Description

The invention relates to a rectilinear border of a construction element for receiving at least one receiving accessory. The invention relates to a rectilinear edge of a pre-slab for in particular the reception of at least one retaining element so that the retaining element and the rectilinear edge together form a shuttering portion for the casting of a compression slab. on the pre-slab, the pre-slab and the compression slab then jointly forming a floor.

The invention also relates to a construction element comprising such a border. The invention relates to a pre-slab comprising such a border. The invention relates more particularly, although not exclusively, to a concrete pre-slab comprising such a border and prefabricated on a production site to be transported to a construction site of a building in order to be installed there.

ARRIERE PLAN DE L'INVENTIONBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The implementation of pre-slabs to construct the floors of a building saves considerable time on the construction of this building. Typically, a pre-slab is fabricated at a production site so that it is light enough to be transportable to a building construction site, and strong enough to support the weight of the compression slab then cast onto it on the floor. site.

On a building construction site, the production of a floor using such pre-slabs consists first of all in installing a set of pre-slabs resting on cross walls or building beams, so as to cover any the surface of the floor to be made. Then, once these pre-slabs are installed, operators place on the upper face that they define, a set of reinforcements to form the reinforcements of the compression slab to be cast.

The formwork for the compression slab to be poured thus has a bottom formed by the upper face of the pre-slabs, and a peripheral rim which is formed in part by the walls surrounding the floor to be constructed, and in part by additional formwork elements, in wood or other, which the operators add along the free edges.

The concrete for the compression slab is thus poured directly on the pre-slabs.

However, the installation of these additional formwork elements of the free edges can prove to be tedious. In addition, if the additional elements are placed incorrectly, the pouring of the concrete can cause them to move or even collapse so that the concrete can then flow out of the formwork.

To overcome this drawback, it has been proposed to anchor a border in the pre-slab so that the retaining elements can then be secured by simple interlocking to the border so as to form with the border a shuttering of the compression slab. In this way, the peripheral edge of the formwork of the compression slab can be very quickly implemented in the regions corresponding to a free edge of the floor to be manufactured: it is no longer necessary for the operators to make a formwork edge with wooden or other elements, they just need to fit into the border of the retaining elements. Such a border is for example described in the patent FR 2 995 330 of the present plaintiff.

However, fixing the borders to the pre-slab can itself be tedious.

The document US 5,224,313 offers a formwork, having an alveolar structure on the outside, and allowing a concrete slab to be poured while isolating a space to anchor the base of a column to it in a second step with concrete up to approximately the same level as the slab of concrete.

OBJET DE L'INVENTIONOBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The aim of the invention is to provide a pre-slab according to claim 1.

RESUME DE L'INVENTIONSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

To this end, the subject of the invention is a pre-slab comprising a rectilinear border of a construction element extending along a given straight line.

According to the invention, the border comprises a honeycomb structure of plastic material which comprises cells in relief extending from the structure towards the outside of the border to be intended to be opposite a concrete body of the predalle.

Due to its honeycomb structure in plastic material, the rectilinear border is not only flexible and supple but also light. This facilitates the handling of the rectilinear border and therefore makes it easier to attach it to the concrete body of the pre-slab. In addition, it turns out to be possible to have a border of large dimensions and in particular of a great length, which further facilitates the attachment of the border to the concrete body. For example, when the border is intended to be embedded in the concrete of the pre-slab, the border can be very easily placed in the mold for manufacturing the pre-slab, due to its weight, its flexibility and its flexibility, and a much smaller number of edges is then necessary to form an entire edge of the pre-slab.

In addition, again by virtue of the honeycomb structure of plastic material, it proves to be possible to easily cut the rectilinear edge in order to modify its length according to production needs. This cutting can for example be done at the place of production of the elements of construction. This once again facilitates the fixing of the rectilinear border to the pre-slab.

On the other hand, the straight edge can be manufactured by injection so that it is inexpensive to manufacture.

According to a particular embodiment, the structure comprises at least one row of cells in relief which are arranged side by side along the right and which extend from the structure towards the outside of the border to be intended for be facing a concrete body of the pre-slab.

According to a particular embodiment, the structure comprises at least one recess passing through it, the recess being arranged at a height of the structure greater than the height of the pre-slab to which the edge is intended to be fixed.

According to a particular embodiment, the structure comprises at least one anchoring foot extending from a lower portion of the structure towards the outside of the border.

