Description

DOMAINE TECHNIQUETECHNICAL AREA

The technical field of the invention relates to equipment intended for the construction of a swimming pool, in particular an infinity swimming pool. More precisely, the invention relates to a holding part for supporting a covering element, for example a slab, the latter being intended to cover a chute arranged at the periphery of an overflow swimming pool.

ART ANTERIEURPRIOR ART

The invention relates to equipment for installing an infinity pool. In this type of swimming pool, a water overflow flows, by overflow, above a border delimiting the swimming pool, and flows into a chute extending along the border. The overflow of water flowing over the edge forms a thin layer of water, giving the pool a mirror appearance. The chute is arranged along the edge. It collects the overflow of water, and channels the water to a filtration system. The filtration system is intended to filter the water and to reinject it into the swimming pool.

The figure 1 shows a vertical section of such a swimming pool. There is shown a swimming pool 2 delimited by a border 2 b , the latter forming a wall parallel to a vertical axis V. In this type of swimming pool, the height of the border must be as uniform as possible. This is why a leveling is frequently carried out, in an upper part of the edge 2 b , so as to come as close as possible to a uniform edge height. There is also shown a chute 3, produced simultaneously or following the manufacture of the edge 2b . In order to give the assembly an aesthetic appearance, and to ensure good safety of use, cover elements 4 cover the chute. They may in particular be slabs or planks. The cover elements are arranged to partially cover the chute 3, so as to prevent any fall of an object, an animal or a person in the chute, while allowing the water to flow into the chute. . On the figure 1 , the flow of water is symbolized by a bent arrow. The cover elements 4 must be arranged against each other, while leaving gaps, through which water can flow into the chute 3. The gaps are formed between two adjacent covering elements and / or between each. cover element and chute.

For reasons of aesthetics and safety, it is preferable that the cover elements are aligned with each other, parallel to the edge of the pool, so as to form a surface as flat as possible, parallel to an axis horizontal H. However, the edge 2b of the swimming pool and the chute 3 are made using masonry techniques, which do not guarantee perfect alignment of the chute 3 with respect to the edge of the swimming pool, nor a perfectly flat level. Indeed, a chute can extend, parallel to the edge of a swimming pool, several meters. It then becomes difficult for the edge of the pool, or the spacing between the swimming pool and the chute, or the width or height of the chute, to be uniform over such a length. In addition, slabs, called rear slabs 5, are frequently arranged at the periphery of the chute, to form a beach. The level of the latter, depending on the vertical, is not necessarily aligned with the edge of the pool or with the chute.

The differences in levels mentioned above are frequently referred to by the term "false levels". The cover elements, covering the chute, must be carefully arranged, so as to catch up with these false levels and form the most regular surface possible between the edge of the swimming pool and the rear slabs. This is to minimize the discontinuities on the one hand with the leveling of the edge 2b , on the other hand with the rear slabs 5 formed beyond the chute. As a result, the installation of the covering elements 4 can prove to be delicate and require level adjustments, the latter possibly being tedious.

Document D2 202017000168U1 describes a support having simple adjustment means. The support follows the shape of the chute. As a result, it is bulky and its maintenance can be delicate. Outside the field of swimming pools, supports for holding a covering element on a chute have been described in EP1782721A2 and in US6220784B1 .

The inventors have addressed the problem of maintaining roofing elements in the presence of false levels. They designed a retaining piece, intended to be inserted into a chute, to support the roofing elements, while allowing a simple and optimal adjustment of the position of the latter. More precisely, the part allows alignment of the roofing elements with respect to the leveling of the border and / or with respect to the rear slabs described above.

We have shown, on the figures 2A to 2D , a holding part 1 according to the invention. The holding part is intended to be disposed across a chute 3, the latter extending along a border 2b of an infinity pool 2, as shown in Figure figure 1 . The infinity pool 2 has an overflow level, the water located above the overflow level flowing over the edge, into the chute 3 so as to be filtered and then reinjected into the pool. The edge of the pool forms an approach to the chute, as previously defined.

