Bundle packaging bags with a quick-closing system are known to those skilled in the art. In patent application US 2004/0013322 A1, the bag comprises two sheets welded together at their lower edges and at their two side edges, so that an opening is left in the upper part. One of the sheets is prolonged by a bundle on the side of this opening, the inner face of this sheet includes an adhesive band designed to stick to the inner face of the other sheet when the bag is closed, after having filled it with food products. or not food. The bundle is an extension of the second part of the flap against which said bundle is folded. This bundle comprises a first part that extends the second part of the flap and a second part that extends said first part. The first part of the bundle comprises a protective film that covers the visible parts of the adhesive strip to prevent the bundle from sticking permanently to the flap. The second part of the bundle extends to the top of the bag, beyond the flap. The precuts are arranged along the width of the bag between the second part of the flap and the first part of the bundle. Summary of the invention

The objective of the present invention is to design a bag provided with a quick closing system that can be adapted to a bag with or without a flap, ensuring a total closure of the opening between the two sheets of the bag. Another objective is to design a simpler quick closure system that allows the bundle to be separated from the bag.

To this end, the invention refers to a packaging bag comprising a first sheet and a second sheet joined together by their lower edges and by their two side edges, in such a way that they form a container with an opening in the upper part for storage. introduction of products or articles.

According to the invention, the bag comprises a bundle arranged in continuation of the first sheet. In other words, the beam and the first sheet are in the same plane. Thus, according to the invention, when the bundle is separated from the first sheet, the protective strip remains permanently attached to the inner face of this bundle. Once release is achieved, the pulling force allows the protective strip to peel off the first adhesive strip, allowing the first sheet to permanently adhere to the second sheet to close the opening.

These characteristics of the bag, object of the invention, advantageously allow to simply keep the bundle in direct extension of the first sheet without the need to fold and counter-fold said bundle over said first sheet to temporarily place the protective strip on the first adhesive strip of this first sheet. sheet, unlike the bags described in patent applications US 2004/0013322 A1 and WO 2015/149183 A1. In an embodiment of the bag according to the invention, the permanent attachment system comprises a second adhesive strip arranged on the inner side of the bundle and permanent covering means arranged on the protective strip. Other embodiments remain conceivable within the scope of the invention. In particular, a staple or weld type mounting system could be envisaged to permanently fix the protective strip to the inner face of the bundle.

Detailed description

In the following description, the packaging bag is called a bag. In addition, the same references are used to refer to the same characteristics according to different design variations, unless otherwise indicated in said description.

Referring to Figures 1 to 3, bag 1 comprises a first sheet 2 and a second sheet 3 that are implemented from a single sheet folded in half at the lower edge 4 of bag 1, as shown in Figure 2. The two side edges of the sheets 2, 3 are respectively welded together, thus forming the side edges 5, 6 of the bag 1. Of course, the realization of the bag 1 could be envisaged from two separate sheets 2, 3 also welded together at their lower edges to form the lower edge 4 of said bag 1.

The bag 1 defines a container 7 provided in its upper part with an opening 8 defined between the upper edge 2a of the first sheet 2 and the upper edge 3a of the second sheet 3, as illustrated in Figure 2. Referring to Figures 1 to 3, the bag 1 includes a bundle 9 extending upward from the first sheet 2. The bundle 9 and the first sheet 2 are arranged in the same plane, as shown in Figure 2. Between the upper edge 2a of the first sheet 2 and the lower edge 9a of the bundle 9 pre-cuts 10 are arranged along the width of the bag 1, marked by a small line in figures 2 and 3. Thus, according to this conception of the bag 1 illustrated in Figures 1 to 3, when two opposite traction forces are exerted in the direction of the arrows 21, 22 illustrated in Figure 3, respectively on the first sheet 2 and on the bundle 9, the first sheet 2 -and therefore the container 7- detaches from the bundle 9 in the pre-cuts 10. The protective band 16 remains attached to the bundle 9 thanks to the permanent bonding of the inner face 18 with the second adhesive band 14. In the alternative design of bag 1 illustrated in Figures 4 and 5, the protective strip 16 has exactly the same configuration and characteristics as previously described with respect to Figures 1 to 3, allowing it to be permanently adhered to the second adhesive strip 14 of the bundle 9 and temporarily to the first adhesive strip 11 of the first sheet 2.