The invention also relates to a pre-slab comprising a concrete body and at least one edge as previously described attached to the concrete body to form at least part of one edge of the pre-slab.

Therefore, construction accessories (retaining element, thermal insulation block, safety device, etc.) can be secured by simple interlocking to the edge.

Throughout the present application, the terms "lower", "upper", "height", "length" ... must be understood in relation to the position in service of the edge, ie the position of the edge once placed in a pre-slab manufacturing mold or once attached to the pre-slab.

DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L'INVENTIONDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

With reference to figures 1 to 3 , the border according to the first embodiment of the invention, generally designated at 1, is rectilinear and extends along a straight line X.

Les différentes cellules 2 sont ici ouvertes vers l'extérieur de la bordure 1.According to the invention, the border 1 comprises a honeycomb structure 2 of plastic material which comprises cells in relief extending from the structure. 2 towards the outside of border 1. The different cells 2 are here open towards the outside of border 1.

La structure 2 est par exemple en polypropylène.The structure 2 is for example made of polypropylene.

In particular, the structure 2 comprises a first row 3 of cells arranged side by side along the straight line X (one of the cells of the first row 3 being symbolized in dotted lines and designated by 4). All the cells of the first row 3 are joined here. Structure 2 comprises a second row 5 of cells arranged side by side along the straight line X and contiguous two by two (one of the cells of the second row 5 being symbolized by dots and designated by 6), each block of two contiguous cells (one of the blocks being symbolized in dashes and designated by 7) being separated by a space 8 from the next block of two contiguous cells. Thanks to the different spaces 8, the structure 2 proves to be particularly flexible.

The second row 5 of cells extends below the first row 3 of cells so that a cell of the second row 5 is in the continuation of a respective cell of the first row 3. The second row 5 of cells s 'therefore extends parallel to the first row 3 of cells.

Here, the cells of the first row 3 are all identical to each other and the cells of the second row 5 are all identical to each other. In particular, the cells of the first row 3 and the cells of the second row 5 have the same length (dimension taken along line X) and substantially the same width (dimension taken along a line Y perpendicular to the line X and corresponding to the relief of the cells). The cells of the second row 5 have here a height greater than the cells of the first row 3 (dimension taken along a line Z perpendicular to line X and line Y).

In this way, all the cells of structure 2 extend from the same main face of structure 2. The other main face of structure 2 then turns out to be free of cells and is therefore substantially smooth.

La structure 2 comporte par exemple 29 cellules pour la première rangée 3 et 20 cellules pour la deuxième rangée 5.Structure 2 comprises for example 29 cells for the first row 3 and 20 cells for the second row 5.

Preferably, the structure 2 comprises recesses 9 (only some of which are referenced) crossing the structure 2 in its width. More precisely here a recess 9 crosses the structure 2 at the level of each of the cells of the second row 5 and at the level of each space 8 separating the blocks of two contiguous cells. The recesses 9 are arranged in the upper part of the cells of the second row 5 and associated spaces 8, substantially at the level of the border between the first row 3 of cells and the second row 5 of cells.

Les becs antisalissure 11 sont en outre configurés de sorte à être inclinés en direction de la portion basse de la structure 2.The upper portion of the structure 2 comprises clip notches 10 (of which only a part is referenced) regularly distributed over the length of the structure 2 for the fitting of construction accessories on the border 1 as we will see below. . The clip notches 10 are identical. The clip notches 10 are here formed at the border between the first row 3 of cells and the second row 5 of cells by an inflection in the walls of the cells. At each border there is here a clipping notch 10. In particular, each clipping notch 10 is surmounted by an antifouling spout 11 (only some of which are referenced). The anti-fouling nozzles 11 are all identical. The anti-fouling nozzles 11 are here provided in the walls of the first row 3 of cells so as to form a protuberance coming above the clipping notches 10. The antifouling nozzles 11 are further configured so as to be inclined towards the lower portion of the structure 2.

La structure 2 comporte par exemple dix pieds 12.The lower portion here comprises anchoring feet 12. The feet 12 are regularly distributed over the length of the structure 2. The feet 12 are identical. Each foot 12 extends here from a lower portion of the structure 2 towards the outside of the border 1. Each foot 12 extends in the extension of one of the walls common to two contiguous cells of the second row 5 (that is to say a wall of normal the line X). The structure 2 here comprises a foot 12 at the level of each block of two contiguous cells. The structure 2 comprises for example ten feet 12.