The holding part 1 is intended to form a support for the covering elements, the latter covering the chute 3, so as to prevent objects, animals or people from falling into the chute 3. The covering elements are preferably arranged while being aligned with each other, in a determined position, and generally in a horizontal position, so as to extend the level of overflow of water. Thus, a thin layer of water flows over the cover elements, which gives the pool an aesthetic appearance.

  • parallèlement à un axe longitudinal X, selon une longueur L ;
The holding part 1 comprises a base 8, extending:
  • parallel to a longitudinal axis X, along a length L;
  • parallel to a lateral axis Y, along a width ℓ.

The longitudinal axis X is perpendicular to the lateral axis Y. These two axes form a main plane P XY . During the use of the holding piece 1, the main plane P XY is intended to be horizontal, or substantially horizontal. By substantially horizontal is meant horizontal to within an angular tolerance, the latter possibly being for example ± 10 °, and preferably ± 5 °.

Perpendicular to the main plane P XY , the base 8 extends along a thickness e, parallel to a transverse axis Z. During the use of the holding part 1, the transverse axis Z is preferably vertical or substantially vertical.

L'épaisseur e du socle 8 est généralement comprise entre 1 cm et 5 cm, par exemple de l'ordre de 2 cm.The length L of the base 8 can be between 10 cm and 50 cm, being for example of the order of 30 cm. The width ℓ of the base 8 is preferably less than the length L. The width ℓ can be between 5 cm and 20 cm, for example of the order of 10 cm. The thickness e of the base 8 is generally between 1 cm and 5 cm, for example of the order of 2 cm.

Le socle 8 s'étend de préférence parallèlement ou sensiblement parallèlement au plan principal PXY.The base 8 preferably extends parallel or substantially parallel to the main plane P XY .

The base 8 comprises a front part 10 as well as a rear part 20. The front part 10 and the rear part 20 are separated, along the longitudinal axis X, by a central part 30. The central part 30 extends on both sides. on the other side of the half-length of the base 8. During use, the holding part 1 is used so that the front part 10 of the base 8 is closer to the pool 2 than is the rear part 20. In other words, the rear part 20 is further from the pool than the front part 10.

The base extends, along the longitudinal axis X, between a front edge and a rear edge. The front part 10 corresponds to the first 5 or 10 centimeters of the base 8, from the front edge. The rear part 20 corresponds to the first 5 or 10 centimeters of the base 8, from the rear edge.

La hauteur h11 est ajustable en actionnant la tige filetée, de façon à rapprocher ou éloigner le support 11 du socle 8.As can be seen on the figure 2A , at the level of the front part 10, the holding part 1 comprises a first front support 11 and a second front support 12. The latter are intended to receive a cover element, and to be in contact with the cover element. The first front support 11 and the second front support 12 preferably comprise a flat portion, extending parallel to the main plane P XY . The first front support 11 extends, relative to the base 8, at a height h 11 . The latter is adjustable. In the example shown, the first front support comprises a threaded rod. The height h 11 is adjustable by actuating the threaded rod, so as to bring the support 11 closer to or away from the base 8.

The second front support 12 extends, relative to the base 8, at a height h 12 . The latter is adjustable. In the example shown, the second front support 12 comprises a threaded rod and the height h 12 is adjustable by actuating the threaded rod, so as to bring the support 12 closer to or away from the base 8.

Thus, the heights h 11 , h 12 to which the first front support 11 and the second front support 12 extend respectively are adjustable, and that independently of each other.

The distance, along the lateral axis Y, between the front supports 11 and 12 is preferably greater than or equal to 5 cm. The front supports 11 and 12 are preferably located at the same level along the longitudinal axis X.

The latter are intended to receive a covering element, and to be in contact with the covering element that they support. The first rear support 21 and the second rear support 22 preferably comprise a planar portion, extending parallel to the principal plane P XY . The first rear support 21 extends, relative to the base 8, at a height h 21 . The latter is adjustable. In the example shown, the first rear support 21 comprises a threaded rod. The height h 21 is adjustable by actuating the threaded rod, so as to bring the support 21 closer to or away from the base 8. The figure 2B shows the threaded rod allowing the height adjustment h 21 , the same principle applying to supports 11, 12 and 22.

