Eine erfindungsgemƤĆe AndrĆ¼ckvorrichtung fĆ¼r eine Etikettiermaschine zum AndrĆ¼cken eines Haftetiketts auf eine Produktverpackung umfasst ein Gleitelement als Auflage fĆ¼r eine Produktverpackung, eine Transporteinheit zum Transportieren einer Produktverpackung entlang einer Transportrichtung und ein Umfaltelement zum Umfalten eines auf eine Oberseite der Produktverpackung aufgebrachten und Ć¼ber diese Ć¼berstehenden Haftetiketts. Das Gleitelement kann eine Gleitplatte mit geringem Reibungskoeffizient sein, es kann jedoch auch Rollen oder aktiv angetriebene Riemen aufweisen, um damit den Transport der Produktverpackung durch die Transporteinheit zu unterstĆ¼tzen. StromaufwƤrts in der Fƶrderstrecke ist eine Vorrichtung als Teil der Etikettiermaschine vorhanden, welche dazu konfiguriert ist, das Haftetikett auf die Oberseite der Produktverpackung aufzubringen. Die AndrĆ¼ckvorrichtung weist desweiteren einen Motor, z. B. einen Servomotor, und eine von diesem angetriebene und im Betrieb der AndrĆ¼ckvorrichtung in einer Linearbewegung bewegte AndrĆ¼ckeinheit auf. Die AndrĆ¼ckeinheit ist dazu konfiguriert, mittels besagter Linearbewegung ein Ende des Haftetiketts auf eine Unterseite der Produktverpackung anzudrĆ¼cken. Die Produktverpackung erreicht also die AndrĆ¼ckvorrichtung mit dem im Wesentlichen waagerecht oben auf der Produktverpackung aufliegenden Etikett, dessen Ć¼berstehender Teil von dem Umfaltelement zunƤchst vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen senkrecht nach unten umgefaltet wird. Das Umfaltelement kann dabei eine gerade oder gebogene Umfaltleiste, ein gerader oder gebogener Umfaltstab oder eine Kombinationen mehrere solcher Komponenten in Form einer Umlenkkulisse sein. Die AndrĆ¼ckvorrichtung streift anschlieĆend das Ende des nach unten weisenden Haftetiketts auf die Unterseite der Produktverpackung an, wobei die Produktverpackung so auf dem entsprechend geformten Gleitelement aufliegt, dass wƤhrend ihrer Bewegung entlang der Transportrichtung immer gerade der Bereich ihrer Unterseite frei bleibt, an welchem das AndrĆ¼cken des Haftetiketts erfolgt. So kann sich ein, Ć¼blicherweise schmales, lƤngliches Etikett von einer Oberseite, entlang einer seitlichen Seite bis auf eine Unterseite einer Produktverpackung erstrecken und somit eine Produktverpackung umspannen. Mit entsprechender Gestaltung dient das Haftetikett einer ansprechenden und informativen ProduktprƤsentation. Das AndrĆ¼cken eines Endes des Haftetiketts auf die Unterseite der Produktverpackung kann mittels der hier beschriebenen AndrĆ¼ckvorrichtung wƤhrend des laufenden Transports der Produktverpackung erfolgen. Bevorzugt umfasst die AndrĆ¼ckeinheit eine AndrĆ¼ckbĆ¼rste oder eine AndrĆ¼ckrolle oder einen AndrĆ¼ckrakel. Die AndrĆ¼ckbĆ¼rste umfasst Ć¼blicherweise lƤngliche, entlang einer Linie mit geringer Breite angeordnete Borsten, welche senkrecht, aber auch geneigt nach oben weisen kƶnnen. Vorzugsweise entspricht die LƤnge der AndrĆ¼ckbĆ¼rste entlang der Transportrichtung der Produktverpackung mindestens der Breite des anzudrĆ¼ckenden Haftetiketts. - The press-on device according to claim 1, characterized in that the press-on unit (11) comprises a press-on brush (35) or a press-on roller (35) or a press-on blade (35).
- The press-on device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the press-on unit (11) is arranged such that the linear movement (L) executed thereby takes place at an angle Ī± of approx. -65Ā° to -75Ā° relative to the conveying direction (T) of the product package (7).

- The press-on device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a controller (71) of the motor (57), which is configured as a servo motor, is configured for controlling the linear movement (L) of the press-on unit (11) such that it has a constant speed during the press-on process.

- A method for pressing an end (27, 69) of an adhesive label (13) onto a lower surface (15) of a product package (7), characterized by the following method steps:conveying a product package (7) along a conveying direction (T) by means of a conveying unit (17), the upper surface (67) of the product package (7) having applied thereto an adhesive label (13) that projects therebeyond;folding the adhesive label (13) around an upper edge (68) of the product package (7) by means of a folding element (25);pressing an end (27, 69) of the adhesive label (13) onto a lower surface (15) of the product package (7) by means of a press-on unit (11), which is driven by a motor (57) and moved in a linear movement (L) while the adhesive label (13) is being pressed on, wherein the linear movement (L) executed by the press-on unit (11) takes place at an oblique angle relative to the conveying direction (T) of the product package (7).
- The method according to claim 13, characterized in that the linear movement (L) executed by the press-on unit (11) takes place at an angle Ī± of approx. -65Ā° to -75Ā° relative to the conveying direction (T) of the product package (7).
- The method according to claim 14, characterized in that the linear movement (L), which is executed by the press-on unit (11), is carried out at a speed v = conveying speed / cosine(Ī±) during the press-on process.