In particular, the structure 2 comprises two wings 13 associated with each foot 12. Each wing 13 extends transversely to the foot 12 associated between a lower part of the foot 12 to the second row 5 of the cell. More precisely, each wing 13 extends from the lower part of the foot 12 to the outer wall of the block of two contiguous cells corresponding to said foot 12, the outer wall parallel to the wall common to the two contiguous cells of said block.

Here, the lower portion of the structure 2 comprises at least one tongue 14 for positioning the edge 1. More precisely, each positioning tongue 14 is arranged so as to extend to the normal of the structure 2 towards the outside of the border 1 in the extension of the cells, in the direction of the width of the structure 2 (ie therefore here so as to extend along the line Z).

La structure 2 comporte ici plusieurs languettes 14. Par exemple, la structure 2 comporte deux languettes 14.The structure 2 here comprises several tabs 14. For example, the structure 2 comprises two tabs 14.

The tongues 14 are identical, extend from the same level of the lower portion and are distributed over the length of the structure 2. Each tongue 14 here extends from the lower portion of one of the spaces 8 separating two blocks of contiguous cells.

The two longitudinal ends (along the X axis) of the structure respectively comprise male latching means 15 and female latching means 16, for example of the tenon / mortise type. In this way, it turns out to be possible to fit together very simply one after the other several borders 1 by latching the female latching means 16 with the male latching means 15 of two consecutive edges 1.

Plus précisément ici, l'aimant 17 est agencé en-dessous des différents évidements 9 de la structure 2.In particular, the border 1 comprises a magnet 17 which is arranged on the main face of the structure 1 opposite to that from which the cells extend. Magnet 17 is arranged so as to project from the rest of said main face. More precisely here, the magnet 17 is arranged below the various recesses 9 of the structure 2.

The magnet 17 is arranged so as to extend along the straight line X. The magnet 17 thus makes it possible to properly cover the entire length of the structure 2.

The border 1 which has just been described is preferably manufactured by injection. The border 1 therefore turns out to be quick and easy to manufacture.

In particular, the border 1 is manufactured in two stages:
  • during a first step, the magnet 17 is attached to an injection mold of the structure 2,
  • during the second step, the structure 2 is formed and the magnet 17 is simultaneously overmolded on the structure 2 so that the magnet 17 and the structure 2 form an all-rigid.

With reference to the figure 5 , the edge 1 which has just been described is here intended to form a portion or all (depending on its length) of one of the longitudinal edges of a predalle 20, that is to say that the edge 1 is aligned so that the X axis is parallel to the associated longitudinal edge of the pre-slab 20. The pre-slab 20 comprises a body 21 made of concrete. The body 21 of the pre-slab 20 is here made of prestressed concrete and comprises prestressing cables 22 oriented longitudinally and parallel to each other along the X axis.

With reference to the figure 4 , and according to a particular embodiment for fixing the edge 1 to the pre-slab 20, the edge 1 is installed in a manufacturing mold 30 of the body 21 of the pre-slab 20 while being positioned along one of the longitudinal edges of this mold 30.

The feet 12 then come to rest on a base of the manufacturing mold 30. The feet 12 allow an operator to easily and quickly position the rim 1 correctly in the manufacturing mold 30 by serving as a registration point.

Likewise, each tab 14 is positioned in the manufacturing mold 30 so as to extend just under the prestressing cables 22 arranged in the manufacturing mold 30 to be secured to the body 21 of the pre-slab 20. The tabs 14 thus play. also the role of checkpoint for the operator.

It therefore turns out to be very simple to position the edge 1 in the manufacturing mold 30 and to check the correct positioning of the latter by simply locating whether the prestressing cables 22 are well above the tabs 14 and whether the feet 12 rest well on the bottom of the manufacturing mold 30.

The concrete is then poured into the manufacturing mold 30 to form the body 21 of the pre-slab 20.

The anti-fouling nozzles 11 make it possible to protect the clipping notches 10 during the casting of the body 21 of the pre-slab 20 and in particular concrete which could accidentally be thrown towards said clipping notches 10. This prevents concrete from freezing in the notches. clipping 10 which would be detrimental for a subsequent fitting of construction accessories on said edge.

The recesses 9 are of course arranged so as to be arranged at a height of the structure 2 greater than the height of the body 21 of the pre-slab 20 so that concrete cannot penetrate through the recesses 9 between the manufacturing mold 30 and the border 1.

Furthermore, the magnet 17 makes it possible both to position the edge 1 in the manufacturing mold 30, in the same way as the feet 12 or the tabs 14, but also to keep the edge 1 in position, even during casting. concrete, pressing it against the associated edge.