The latter is adjustable. In the example shown, the second rear support 22 comprises a threaded rod and the height h 22 is adjustable by actuating the threaded rod, so as to bring the support 22 closer to or away from the base 8.

Thus, the heights h 21 , h 22 to which the first rear support 21 and the second rear support 22 extend respectively are adjustable, and that independently of each other.

Les supports arrière 21 et 22 sont de préférence situés à un même niveau selon l'axe longitudinal X.The distance, along the lateral axis Y, between the rear supports 21 and 22 is preferably greater than or equal to 5 cm. The rear supports 21 and 22 are preferably located at the same level along the longitudinal axis X.

Preferably, the front or rear supports are movable in rotation relative to the base 8. On the figure 2B , only the first rear support 21 has been shown. However, the heights h 11 , h 12 , h 21 and h 22 mentioned above have been shown.

Le socle 8 présente une ouverture 31, ménagée parallèlement à l'axe transversal Z. Dans l'exemple représenté, l'ouverture 31 est disposée au niveau de la partie centrale 30, à mi-longueur et à mi-largeur du socle 8.The base 8 has an opening 31, formed parallel to the transverse axis Z. In the example shown, the opening 31 is arranged at the level of the central part 30, at mid-length and at mid-width of the base 8.

The opening 31 can allow insertion of a means for fixing the cover elements held by the retaining part 1. In fact, in certain applications, the cover elements must be fixed to the chute, by a fixing means of screw, nut, rod or flange type engaging in the opening 31. These applications mainly relate to swimming pools for professional use, for example hotel swimming pools. As a result, access to the chute is less easy. Another use of the opening 31 will be detailed below, in connection with the figures 5A and 5B .

The base 8 can be made of a plastic material, for example by molding, which makes it possible to obtain a light, resistant and inexpensive base. The supports can be made of metal. The front or rear stops can be made of plastic in the case of breakable stops.

La pièce de maintien 1 repose sur l'épaulement 3.5.The figures 2C and 2D show respectively a top view and a side view of the holding part shown in the figures 2A and 2B . In these figures, we can see the edge 2b of the swimming pool 2, the water overflow of which flows into a chute 3. The chute 3 is delimited by a bottom of the chute 3.1, as well as by two side walls 3.3 and 3.4, the latter extending along a vertical axis V, along the edge of the swimming pool. The chute has an opening 3.2, through which the overflow of water can enter the chute 3, so as to flow to the bottom of the chute. The flow of water from the swimming pool to the chute is shown schematically by angled arrows on the 2D figure . In this figure, the chute 3 has a shoulder 3.5 adjacent to the opening 3.2. The retaining part 1 rests on the shoulder 3.5.

The figure 2C and the 2D figure show schematically a maintenance of a first cover element 4 1 by the first front support 11 and by the first rear support 21. It is understood that the adjustment of the heights h 11 and h 21 makes it possible to precisely adjust the position of the first cover element 4 1 . If, during the manufacture of the swimming pool, the edge of the swimming pool or the chute undergoes a variation in height along the vertical axis V, the independent adjustment of the heights h 11 and h 21 makes it possible to make up for the variation, so as to that the first cover element 4 1 extends in a predetermined position, for example horizontally.

On the figure 2C , there is also shown a second cover element 4 2 , the latter resting on the second front support 12 and the second rear support 22. The adjustment the heights h 12 and h 22 allows the position of the second covering element 4 2 to be precisely adjusted, independently of the first covering element 4 1 . Thus, the holding part 1 allows:
  • by the first front support 11 and by the first rear support 21, the adjustment of the position of the first cover element 4 1 .
  • by the second front support 21 and by the second rear support 22, the adjustment of the position of the second cover element 4 2 , the latter being separate from the first cover element 4 1 .

