Claims (21)

  1. A labeling sleeve around at least one container for constituting an information medium and made from at least one sheet of plastics material shaped to match the outline of the container, the sleeve of the label comprising at least an inner sleeve (3) in contact with the container and an outer sleeve (4) of plastics material each presenting a perimeter that is about the same as the perimeter of the container, the sleeves (3, 4) extending concentrically relative to each other and being assembled together by at least one common line (6) of heat sealing extending over at least a fraction of the height of the sleeves so as to constitute at least one body (7) having at least two sleeves over at least the entire perimeter of the container, the sleeve being characterized in that the outer sleeve is provided with at least one pre-cut (9) for forming an openable flap (10) suitable for constituting an information medium on each of its faces and for enabling the thus uncovered portion of the inner sleeve (3) that extends in register therewith to be observed.
  2. A labeling sleeve according to claim 1, characterized in that it includes at least one second body (7) having at least two sleeves over at least the entire perimeter of the container, and assembled to the first body (7) via a line of heat sealing (131) so as to constitute a grouping sleeve, the second body (7) comprising at least an inner sleeve (3) and an outer sleeve (4) of plastics material, each presenting a perimeter that is about the same as the perimeter of the container and extending concentrically relative to each other and being assembled together by at least one line of heat sealing (131) over at least a fraction of the height of the sleeve, the outer sleeve being provided with at least one pre-cut (9) for forming an openable flap (10) suitable for constituting an information medium on each of its faces.
  3. A labeling sleeve according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that at least one body (7) includes at least one intermediate sleeve (5) of plastics material presenting a perimeter that is about the same as the perimeter of the container, the intermediate sleeve (5) being interposed concentrically between the inner and outer sleeves (3, 4) and being assembled with the inner or outer sleeves (3, 4) by at least one line of heat sealing (6, 131).
  4. A labeling sleeve according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the sleeves (3, 4, 5) are also assembled together by at least one assembly zone (13).
  5. A labeling sleeve according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that the inner sleeve (3) constitutes an information medium on at least one of its faces.
  6. A labeling sleeve according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that each sleeve (3, 4, 5) is made of a piece of plastics material (3A, 4A, 5A), the sheets being distinct from one another and each presenting a width that is at least about the same as the perimeter of the container.
  7. A labeling sleeve according to any one of claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the inner, outer, and intermediate sleeves (3, 4, 5) are made of at least two distinct sheets of plastics material, one of which presents a width of not less than about twice the perimeter of the container in order to form at least one body (7), and the other of which possesses a width that is not less than the perimeter of the container.
  8. A labeling sleeve according to claim 7, characterized in that at least one body (7) presents, beyond the heat sealing (6, 131), at least one panel (20) having at least one sheet.
  9. A labeling sleeve according to claim 6, characterized in that each of the distinct sheets (3A, 4A, 5A) presents a width that is substantially equal to the perimeter of the container so as to obtain a panel-free body (7).
  10. A labeling sleeve according to claim 6, characterized in that each of the distinct sleeves (3A, 4A, 5A) presents a width lying between a value greater than the perimeter of the container and a value of about twice the perimeter of the container, presenting at least one panel (20) of at least one sheet beyond the heat sealing (6, 131).
  11. A labeling sleeve according to claim 6, characterized in that each of the distinct sheets (3A, 4A, 5A) presents a width lying between a value greater than the perimeter of the container and a value of about three times the perimeter of the container, presenting at least one panel (20) of at least one sheet beyond the heat sealing (6, 131).
  12. A labeling sleeve according to claims 4 and 6, characterized in that the sleeves (3, 4, 5) are also assembled together by an assembly zone that is limited by a line (131), and in that each sheet (3A, 4A, 5A) presents a respective width lying between a value greater than the perimeter of the container and a value of about three times the perimeter of the container, presenting at least one panel (20) of at least one sheet beyond each line (6, 131).
  13. A labeling sleeve according to any one of claims 10 to 12, characterized in that it includes at least one panel (20) of at least two sheets.
  14. A labeling sleeve according to any one of claims 11 to 13, characterized in that it includes at least one double panel (20) of at least two sheets.
  15. A labeling sleeve according to any one of claims 10 to 14, characterized in that the panel(s) (20) extend(s) between the inner sleeve (3) and the outer sleeve (4).
  16. A labeling sleeve according to any one of claims 10 to 14, characterized in that the panel(s) (20) extend(s) outside and beyond the body(ies) (7).
  17. A labeling sleeve according to claim 13, characterized in that at least one of the sheets (3A, 4A, 5A) of a panel (20) is provided with at least one pre-cut (9) to form at least one openable double flap (10) suitable for constituting an information medium on each of its faces.
  18. A labeling sleeve according to claim 3, characterized in that the outer sleeve (4) or even the intermediate sleeve (5) is provided with at least one pre-cut (9) to constitute an openable flap (10) suitable for constituting an information medium on each of its faces.
  19. A labeling sleeve according to any one of claims 1, 2, and 10 to 18, characterized in that each panel (20) and/or each flap (10) is designed to co-operate with an adhesive (15).
  20. A labeling sleeve according to any one of claims 1 to 19, characterized in that it includes at least one adhesive assembly zone (13) between the sheets in order to define the opening of the flap(s).
  21. A labeling sleeve according to claim 1, 2, 17, or 18, characterized in that the pre-cut (9) extends in one or more directions of the sheet over a fraction or all of the height of the panel or of the flap.