Indeed, when the edge 1 is arranged in the manufacturing mold 30, the magnet 17 makes it possible to press the edge 1 against the edge while adhering to the manufacturing mold 30. This prevents the infiltration of concrete between the edge 1 and the manufacturing mold 30 at the level of the upper portion of the edge 1 during the casting of the body 21 which could hinder subsequent fitting of construction accessories on said edge 1 such as retaining elements.

De par sa forme allongée, l'aimant 17 permet en outre de bien couvrir toute la longueur de la structure 2 et donc de bien plaquer toute la bordure 1 contre le moule de fabrication 30.By virtue of its elongated shape, the magnet 17 also makes it possible to cover the entire length of the structure 2 and therefore to press the entire edge 1 against the manufacturing mold 30.

Of course, the edge 1 is shaped so as to be able to match the shape of the manufacturing mold 30 so that its plating by the magnet 17 turns out to be possible. In the case of a chamfer between the bottom of the mold 30 and the side walls of the mold 30, the feet 12 are thus inclined relative to the rest of the structure 2 in order to be able to match the inclination of said chamfer.

La prédalle 20 peut alors être retirée du moule de fabrication 30.Once the concrete has been poured and has finished setting, the edge 1 is then found rigidly secured to the body 21 of the pre-slab 20 so as to form therewith an all-rigid. The pre-slab 20 can then be removed from the manufacturing mold 30.

De la sorte, on solidarise facilement et rapidement la bordure 1 au corps 21 de la prédalle 20 par surmoulage durant la fabrication dudit corps 21.In this way, the rim 1 is easily and quickly secured to the body 21 of the pre-slab 20 by overmolding during the manufacture of said body 21.

With reference to the figure 5 , the edge 1 is therefore rigidly secured to the body 21 by being anchored therein. The lower portion of the edge, corresponding to that of the structure and extending here from the feet 12 to substantially the level of the recesses 9 without however reaching the latter, is embedded in the concrete of the body 21 of the pre-slab 20.

La face principale lisse de la bordure 1 forme la surface libre de la prédalle 20.The edge 1 is thus arranged so that the cells extend towards the inside of the pre-slab 20. A part of the cells are therefore found partially embedded in the concrete of the body 21 of the pre-slab 20. The smooth main face of the border 1 forms the free surface of the pre-slab 20.

The upper portion of the structure 2, corresponding to that of the edge 1, therefore protrudes from the upper face of the body 21 of the pre-slab 20. A retaining element 40 or more retaining elements can then be fitted onto said upper portion so that the retaining elements 40 and the border 1 constitute together a portion of formwork of a compression slab intended to be cast on the pre-slab 20.

The invention therefore makes it possible to simplify the implementation of the formwork of the compression slab.

The invention makes it possible, for example, to cast a compression slab on a set of pre-slabs which is not bordered by walls or partitions over its entire periphery at the time of pouring.

Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment described and it is possible to provide variant embodiments without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the claims.

In addition, although here the construction element comprises only one border, the construction element may include a greater number of borders to form one of its edges, in particular although not exclusively longitudinal. The successive borders can either be nested to each other at their ends, or be contiguous without being nested or be separated by space.

The edges can be cut back to a desired length to form the edge of the construction element so that the cut end does not have any snap-fit means unlike the initial formed end, that one of the cells is not complete after cutting ...

The border may be different from what has been described. With reference to the figure 6 , and according to a second As an embodiment of the invention, the second row of cells will thus be able to comprise only cells contiguous to one another. The first row of cells and the second row of cells will then have the same number of cells. The tabs will then extend under one of the cells of the second row, a cell not associated with an anchoring foot.

As a variant, the border may not have feet, a tongue, etc. The cells, the feet, the tongues, the anti-fouling nozzles, the clipping notches may not all be identical. The border may have a different number of rows of cells. The cells will not necessarily be organized in rows.

The border may not have a magnet. In this case, the border can be simply placed in the mold for manufacturing the body of the construction element by being positioned along the edges of this mold and by being, where appropriate, simply held in position by external holding members.

If the border comprises a magnet, the magnet can be fixed to the border differently than by overmolding, for example using adhesive or by fixing elements of the screw or other type.

Although here, the border is secured to the body of the pre-slab by overmolding during the manufacture of said body, it can be secured to the body of the pre-slab differently, for example by fixing elements of the screw or other type.