Thus, the holding part 1 is arranged at an interface between two adjacent cover elements. This makes it possible to form a rigid connection between the two adjacent cover elements. This prevents two adjacent cover elements from being movable with respect to one another, for example when a person moves on the cover elements. This contributes to increasing the comfort of use as well as the perceived quality.

Each covering element can be, without limitation, a slab, a stone, or a board, or a grating.

The position of each cover element can also be adjusted parallel to the longitudinal axis X. To do this, the holding part 1 has a front stop 13, extending from the front part 10, away from the front part. base 8. The front stop 13 defines a first extension distance d 1 , along the longitudinal axis X, the latter possibly varying from a few mm to a few cm, for example 2 or 3 cm. Preferably, the front stop 13 is configured such that the first extension distance d 1 is adjustable. The holding piece 1 comprises a rear stop 23, extending from the rear part 20, away from the base 8. The rear stop 23 defines a second extension distance d 2 , along the longitudinal axis X , the latter may vary from a few mm to a few cm, for example 2 or 3 cm. Preferably, the rear stop 23 is configured such that the second extension distance d 2 is adjustable.

In the example shown in connection with figures 2A to 2E , the holding piece comprises two front stops 13 and two rear stops 23. Each front stop 13 is breakable, so that the first extension distance d 1 can be adjusted by removing all or part of the front stop 13. Each stopper rear 23 has a threaded rod, so that the second extension distance can be adjusted by actuating the threaded rod. The adjustment by threaded rod allows a particularly precise adjustment.

L'ajustement de la première distance d'extension d1 et/ou de la deuxième distance d'extension d2 permet de régler la position du socle 8, ainsi que des supports 11, 12, 21 et 22, selon l'axe longitudinal X.Adjusting the first extension distance d 1 and / or the second extension distance d 2 makes it possible to adjust the position of the base 8, as well as the supports 11, 12, 21 and 22, along the longitudinal axis X.

Thus, the holding part 1 allows adjustment of the position of the supports along the transverse axis Z, by adjusting the heights h 11 , h 12 , h 21 and h 22 , as well as along the longitudinal axis X, by adjusting the height. first extension distance d 1 as well as the second extension distance d 2 . The adjustment of the extension distances d 1 and d 2 also makes it possible to exert a pressure, along the longitudinal axis X, so as to block each holding part.

The arrangement of the cover elements 4 1 and 4 2 on the holding part 1 also makes it possible to obtain a firm hold of the covering elements, while allowing a removal of a covering element, so as to be able to easily access it. the chute, for example for maintenance operations.

The figure 2E is a diagram illustrating a holding part 1, on which a first cover element 4 1 is arranged. The first cover element 4 1 rests on the first front support 11 and the first rear support 12. A part of the first rear support 12 can be seen. In this figure, the second front support 21 and the second rear support 22 are free, in awaiting the provision of a second cover element 4 2 on the latter. The part thus allows the maintenance of two cover elements adjacent to each other.

As shown on figures 2A and 2B , the holding part 1 may include at least one spacer. In these figures, there is shown a front spacer 14, disposed at the level of the front part 10 of the base 8, as well as a rear spacer 24, disposed at the level of the rear part 20 of the base 8. Each spacer extends along the transverse axis Z. An example of the use of a spacer is given on figures 3A and 3B . In these figures, there is shown an assembly of two holding parts 1 and 1 ', one on top of the other, forming a superposition along the transverse axis Z. The two holding parts 1 and 1' are identical. Such a superposition is useful in the event of a significant discontinuity in the height of the chute 3 and / or of the edge of the swimming pool. On the figures 3A and 3B , there is shown a retaining part 1 ', comprising a base 8', from which extend two spacers 14 'and 24'. The retaining part 1 'is fitted onto the spacers 14 and 24 extending from the support 8 of the retaining part 1. Each spacer 14, 24 allows two retaining parts 1 to be fitted together, 1 'on top of each other, so that their respective bases 8 and 8' extend parallel to each other.

