Claims (10)

1. Farbkasten mit individuell geregelten Dosierungssegmenten für eine Druckmaschine, umfassend einen Behälter, der Druckfarbe (4) enthält und auf einer Seite von einem horizontalen Farbzylinder (1) und auf der anderen Seite von einem sich in Querrichtung erstreckenden Körper (2) sowie von zwei vertikalen und seitlichen Flanschen (3) begrenzt wird, wobei der Körper des Farbkastens nahe der Umfangsfläche des Farbzylinders eine Reihe von parallel zum Farbzylinder ausgerichteten Dosierungssegmenten (6) aufweist, deren obere Schmalseiten bzw. Kanten (6a) mit der Umfangsfläche des Farbzylinders Zwischenräume definieren, deren Breite in Abhängigkeit von der Dicke des Farbfilmes (5), der auf dem Farbzylinder gebildet werden soll, regelbar sind, wobei stromabwärts von jedem Dosierungssegment Regel-Vordrücker (12) gleitbar bzw. verschiebbar im Körper montiert sind und jeweils mit ihren Enden auf die oberen Abschnitte der einzelnen Dosierungssegment einwirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Dosierungssegment (6) auf einer Stirnfläche (7a) eines gemeinsamen Stützblocks (7) befestigt ist, der seinerseits lösbar auf dem Körper (2) montiert ist und daß dieser Block (7) in seinem oberen Abschnitt von Löchern (14) durchsetzt ist, durch die sich die Vordrücker (12) erstrecken, die auf die Segmente einwirken, und der Block zusammen mit den von ihm getragenen Dosierungssegmenten (6) demontierbar ist.
2. Farbkasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichenet, daß der gemeinsame Stützblock (7) vorzugsweise parallelepipedförmig ausgebildet ist.
3. Farbkasten nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gemeinsame Stützblock (7) lösbar in einem Falz (9) des Körpers (2) montiert ist und daß dieser Falz eine untere Stützfläche (9a) und eine senkrechte Stirnfläche (9b) aufweist, gegen die der Stützblock (7) anliegt.

Farbkasten nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützblock (7) gegen die geneigte Stirnfläche (9b) des Falzes (9) des Körpers (2) mittels C-förmiger Bügel (17) gehalten wird, wobei jeder dieser Bügel (17) eine Seele (17a) umfaßt, die mittels einer Schraube (18) befestigt ist, die senkrecht in eine Schulter (19) eingeschraubt ist, die im Körper (2) zwischen der Stirnfläche (9a) des Falzes (9) und einer Nut (21) ausgebildet ist, die im Körper (2) ausgebildet ist, in die obere Fläche desselben mündet und sich parallel zur Stirnfläche (9b) erstreckt, wobei jeder Bügel (17) außerdem einen ersten Schenkel (17b), der nach unten gewendet ist und mit der Nut (21) in Eingriff steht und von dieser abgestützt wird, und einen zweiten, äußeren Schenkel (17c) besitzt, der nach unten gewendet ist und mit einer Nut (22) in Eingriff steht, die im gemeinsamen Stützblock (7) und insbesondere im Winkel eines in demselben vorgesehenen Falzes ausgebildet ist, wobei diese Nut (22) mit der Außenfläche des Blocks (7) die gegen die Stirnfläche (9b) anliegt, eine Schulter (23) begrenzt, mit der sie mittels einer geneigten Fläche (24) verbunden ist und daß der zweite, äußere Schenkel (17c) des Bügels mit seiner Seele (17a) mit einer geneigten Rampe (17d) verbunden ist, die die gleiche Neigung wie die geneigte Fläche (24) aufweist.
5. Farbkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus den Vordrückern (12), dem gemeinsamen Stützblock (7) und den Dosierungssegmenten (6) bestehende Anordnung in ihrem oberen Abschnitt von einer Platte (25) bedeckt ist, die den Boden des Farbkastens bildet und sich über die gesamte Breite desselben erstreckt, wobei diese den Boden darstellende Platte (25) mittels Schrauben am Körper (2) befestigt ist.

Farbkasten nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Boden bildende Platte (25) an ihrem dem Farbzylinder (1) nahe gelegenen Ende mit einem Falz (25a) versehen ist, der nach unten offen ist und mit den oberen Schmalseiten bzw. Kanten (6a) der einzelnen Dosierungssegmente (6) in Berührung steht.
7. Farbkasten nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Falz (25a) einen Dichtungseinsatz (34) trägt, der in Berührung mit den oberen Schmalseiten bzw. Kanten (6a) der einzelnen Dosierungssegmente (6) steht.

Farbkasten nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Boden des Farbkastens bildende Platte (25) in Richtung des Farbzylinders (1) durch eine vorspringende Lippe (31) verlängert ist, die auf ihrer unteren Fläche mit einer Nut (32) versehen ist, die am Rand bzw. Ende der Lippe (31) eine nach unten gerichtete Schulter (33) begrenzt, und daß eine elastisch verformbare Klinge (26) auf der oberen Fläche des gemeinsamen Stützblockes (7) befestigt ist, wobei sich diese Klinge (26) normalerweise in Ruhestellung oberhalb der Dosierungssegmente (6) und in einem bestimmten Abstand von den oberen Schmalseiten bzw. Kanten (6a) derselben erstreckt, infolge des Vorsehens eines Falzes (29) im oberen Winkel bzw. in der oberen Ecke des Stützblockes (7), sodaß, wenn die den Boden des Farbkastens bildende Platte (25) gegen den Körper (2) und den gemeinsamen Stützblock, der an ihm befestigt ist, gedrückt wird, die Schulter (33) der Lippe (31) die flexible Klinge (26) nach unten drückt und diese Klinge sich mit ihrem Ende auf der oberen Schmalseite bzw. Kante (6a) des zugeordneten Dosierungssegmentes (6) abstützt und damit die Dichtheit gewährleistet.
9. Farbkasten nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die flexible Klinge (26) auf ihrer unteren Fläche mit einem Dichtungseinsatz (35) aus einem verformbaren Material versehen ist, mit dem sie sich auf den oberen Schmalseiten bzw. Kanten (6a) der Segmente (6) abstützt.
10. Farbkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes der einzelnen Dosierungssegmente (6) in seinem oberen Abschnitt mit einer gegen den Farbzylinder (1) gerichteten Ausstülpung bzw. einem Höcker (6b) versehen ist.
