Claims (13)
- System zur Befestigung (1) einer Schiene (2) durch Festklemmen der Oberseite des Fußes (2a) der Schiene (2) und durch seitliches Blockieren der Schiene (2), umfassend:- ein Federmittel (3), das geeignet ist, sich auf der Oberseite des Fußes (2a) der Schiene (2) abzustützen,- ein Mittel zur Befestigung (5) des Federmittels (3) an einer Tragstruktur (4) der Schiene (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Federmittel (3) auf einer Vorrichtung zur Verstellung (6) des Federmittels (3) abstützt, welche umfasst:- ein Mittel zur Abstützung (7) des Federmittels (3), das dazu bestimmt ist, sich mit einem Seitenrand des Fußes (2a) der Schiene (2) in Kontakt zu befinden, wobei das Federmittel (3), indem es auf dem Mittel zur Abstützung (7) angebracht ist, translationsfest mit dem Mittel zur Abstützung (7) des Federmittels (3) verbunden ist,- ein Mittel zur Verankerung (8) an der Tragstruktur (4) der Schiene (2),- ein Mittel zur Einstellung (9) der Position des Mittels zur Abstützung (7) in Bezug auf das Mittel zur Verankerung (8).
- System zur Befestigung (1) einer Schiene (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zur Befestigung (5) so angebracht ist, dass es wenigstens das Mittel zur Abstützung (7) des Federmittels (3) und/oder das Mittel zur Verankerung (8) durchquert.
- System zur Befestigung (1) einer Schiene (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federmittel (3) wenigstens umfasst:- einen ersten Teil, der eine Schnittstelle zur Interaktion mit dem Mittel zur Befestigung (5) herstellt, derart, dass das Federmittel (3) durch das Mittel zur Befestigung (5) auf dem Mittel zur Abstützung (7) abgestützt gehalten wird,- einen zweiten Teil, der einen Abschnitt umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer Oberseite des Fußes (2a) der Schiene (2) zu interagieren, derart, dass die Interaktion des Mittels zur Befestigung (5) auf dem Federmittel (3) auf die Verformung des zweiten Teils keine oder eine vernachlässigbare Auswirkung hat.
- System zur Befestigung (1) einer Schiene (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zur Verankerung (8) wenigstens ein an seiner Unterseite vorstehendes Element (8a) umfasst, das dazu bestimmt ist, sich mit der Oberfläche der Tragstruktur (4) der Schiene (2) in Kontakt zu befinden.
- System zur Befestigung (1) einer Schiene (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zur Abstützung (7) wenigstens eine Schnittstelle umfasst, die einen Anschlag (7a) bildet, um mit wenigstens einem Abschnitt des Federmittels (3) zu interagieren und seine Bewegung in einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene anzutreiben.
- System zur Befestigung (1) einer Schiene (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zur Abstützung (7) direkt oder indirekt in Anlage auf einer Oberseite des Mittels zur Verankerung (8) angebracht ist.
- System zur Befestigung (1) einer Schiene (2) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zur Abstützung (7) des Federmittels (3) auf dem Mittel zur Verankerung in einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene und entlang einer Achse verschiebbar gelagert ist, die senkrecht zu dem Rand des Systems (1) ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, sich mit der Schiene (2) in Kontakt zu befinden, das heißt zu dem Rand des Mittels zur Abstützung (7), der dazu bestimmt ist, am Rand des Fußes (2a) der Schiene (2) anzuliegen.

- Verfahren zur Anwendung des Systems zur Befestigung (1) einer Schiene (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren wenigstens umfasst:- einen Schritt der Druckbeaufschlagung des Mittels zur Verankerung (8) mit dem Mittel zur Abstützung (7) des Federmittels (3) durch das Mittel zur Befestigung (5) des Federmittels (3);- einen Schritt der Verlagerung des Mittels zur Einstellung (9), welche über eine Schnittstelle zum Zusammenwirken (9b) die Verschiebung des Mittels zur Abstützung (7) des Federmittels (3) bezüglich des Mittels zur Verankerung (8) zur Folge hat.