The figure 4 shows another embodiment of a holding part 1. The holding part 1 comprises a central part 30, in the form of a metal beam extending parallel to the lateral axis Y. The front part 10 is formed of two side members parallel to the longitudinal axis X. A first front support 11 is arranged at one end of the first front side member 10 1 , while a second front support 12 is arranged at one end of the second front side member 10 2 . The rear part 20 is formed of two side members parallel to the longitudinal axis X. A first rear support 21 is arranged at one end of the first rear side member 20 1 , while a second rear support 22 is arranged at the level of 'one end of the second rear spar 20 2 .

La tige filetée permet également un réglage de la hauteur h33.The figure 5A shows a variant of the holding part described in connection with the figures 2A to 2E . This variant is suitable for maintaining a covering element at the level of the corner of a swimming pool. According to this variant, the holding part 1 comprises an arm 32, extending from the base 8, and being able to be movable in rotation relative to the base 8. In the example shown, the arm 32 is secured to the base 8 by an attachment made at the opening 31 described above. The arm extends, from the base 8, to an end comprising a support, said auxiliary support 33. The height h 33 of the auxiliary support 33, relative to the arm 32, can be adjusted. Like the supports 11, 12, 21 and 22 previously described, the auxiliary support 33 can include a threaded rod, allowing the latter to be movable in rotation relative to the arm 32. The threaded rod also allows adjustment of height h 33 .

The figure 5B shows an example of the use of the part described on the figure 5A . According to this example, a first front support 11 and a first rear support 21 have been shown, the latter maintaining a cover element 4 1c , the geometry of which is adapted to cover the chute at a corner 6 formed by the latter. On the figure 5B , the cover element 4 1c is shown in transparency. In particular, according to this exemplary embodiment, the cover element 4 1c has, parallel to the main plane, a trapezoidal shape. The arm 32 is arranged so that the auxiliary support 33 supports a bevelled portion of the cover element 41c , the bevelled portion forming an acute angle.

The figure 6 shows a use of the holding part 1 according to the invention to partially cover a chute 3, the latter forming a channel. The gutter is intended for the collection of runoff water, flowing into the gutter through an opening 3.2 of this last. According to such an embodiment, the height of the chute, along the Z axis, may be of the order of 10 or 20 cm, or even more. On the figure 6 , the flow of runoff water is shown by the bent arrows. The runoff water can be rainwater or wastewater. The chute 3 leads it to an outlet, of the rainwater or sewer storage type. As previously described, the chute 3 extends between two vertical walls 3.2 and 3.3 to a bottom 3.1. It may include a shoulder 3.5 on which the retaining piece 1 rests. On the retaining piece 1, a covering element 4.1 may be deposited, for example a grid or a grating. The holding piece 1 makes it possible to adjust the position of the cover element 4.1 along the transverse axis Z, coincident with the vertical V, by adjusting the supports 11 and 21, or along the longitudinal axis X, by adjusting the front and rear stops 13 and 23. This makes it possible to adjust the position of the cover element 4.1 so that the latter is arranged in continuity with respect to the approaches to the channel.

The figure 7 illustrates an alternative embodiment, according to which the adjustment of the holding part, along the longitudinal axis X, is carried out by modulating the length L of the base 8. For this, the length L of the base 8 is adjustable. There is then a means 35 for adjusting the length L of the base, for example disposed at the level of the central part 30, and shown in figure 7 by a double arrow, to adjust the length L of the base 8. The adjustment means 35 may be a spacer, separating the base, at the level of the central part 30, into a front portion 8.1 and a rear portion 8.2, the spacer connecting the front portion 8.1 to the rear portion 8.2, and making it possible to adjust a spacing between the two portions. The adjustment element 35 can be combined with the front and rear stops 13, 23 previously described.

The invention is mainly intended to cover a chute by allowing the covering elements to be placed in continuity with the surroundings of the chute. It can be implemented in a chute adjacent to a swimming pool or a basin, or on a chute forming a channel.
