  • the push-member-sliding portion 31 of the housing 30 is provided with a protruding anti-rotation surface 33, and the guide part 71 of the push member 70, which is slid along the inner surface of the push-member-sliding portion 31, is provided with a rotation-blocking surface 71a corresponding to the anti-rotation surface 33. Consequently, when the push member 70 is inserted into the housing 30, only the sliding movement of the push member 70 is allowed.
  • the housing which includes the push-member-sliding portion 31, is further provided in the outer surface thereof with a tool-fitting groove 34 communicating with the ring-fitting groove 31. Consequently, the retaining ring 80 is conveniently separated from the ring-fitting groove 32 by inserting a tool into the tool-fitting groove 34 and lifting the retaining ring 80.
  • the retaining ring 80 is configured so as to have a circular section in this embodiment, a general snap ring 81 may also be used, as illustrated in FIG. 6 .
  • the ring-fitting groove 32 is configured so as to have a rectangular section corresponding to the cross section of the snap ring 81.
  • the stripping device 100 which is constructed in the above-described manner, will be described with reference to FIGS 4 and 5 among the accompanying drawings.

  • the punch holder 10 and the housing 30, which are coupled to the cam slider 3, are retracted rearwards and are moved to the initial positions thereof, and thus the push member 70 is pushed forwards by the restoring force of the compressed elastic members 50.
  • the projection part 72 of the push member 70 which comes into contact with the panel, is made of a metal material softer than that of the panel P in order to prevent damage to the panel P.
  • the push member 70 has to be replaced with a new push member 70.
  • the cam slider 3 is first retracted rearwards such that the projection part 72 of the push member 70 is projected forwards from the housing 30. Thereafter, the retaining ring 80 is removed from the ring-fitting groove 32 using an additional tool.
  • the guide part 71 of the push member 70 is slidably moved forwards along the push-member-sliding portion 31 and is thus separated from the housing 30, and the guide part 71 of a new push member 70 is inserted along the push-member-sliding portion 31.
  • the retaining ring 80 is fitted into the ring-fitting groove 32, thereby conveniently completing the replacement operation.

Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif de démontage (100) pour un moule à compression, dans lequel un support de poinçon (10) incluant un poinçon (16) est monté sur la surface antérieure d'un moule supérieur ou d'une glissière de came (3) pour un moule à compression, et dans lequel un boîtier (30), qui est procuré dedans avec un élément élastique (50) et un élément de poussée (70), est monté de manière fixe sur une surface de front du support de poinçon (10), de manière que ledit élément de poussée (70) soit comprimé contre la force de restauration, lorsqu'il prend contact avec un objet à poinçonner, ledit dispositif de démontage (100) comprenant :
    le boîtier (30), qui comprend une partie de glissage de l'élément de poussée (31), et une partie de réception de l'élément élastique (35), qui sont formées en continu dans une surface cylindrique intérieure de celui-ci vers un côté derrière depuis un côté de front, ledit boîtier (30) comprenant en outre une bride de support (39) ayant un trou de fixage (39a), qui est formé dans une surface périphérique extérieure d'une extrémité derrière de celui-ci, de manière à être couplé à la surface de front du support de poinçon (10) au moyen d'un boulon,
    une plaque mobile (40), qui est insérée dans la partie de réception de l'élément élastique (35) depuis le côté arrière, et est bloquée par une partie échelonnée entre la partie de réception de l'élément élastique (35) et la partie de glissage de l'élément de poussée (31), la plaque mobile (40) ayant un trou central formé dedans au travers duquel ledit poinçon (16) passe,
    l'élément élastique (50) ayant un trou central formé dedans au travers duquel ledit poinçon (16) passe, l'élément élastique (50) étant inséré dans la partie de réception de l'élément élastique (35), et l'élément élastique (50) étant comprimé, quand la plaque mobile (40) est bougée le long de la partie de réception de l'élément élastique (35),
    une plaque fixe (60), dans laquelle un trou central est formé au travers duquel ledit poinçon (16) passe, ladite plaque fixe (60) étant insérée dans une surface périphérique intérieure de la partie de réception de l'élément élastique (35) à travers une extrémité ouverte arrière de la partie de réception de l'élément élastique (35), et ensuite étant couplée à l'extrémité arrière du boîtier (30) en pressant l'extrémité arrière du boîtier (30) vers l'intérieur,
    ledit élément de poussée (70) comprenant une partie de guidage (71) procurée sur son côté arrière, qui est insérée à glissement dans la partie glissant l'élément de poussée 31 depuis le côté de front du boîtier (30), et qui vient en contact avec la plaque mobile (40), et une partie saillante (72) procurée sur son côté de front, qui présente un diamètre inférieur à celui de la partie de guidage (71), ledit élément de poussée (70) comprenant une perforation longitudinale traversante (73), au travers de laquelle le poinçon (16) est bougé, et
    une bague de retenue (80), qui est ajustée de manière amovible dans une rainure d'ajustement de bague (32), formée dans une surface périphérique intérieure d'une extrémité de front de ladite partie de glissage de l'élément de poussée (31), pour empêcher la partie de guidance (71) dudit élément de poussée (70) d'être bougée en avant.
  2. Dispositif de démontage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la plaque fixée (60) est ajustée dans une rainure d'ajustement de plaque fixée (36), qui est formée dans une extrémité arrière de la partie de réception de l'élément élastique (35), pour avoir une partie échelonnée, et dans lequel ladite plaque fixe (60) est procurée sur son surface périphérique extérieure avec une surface inclinée (61), qui présente un diamètre à l'extrémité arrière inférieur à celui de sa partie de front, et est ajustée par force dans l'extrémité arrière du boîtier (30), pour être couplée intégralement au boîtier (30).
  3. Dispositif de démontage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite partie de réception de l'élément élastique (35) comprend une rainure concave d'ajustement de plaque fixée (37), qui est formé dans une surface périphérique intérieure d'une extrémité derrière de celui-ci, et ladite plaque fixée (60) comprend une saillie convexe d'ajustement de plaque fixée (62), qui est formée sur une surface périphérique extérieure de celle-ci, pour correspondre à la rainure d'ajustement de plaque fixée (37), la plaque fixée (60) étant ajustée par force dans la partie de réception de l'élément élastique (35), pour être couplée à celle-ci.
  4. Dispositif de démontage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la partie de glissage de l'élément de poussée (31) du boîtier (30) comprend une surface anti-rotation saillante (33), et la partie de guidage (71), qui est bougée à glissement le long d'une surface intérieure de la partie de glissage de l'élément de poussée (31), comprend une surface bloquante de rotation (71a) correspondant à la surface anti-rotation (33), ce qui fait que l'élément de poussée (70) est glissant sans être mis à rotation.
