this band 43 or equivalent means is disposed within the U-shaped tape, opposite the band 42 or equivalent means complementary to the equivalent means of the band 43.

  Where appropriate and preferably, a slider 60, shown in Figure 3, may be provided at the connecting member 42, 43 removable to control its opening / closing. The cursor is a means well known to those skilled in the art, so it will not be described in detail.

  The second connecting element of the opening / closing means is preferably a band 41 forming part of the element 40. as represented in FIG. 2, this element 40 therefore consists of the assembly formed by the means 42 of the first removable connecting element 42 and / or 43 and said band 41. The first and second connecting elements of the opening / closing means are therefore arranged on a common element in that the band 41 and the means 42 physically belong to the same common element 40.

  Where appropriate, the band 41 may consist of a paper support coated with a layer of thermoplastic material, or a metallized thermoplastic layer.

  More precisely still, and preferably, the dimension f4 of the band 41 is such that the detachable connecting element 42 and / or 43 is not stressed by the contents of the bag when the bellows 50 is kept folded back on itself, as shown schematically in Figure 3.

  The band 41 forming the second connecting element and allowing the maintenance in the folded state on itself of the bellows can be many variations It can be a self-adhesive tape, complementary elements of the type velvet / hook, complementary elements of the male / female type or complementary elements of hook type. In all cases it is fixed, attach or stick at an outer zone 80 of the bag body 20.

  In any case, the present invention is advantageous vis-à-vis the prior art because the implementation and manufacture of a packaging bag with the features presented are simplified.
